天朗氣清, 朝早走左去運動場跑左廿個圈, 4 X 5 lap, 8 km, 好耐未試過, 頭 2 km 同尾 2 km 係 mental challenge (開段未上力 + 尾段開始唔多夠力), 中間果 4 km 就比較易捱
有唔少人鐘意練長跑玩馬拉松, 不過我阿占就無咩興趣, 我想我唔會跑多過 10 km, 長跑 develop 出黎嘅肌肉耐力強而毫無爆炸力唔多適合踢波同打籃球
I'm not out there sweating for three hours every day just to find out what it feels like to sweat. I've always believed that if you put in the work, the results will come. I don't do things half-heartedly. Because I know if I do, then I can expect half-hearted results. Maybe it’s my fault that you didn't see that failure gave me strength, that my pain was my motivation.
Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen. I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can't accept not trying.
My attitude is that if you push me towards something that you think is a weakness, then I will turn that perceived weakness into a strength. If you accept the expectations of others, especially negative ones, then you never will change the outcome.
It's heavy duty to try to do everything and please everybody . . . My job was to go out there and play the game as best I can, ... People may not agree with that . . . I can't live with what everyone's impression of what I should or what I shouldn't do.

踢波越踢越沈越踢越不滯, 家陣都係做 GK 算啦
足球場始終唔係屬於我嘅地方, 家陣發覺好 miss 籃球場 tim
本來諗住捱眼瞓凌晨睇 NBA all-star, 不過睇完第一節之後決定瞓覺
家陣嘅 NBA 同我 7,8 歲 (嘩?! 咁就差唔多廿年) 開始打波果時睇嘅真係不能同日而語, 越睇越無癮
講開 NBA all star 真係不能忘記 1994 年果場, Jordan 退休打 baseball, Pippen 終於擔正做東岸大哥 (Ewing 你彈開啦), 一對紅色 Nike Air Flight + 29 Pts + 11 Rbs + all star MVP, 捱左咁多年我嘅 model 終於揚名立萬啦

RBS 6 nations 又開波, Wales 連勝兩場排榜首, 繼續win.....
家陣嘅 Wales 係 rugby 界已經係 top 5 隊伍
講開 rugby, 意大利品牌 D&G 繼上年以意大利足球員做 campaign, 今年就用意大利攬球員, 一比之下足球員 D 身型即刻變左羽量級, 的而且確當你踢波碰正對手有人玩攬球你果場波通常都幾坎坷, 一來埋身唔夠撞, 二來玩攬球 D 人本能係永遠硬食唔會避人, 呢 D 情況以前星期四晚場波都試唔少, 唯一可以做嘅就係埋身時用雙手推開 D 大舊佬
有興趣嘅就俾個 email address 我 send 個 case D drawing 過你慢慢睇下啦, 不過睇完就算無謂傳閱啦

第一次跟老細去 Planning Committee 嘅 site meeting, 今日我地去左我個 case 嘅 site (一間新屋, 30 封反對信, 阿占俾 Planning Committee 嘅 recommendation: Conditional Approval), 沿途居民掛晒 banner, 係街頭泊車欄路, 係 application site 有居民 "熱烈歡迎" 舉牌示威, 有一個女居民同我去同一個 gym 房, 見到我之後問 "今朝有無去做 gym".......
老細做 site visit 嚮導, 一開波就介紹我阿占過大家認識......"here's James Chan, the case officer of this application"........what the fuck........don't introduce me to the public
有居民拍照, 阿占有望做下期 local press/newspaper 嘅 "風雲人物"
沿途同 Planning Committee member (local councillor) 保持距離
老細探左口風, local councillor 唔多支持個 application, 的而且確 local councillor 無 guts 與民作對
聽日即本去 Planning Committee meeting 睇下班 local councillor 講咩

呢期英倫落大雪, 今日我就唔知死落 site 走去內陸山區, 結果揸左個幾鐘去到山區先發現 countryside D 路積雪用唔到, 而傍晚天黑 4 點回程時雪越落越大, 連公路路面都積雪同結冰, 揸左一陣發覺唔多掂, 條 tyre 無咩 grip, 都唔駛話要上斜, 決定駛埋路邊等運到, 睇下電話發現 miss 左老細嘅 call, text 同 voice message (包括 work phone 同我 mobile), 覆左老細電話話我未死得會慢慢揸車返 office, 有 D 咁嘅老細都算三生有幸, 講講下係倒後鏡見到有車黎緊, "啦啦淋" say bye cut 老細線......yes 一連兩部貨 van, 結果阿占就一路跟住尾返市區, 我都未試過係 countryside 揸得咁慢, 只有跟住前邊貨 van 嘅 dry line
