一個 wind turbine application 出事啦, 一前一後兩個 application,original applciation refused on lack of noise assessment ground, resubmission 基本上 proposal 一樣, 只係多左 design and access statement, 點知大老細睇完之話唔 happy, 話個 wind turbine 會影響 landscape, damn 如果 resubmission refuse on visual amenity/landscape ground 咁即係前後兩個 decision 唔 consistent

權宜之計只有推個波俾 Planning Committee, 如果 D Councillor happy 咁就名正言順 approve, 如果 refuse (on visual amenity/landscape ground) 咁我地都可以話唔同人唔同 level 嘅人 make 嘅 decision 所以結果唔一樣, 同埋希望唔會俾人指控 maladministration 向專員告 Council 罰款或者係 appeal 時 claim cost

我都幾同意個 planning consultant 講嘅野, 個社會對 wind turbine/wind farm 有著極端意見, 一派話佢地難睇, 一派話佢地係地球嘅未來, 我自己就對 wind turbine/wind farm 無抗拒, 而且非常支持發展再生能源, 可惜英國人係呢方面無德國人咁開放

咩鬼野叫 "broad subject area"? research 範圍太廣? topic 太 specific 太專門太 exclusive?

"only a small number of people are being asked to participate, therefore your comments are much appreciated", 有時我覺得 D 人睇輕問卷同運用得太兒戲, 從 research proposal, methodology, questionnaire design, distribution, data collection, presentation, analysis, conclusion 每一步都有學問, 數量太少 findings 就未必 representative, convincing 同 conclusive, 搵錯受訪對象 findings 就唔 relevant, 參與者少的應該 consider in-depth interview 或者 focus group, 而唔係問卷

最初佢俾 research proposal 我地一眾人傳閱果時個個都話掂, 唯獨係得我一個話唔知佢想做咩 Q 野, 忠言從來都係逆耳, 有一 D idea 係腦度同真係 carry out 一個 research 係兩回事

諗清楚一條簡單嘅 research question 先諗其他野啦

要阿占追住集集睇嘅劇集一定要有靚女, 從前 party of five 嘅 Neve Campbell + Jennifer Love Hewitt, Ally Mcbeal 嘅 Courtney Thorne-Smith, Nip/Tuck 嘅Famke Janssen, Desperate Housewife 嘅 Eva Longoria, Smallville 嘅 Allison Mack, Kristin Kreuk 同 Erica Durance, 到最近 O.C. 嘅 Mischa Barton + Rachel Bilson, One Tree Hill 嘅 Sophia Bush, The Mentalist 嘅 Amanda Righetti

24, lost, prison break, CSI 每套劇睇左幾個 episode 就捱唔住

不過阿占倒喜歡 BBC 嘅大自然 + 汽車雜誌式節目

同埋阿占好鐘意上網睇番港台 D 電視節目, 有好多質素一流

今日係電視睇左 Girls Aloud 嘅 concert, 終於明白點解 D boy group 同 girl group 一定有一兩個 (甚至 3 個) 唔多靚仔靚女, 家陣發覺越係睇得果 D 就係最唔唱得果 D

Girls Aloud 裏面最掂果個弊就係車仔 A. Cole 個老婆 Cheryl Cole 囉, 家陣全英娛樂界最紅就係佢, 就好似最紅果時嘅 Jennifer Aniston 咁, 硬係每星期雜誌封面都有佢張大頭相

睇 world swimming championship, D world record 未到 final 係 heat 已經被破 "幾廿" 次, 有 D 仲比舊紀錄快成半秒以上咁誇張, 諗諗下對上果兩三年所創嘅 world record 真係唔係幾 relevant, D 新泳衣不論男女都由頸包到小腿, 物料又輕又緊身又浮水又滑水, 同 80, 90 年代泳手相比我想當代泳手唔一定係比上一代泳手進步 (體能上或技術上), 只係新款科技泳衣幫助左 D 泳手一把......

究竟係游泳比賽, 定係泳衣研發比賽?

(星島日報 報道)本港男女失衡持續惡化，最新統計署數字顯示，去年二十至四十歲人口中，女性比男性多約二十七萬，較前年進一步擴大約二萬人；該年齡層從未結婚的女性有六十一萬五千人，較男性多一萬二千人。陰盛陽衰，女性不論學歷、收入的升幅，都較男性大，單計政府首長級公務員，女高官已較兩年前激增一成多。

　　統計署昨日公布最新香港男女統計數據，○八年香港男性人口為三百二十九萬七千五百人，較○六年時的統計微升百分之零點八四，而女性卻上升百分之二點六，達到三百六十八萬二百人。女性勞動人口更急升百分之四點八三，至近一百七十萬人，而男性僅微升百分之零點零七。

　　學歷收入升 愈來愈遲婚

　　男女失衡持續，令港人結婚註冊數目每況愈下的趨勢。在二十至四十歲的人口中，女性有近一百二十萬人，較男性多約二十七萬人：事實上，從未結婚的女性數字不斷飆升，至去年男女未婚總數看齊，兩者均為九十七萬人。而去年註冊結婚新人有四萬七千多對，較○六年的五萬下跌約百分之六；初婚年齡有推遲情況，女性方面已拖遲至二十八點四歲，而男性則為三十一點一歲，顯示雙方均有遲婚趨勢。

　　女性愈來愈遲婚，或與學歷及社會地位提高有關。擁有大學學位的女性，較兩年前上升近百分之七點五，至近四十八萬人，數字更與男性的五十多萬人貼近。

　　女高官飆一成一

　　在商界和政府的高層中，女性進佔高位的情況更為普遍，在政府首長級公務員中，女高官人數達到三百六十八人，較兩年激增一成一，同期男高官人數卻下跌近百分之二，有八百三十八人。而擔任經理、行政人員和專業人士的女性，比例亦節節上升。

　　高學歷、高職位亦令女性收入飆升，每月收入逾二萬的女性，○八年較○六年飆升一成六，達到三十一萬多人，但同等收入的男性人數，亦有近一成增長，至五十三萬多人。

　　女性社會地位提升，可從居住情況反映出來。三十至六十四歲的女性，成為戶主的比率近年不斷上升；整體而言，獨居女性由○一年的十二萬人，至○六年已增至十八萬二千人，增加一點四個百分點；同期男性只輕微增加零點八個百分點，統計處指出，這是由於女性較男性長壽，及男性傾向與較其年輕女性結婚有關。
