手臂有些痛, 拉左 1小時 15分就無練琴了. 先生話演奏樂器是一種高危的活動...比方彈 guitar, 因為古典型式的演奏, 個 guitar 會貼住個身, guitar 是要震動的, 這震動也會影人的心臟...身體同琴身太接近了...

最可怕是每每次聽到有年輕的提琴家要退出演奏, 去做指揮, 原因大多是手 / neck / muscles 再成受唔到個人拉琴. 職業病~~~

最近每日用半小時去 train 我的 little finger 抬起自己, 幾分鍾裡都做同一個動作, 抬起 - 放下來-抬起 - 放下來. 最初我會死頂, 不過阿 sir 話, 感到痛啦, 累啦, 就要停~ 我很喜歡他哪一句話: "be gentle with your hands!" 可能佢知我會好努力卦, 不理會手指痛唔痛, 只知我的目標是要 little finger 獨立, 唔要靠其他手指!!!


外國的月光同您哪裡的月光是一樣的, 都是得一個, 都是天父的結作. 今天黃昏做完 GYM 出黎, 會抬頭望一望. Happy Mid-Autumn Festival!

朋友告訴我, 當一位女孩因唔開心而離家出走, 她的媽媽會比她更不好受, 更難過. 我可以可憐這女孩, 因為我童年都唔開心過, 但, 她的媽媽呢?

早晨天父 daddy~ 估唔到, 真係醒左, 仲起來了!!! Melbourne 始終都是 Melbourne, 4 seasons a day~ 早早是很凍的. 天色比較暗呀, mostly cloudly wo~ 可能 later on, 影 d 相, 出黎個效果都同我的心情幾有共鳴~

下午四時許的小休變了小睡, 嘩, 超級 sleepy now! 今早的確去了影相, 去了圖書館, 去了做 GYM, 頭自去超市入貨 and 彈琴, 不過現在小睡了一小時都仲好 sleepy~ this 7:00am waking plan isn't working for me....at least not efficienct!

天氣開始溫暖了, 很想明早揸車上 Monash, 影下相. 10 點回圖書館溫書, 12 點小休, 1 點做 GYM. Hopefully I manage to wake up!!!

嘩~ 原來我最長戈條頭髮有 46 cm!!! Still remember that I love going to Salon in Macau, not for being 'PRETTY', but for relaxation! I love going there after some kind of test periods, or exam~ their massage is SO nice! Lying down, with dimmed yellowish lights and light music...I miss DESIGN!


今日去過的地方, 同上星期趕 assignment 戈日去過的地方都差唔多一樣. 留在房間 - backyard - kitchen - toilet - room - bathroom - room...

彈琴彈左好幾小時, 到了"獅子山"平靜一下自己. 很喜歡羅文的歌~ 平時彈詩歌, 會聽到聖靈微弱的聲音, 我估唔到, 彈"獅子山下", 神都會同我說話!!! 神您好勁!

得到兩個字: "your choice"

Extremely early to arrive at home tonight! Thanks my cell leader's drive & cell mates accompanying me back home! Well, I have never plan 'something' to do on Saturday night, coz usually full day devoted to church. I guess I'd do some planning for the coming week...

Housemate 問我下年搬唔搬, 佢講左一些令我好感慨的話...

"搬~ 好似好浪費..." 唔, 完全同意, 記得起初搬入理, 乜都冇, 大家又嘈左幾百次, 講數...為的, 只是 settle 在這小屋裡. 有一次, 同屋被人偷野~ lost keys and stuff, 大家一起擔心個小偷會唔會入我地間屋~ Clayton 偷野事件啦~ 某日下午 3 時回到家門口, 才 realize 冇帶 keys, 兩個 housemates 入黑 10 點都未回家, 感恩有弟兄好好人出黎陪我, 前幾日又"反鎖"我的房間, 感恩組員出動幫我~呀....好多好多野發生過...

一個'情'字 ?



早排想做 volunteer, 原因: future 寫 resume 多個 reputation, 多一些credit.

不過, 後來被聖靈點醒, 要作永恆的投資! 地上的名利永比不上福音~~~



早晨, 今日應該是笫 366 日單身的日子. 都不錯吧!!! 最享受的都是自自由由, 唔使理伴侶的 jealousy, 呵呵~~~~~

心情唔好, things uncontrollable 時...睇返自己, 都有好多次問下, why me...又或者嬲左天父 daddy, 唔理佢...如果我活在 old testament 時代, 一早死左喇!!! 感恩有主耶穌為我, 為您贖罪 ^.^

明天是本小姐單身一週年...

咁 coincidence, 後天蘇生黎講 "Why wait".

唔知我仲要單身幾奈呢~~ 哈哈! 神呀, 我會等候您的 timing!



下午約左阿 sir 上 FLASH, 本來晚上同佢同另一位弟兄食飯架, 不過阿 sir 話要趕功課 wo~ 我唔想又食 noodles + rice cake + dumplings + vegetables, 唉....算吧, vacation 時, 勁約人出去吃飯先~ 一來可以相聚相交下, 二來可以唔使吃同一樣野~ 呵呵. 7日...再找一日整 pasta, 整羊排, mum said 羊排 is very 熱氣架~~ okok...no problem, 次日煲清熱潤肺的湯!

My vacation seems NICE ^.^
