Bullshit presentation! Should be work hard in the final examination... shit!

They made it! We were the most time-wasting group and we made the lecturer fell asleep more than 3 times!!! 'Thank you' for my colleagues!

5 of them had already spent more than 22 minutes for their 15 slides in a pre-set 15-minute presentation. We were forced to finish the presentation so that Bubble and I was in hurry with less than 1 minute to present our topics with ONLY one slide each! What the hell! We had commented for the long presentation, they had prepared too many things to say which were dull, unattractive and boring.

Began with Adele's short introduction, it was MK's long speech for the Total Quality System. Then it moved to Trevor. He always behaves as a clown in the lesson but the magic had gone for this time. His speech was weighty and slow, which made the lecturer fell asleep for the 1st time.

After that, we had Ivan and Helen, who gave a superfluous (yes, superfluous again!) and dead speech and the lecturer slept for the 2nd time. The lecturer reminded about 18 minutes gone and we had to finished the presentation as soon as possible (too boring?!). Adele continued and the lecturer forced us to end the last 4 slides in 3 minutes... lousy speech...

MK, bubble and I ran through the rest topics... depressed after the presentation as I had only half a minute for my topic. It was not the end of the world but I knew that double effort should be put into the exam to rescue a pass in this module...

My holiday is coming!!! so I worked especially hard today!

Ming Chai was back to work again. I didn't talk to him in the morning as I didn't know how to start the lecture and counsel... but I could feel his regret and other colleagues tried to say some good words for him.

Finally, I talked to him after regular office works, not so tense at work after my boss left NJ. He felt sorry about the 'kick' (SL) and used the same old excuse 'got up late'. He also expressed that he would like to find a new job but he had rejected that offer. I really don't care whether he was going to leave or stay, all the thing I urged him was expressing the right attitude if he is now staying in NJ. He should perform properly as a model to the new guys when he is on duty and no more double-day holiday.

Wasted so much mouth-water and finally went to CityU to discuss for the presentation tomorrow. A meaningless meeting and no rehersal at all. Left at 10 p.m.

Then Trevor and I went to KFC for dinner. I ordered 6 BBQ flavored full chicken wings and didn't share with the fat guy!!!!!!! He ate a lot too but he didn't dare to ask for my food again since I shouted at him last time! ccc!!! =D

Finished dinner at 11 p.m. and waited for you with nothing to do... I decided to walk to Mongkok to kill time but finally walked to Jordon... so tired and met you at 1 a.m.

We went to see 'Stealth' (港譯《智能殺機》), which was an old-fashioned movie. Same tale, same scenario has been used for over hundred thousand times. Boring film, highly recommend you not to go for it.

It was not a regular holiday this week... as there are too less holidays for August... quite a sad thing...

Finished the project works, shortened it from 500 to about 220 words... whatever, I don't care! because they were just bullshit only.

Wow... NJ always starts with a busy week, uncountable reports are handed in and email-ed out...

My memony is decaying... I have forgotten to record my logoff time from the time recorder thrice in July and revealed that I didn't record it again yesterday... holy shit...

Maybe... relax... When will I have a beer with Ken?

Boss's dayoff, so free!

Ming Chai reported sick leave again. It was his 3rd time to call for a SL before the day of his scheduled holiday. After he has enjoyed his 3rd double-day holiday, he will be punished hard by Mr. Dominic LEI.

Talked to Auntie Ying and hope she will learn from this mistake.

Good news, the new chiller will be start its service on Saturday!!! YOYOYOYO!

Last lesson for the Building module of the PM Diploma, except Helen Mama and 'sevenly' Ivan stayed in the lesson to 'grind the worn-out bamboo mat' (磨爛蓆 in Chinese), 5 of us left the lesson early and discussed for the project to be handed in this Saturday. Wow... the discussion was so smooth and contributing without that two dependent burdens, we were so lucky to be left alone!

One interesting thing was that Ivan keeping this superfluous style and wrote above 1000 words for an unimportant part and all his works were excluded in the report by MK. I am not aiming at him but he is really too 'seven'. Could he feel his uselessness and 'seven-ness' now?

