真係不能睇少個 45 - 60 分鐘 tree top adventure, 朝早一起身個右手 shoulder 痛過去 gym 舉鐵, 當一個人係失重狀態就主要用手臂拉繩再加腹肌同大/小腿保持平衡, 一個人閒日有幾何會用到手臂支撐成個 body weight 先得 ga

返到 office 個個手臂痛.......

成日係咁落雹, 夜晚踢波時又落左陣雹, 著住條短褲由下而上凍到成個人肌肉緊晒跑唔到

今日 Minor team under manager Dave Watson 下首次 day out, team building activity + tree top adventure, 幾好玩

上晝 team building activity, 再加 ice breaking activity 試爬試跳 25 ft 木柱, 個個一 pair pair 上, 不幸地到我嘅時候 Sarah 怕高中途下馬, 阿占唯有獨自 solo 頂硬上, 上到頂條木柱兩邊條條 "fing", 要企係身果野要 balance 之餘更要莫大勇氣, 個死人 instructor 仲要整鬼我留我係 platform 自己就同其他人講解, 上到頂仲有野做, 就係耍係 platform 邊起跳空中飛人式抓橫棒, 之後凌空放手高空落地又再一次考驗勇氣, 每人爬兩次, instructor 又再整鬼我要我帶眼罩爬, 之後又將條 bar 拉遠 platform 要我跳遠 D 跳盡 D, 你好野.......

lunch time 後全日主打 tree top adventure, 10 - 20% physical effort+ 80 - 90% mental strength, 同埋好講平衡, 要 focus 每一步無機會同時間怕高, 不過到最後要係 52 ft platform 跳落黎都真係有 D 猶豫, Sarah 怕高未去到最後 free jump 就中途下馬 (不過最後係 instructor encourage 下都爬左上 platform 試跳, 雖然 miss 左中間好多 station), Katy 就坐左係 platform 邊良久都跳唔到, 個 instructor 就索性趁佢唔覺係後面一腳踢佢落去, 攪到 "planning 之花" 花容失色慘叫收場, 男士們問題不大, 我最後一件跳都無謂左拎右拎, one - two - three...... 死就死啦

之後有一條 100 ft 木柱可供各下高臺 free jump (另外收錢), 唔係話一眾人又望我.......呢野真係要 say no 啦, sorry to disappoint you, 50 ft 都幾勉強, 100 ft 要爬分幾鐘上頂, 我驚上到去跳唔到要爬返落地面 jar, 最後都係無人跳 (Dave Watson 之前已經試過一次所以無上)

果下衝力真係唔係少野

Day out......散隊前當然少不了去 bar 一齊飲番杯

出席者有 Dave, Ian, Henry, 阿占, Katy, Sarah..........Lindsey 大肚無出席

興高采烈的計劃下一次 day out......indoor/rock climbing, quad biking, paintball........

家陣 minor team 一眾人都算幾 close, 除左 manager 外 (well 查實 Dave 都唔係好老) 個個年紀差唔多, 星期一放工後一齊踢波, weekend 間唔中有活動

今人係 office 做做下野 Katy 無啦啦問我如果聽日有 senior post comes up 我會唔會 apply, 嘩 Katy 妹妹咩咁抬舉小弟呀, 我剩係答佢 very unlikely 同自己 far from that standard, 可能佢係見 Liz promote 左去 major team 做 D case 同我地 minor team 分別不大先至咁問 (我想我兩年前力壓 阿 Paul, Ian 同 Simon 攞到份 planning officer job department D 人對我有少許 expectation 呱)

我問佢做咩無啦啦問我, 佢話 just curious

Ian 回歸 minor team, Katy 轉左坐我對面隔離, 我個 mon 後面就係佢嘅 6/4 側面, 咁樣開工開心好多, haha..........

係電話俾個 architect 哦左大半個鐘浪費我時間 (proposal 係 back garden area 起兩間屋, 個 site 咁 Q 細起咩鬼兩間屋), "I've never lost an appeal but don't want to through the appeal route you know", what?! fuck me, 我即刻想答佢 "so do I, I've never lost an appeal"

激起阿占把火非同小可, 閒日 report 多數 2,3 頁紙, 呢次打夠 7,8 頁釘死你, yes it is personal and unprofessional...........you deserve it

兩雄相遇必有一傷, appeal 見啦

有 cable tv 嘅好處係可以成日睇番D舊電視劇, 唔知點解係中學人人都追日劇嘅年代, 我同我個妹就偏偏成日睇英文台, x-files, party of five, friends, Ally Mcbeal, chicago hope, NYPD, dark angel, Simpsons...... (我諗我個妹未必想睇, 不過屋企得一部電視 sorry), 我諗我唯一睇過嘅日劇可能係 "同一屋簷下",

當人人都鍾意松隆子嘅時候 (唔講你唔知我同佢 share 生日, 不過佢大5年), 我就 "及" 住 Neve Campbell (正確D係未拍 Scream 之前嘅 Neve Campbell), 果對眼, 果個笑容......

今日睇番 Ally Mcbeal 裏面嘅 "Georgia" Courtney Thorne-Smith, 一塊圓面, 一頭長金髮, 一雙藍眼.......oh god

國家公園, 陽光與海灘, 沒有令我失望

唯一遺憾係遊國家公園期間天氣不佳, 兼腳架爆左