Grandpa was sent to the hospital again for the dead foot... I really hope he can overcome it, I don't want the doctor cut his leg at his age... sigh...

Lectured to all staff, I will lecture Auntie Ying individually tomorrow.

Complaint from SCB again for the insufficient A/C supply again... so annoying! Oh... Miss Lo, please forgive me and set me free from your devil's hands...

Ming Chai always expresses that Auntie Ying is so useless and treating him unfairly, and complain that he doesn't have the equal chance to show off himself. He feels he have done great jobs in his duties. However, I really can't agree with that and he has a lot of things to learn before he can take the more important duties. Anyway, I do give him chances. I have assigned him to be on duty individually in the Control Room and let see what he could do.

Went to Tin Shui Wai to see the film Madagascar ("荒失失奇兵" in Chinese), a common comedy, not recommend to see it.

Far... a long long way to run... from TSW to Chai Wan...

So tired... still finding way to save my SMS in the PC...

Tired, don't wanna edit the report.

This afternoon, Chow Tai Fook revealed that water seeping from their fault ceiling again since 4 July, their Old Wong felt very angry because they were going to repaint the ceiling tonight. It's understandable as we have promised to take care of this issue that this will not happen again, but it was happen!!!

After reviewing this case, I found that Auntie Ying did handle the case very carelessly. She just told the fitting workers to be responsible if there is any damage to the lower floor tenants and asked them to collect the dripping A/C water with buckets. She doesn't have any 'sense of crisis', just calling them to report to the L4 owner instead of fixing the dripping problem.

I was sure that water have been dripping from the A/C from Saturday and finally seeped through the floor and reached Chow Tai Fook's ceiling today. Luckily, Old Wong didn't claim any compensation at this moment but the fitting contractor is still unwilling to sign back the compensation commitment.

Since this was the second time, she still didn't take speical notice to it. In her mind, she thought that L4 shops are not SHKP's properties and they are wholely none of our business (for other staff, I do think they have the same thought... shit!). Yes, they are right, L4's tenants are none of our business, but if they are affecting, or will potentially affect our tenants, this MUST be 100% our business!!!

"Greeting" by the furious Old Wong only and hopefully my post can be kept... this could not be happened for the third time, otherwise I have to quit for this...

I will give a briefing session to all the staff except Auntie Ying who will be dayoff tomorrow. I must increase their 'sense of crisis'.

Slept till 11 a.m., hahaha!

Routine Sunday, nothing special.

Went to dinner with you, it's your grandma's birthday dinner, nice! but we had not much time to go together...

Back to NJ, today's a big day for NJ!!! It's because the new McQuay chiller was arrived and it was the replacement work. Byebye old chiller, welcome new chiller!

Boss was so wonderful, back to see the replacement of chiller and then treated this as a night check! hahaha! earn 4 hrs compensation leave! so easy! ccc!

Finished my part of project at 2 a.m., then went back to NJ to chat with the guys...

Saturday, I planned to go to Kwun Tong for fitting the newly made uniform, but I could not get up...

Late for the lesson again but this lesson wasn't useful at all.

Then discussed about the project again, MK brought out new ideas again but we really haven't got enough time to do it... what the hell!

Back home and dinner and went to bed directly... so tired!

It's Friday, FANCL came again to complain about the A/C...

Debbie called me about the internal audit report... it's my first time to do this report, and all the work were written by my boss, I just typed them into the word file, why is it my fault again?

MTR broke down today, and I could feel the uselessness of MTR management.

Went to see my grandpa with my 4th uncle since we took him back from Macau. He was now staying in an eldery centre.

Holiday, but also busy.

Went to settle the water bill and then back to NJ to buy a plastic UNO, very beautiful!

I didn't stay in NJ at all and went to Waichai directly to collect the anti-smoking materials for NJ.

After that, met you in Mongkok and I was not late!!!! (within 1 hr). You bought a cap and want to ate sushi. You felt sick and didn't eat much, so poor...
