呢期英倫最熱播嘅 tv ads, NHS 同 Department of Health 嘅 production change4life, 的而且確科技越發達人類身體就越墮落越退化




與古人相比, 一般現代人嘅身體活動能力恐怕已經退化左 6,7 成 (除非你係運動員, 從事體力勞動工作, 或者有定期訓練或運動), 剩下來嘅肌肉恐怕只能應付最基本嘅活動需要

一個強健嘅身體唔止係為左應付日常生活需要, 而係為老年作準備, 為應付災難救急作準備, 預到危險時你能跑得快跑得遠嗎? 於瓦礫中你有能力推開重物嗎? 於邊緣間你可以抓緊物件支撐身體嗎?

我想現代人有幾組肌肉依然有 "約干" 嘅活動能力
二頭肌同前臂: 去超市買完野都要拎下一陣重野呱
大腿外側同前側: 唔跑步嘅話你日常都要行路 ga 話
小腿: 高跟鞋是一偉大發明

而其他主要肌肉群組呢?

背部: 除左瞓上格床 D 人要爬果僅有嘅 3,4 級梯 (你樓底可以有幾高呀), 我想唔到有甚麼日常生活動作要大量運用背部肌肉 (包括上背同下背)

胸部: 由朝坐到黑, 我想唔到有甚麼日常活動要大量運用胸部肌肉 (包括外側同上胸)

肩部: 呢 part 簡直係現代人肌肉缺陷嘅重災區

三頭肌: 一般人拿重物好少要用到手臂後側

腹部: 一般人每日最少都會用腹肌一次, yes 就係朝朝瞓醒彎身落床果下咁大把, 其他呢? 廣大男士做愛時可能就係活動腹肌最多嘅時候, 不幸地唔係個個男人都有女伴 (well 叫外賣咁貴唔多實際 wor, 同埋中國人要過到良心果關先掂), 而呢個世界亦無咩幾多 sex god 可以日日做晚晚做 (porn stars 另計), 而且每次做愛時間都長極有限......加埋無甚節制嘅日常飲食, 結果就係.......

大腿後側: 大家不妨企起身, 左腳單腳企右腳小腿向後提起彎 90 度睇下右腳大腿後側有幾多貨賣啦 (另一隻腳都可以咁做)

一日有 24 小時, 瞓覺 7 小時, 三餐 2 小時, 工作 10 小時, 交通 2 小時, 去廁所 1 小時 (沖涼同大小二便), 都仲有 2 小時剩, 每日用 30 - 45 分鐘做運動真係咁困難? 仲有週末時段呢?

"放工後好疲倦無餘力做運動", 有無發覺你每天都不斷重複同一句說話, 而且感覺一天比一天疲倦, 周身痛之餘又病患多呢? 工作 -> 疲倦 -> 休息 -> 身體機能退化 -> 工作 -> 更加疲倦 -> 更多休息 -> 身體機能再退化 -> ........你的腦袋在想什麼? 你感到疲倦唔係因為工作繁重, 而係你嘅體能唔足以令你應付繁重嘅工作 (精神上同體力上).......一切只係無休止嘅惡性循環

當你長期飽受大少病痛之苦 (包括肉體上, 精神上, 荷包上), 每日 30 - 45 分鐘的辛勤運動不是來得更加實際, 治本嗎?

我不相信太多東西, 不過有一樣野倒是對的: "no pain, no gain:

這個世界沒有太多免費年餐

完全放棄工業, 安枕於中轉港同旅遊業, 孤注一擲金融服務, 把持地產投機, 堅信自由放任不干預主義, 貫徹低稅率, 忽視長遠醫療退休同社會保障, 環境保護停滯不前, 缺乏長遠規劃, 只會靠攏祖國......難道氣數已盡

轉眼間又過左兩年光景, 當了兩年 town planner 無甚特別興奮感覺, 當了兩年九品芝蔴官亦無甚特別光榮感, 做 Royal Town Planning Institute 嘅 professional assessment 真係好煩人, 攪一大輪野多一個虛銜又有甚麼意義........anyway 希望 2009 年裏攪掂佢

新聞報導我會選擇 BBC, 感覺上比較客觀持平, 不過講到天氣報告就真係要轉台睇 Channel 5......Yes, 原因只得一個 - weather girl Lara Lewington (oh my goodness, 大家有無發覺又係......Yes 又係阿占最好果隻 "金髮籃眼"......有身材嘅天氣女郎報天氣時側身個 cross-section 一樣咁好睇, haha.......)

呢個聖誕同新年檔案 Sky movie premiere channel (s) 播 transformers, 於是呢期日日都係 Megan Fox, Megan Fox 之後再 Megan Fox......

根據美國男士雜誌投票, 2007 係 Jessica Abla 年, 2008 係 Megan Fox 年, 美國男人 D 口味同英國男人係有 D 唔同, 對一眾美國男人黎講, hot girl 個樣唔一定要好靚好標緻, 不過身材就一定要 S 字型 要hot 要 top fit, 對眼同嘴唇就一定要 sexy, 個外表個格就一定要 wild.........英國人相對就比較 traditional 同 old fashion D, 喜歡 "高貴", "典雅" 同 "史詩式" 嘅美, Katherine Jenkins 就係一大例子, 我想唔到有咩美國男人會對 Katherine jenkins 一類 girl next door 有興趣

阿占作為一個膚淺嘅男人, 呢次真係要 go for 美國果套.......well 最少 Megan Fox 有雙藍眼 + 烈焰紅唇 + toned muscle body



Megan Fox - Workout

Wow is the first thing that comes into one's mind when seeing Megan Fox. The actress sure knows what to do to keep a body fit. No jelly belly or love handles on this incredible being. She's all about fiber and toned muscles. I bet all the ladies out there would like to look like that. Well, before despairing that you don't have that gorgeous body, just remember the actress is pretty young and nature allows her to look like that. But Megan doesn't leave it to nature to do all the work. She's all about working out and going to the gym to build those ab packs. And the actress sure trains a lot in order to maintain that slim body. But as you all know by now, it all begins with the food you eat. Megan Fox has realized by now that there are certain foods that help her gain muscular tissue.

That's why she's pretty careful when it comes to her daily menu. Megan includes an ounce a day of almonds because she knows these contain filling protein and fiber. Also, they are a good source of vitamin E, a powerful anti-oxidant that will boost the abs routine effectiveness. Megan includes in her daily menu eggs, too, because these make her look great. Apart from being very healthy, eggs also keep the thin actress away from candy bars. Studies done by the Pennington Biomedical Research Center found that people who eat eggs in the morning are less tempted to eat sweets during the day. A good breakfast provides Megan Fox with the right amount of energy throughout the day.

Then the star hits the gym where she spends 30 minutes of her time doing cardio exercises that flatten her abs. She begins with some warm-up movements like butterfly crunch or front planks and then she gets down to business with knee-ups, leg swings and ball leg lifts. These are meant to work on the upper part of her body. She then mixes the cardio moves with Pilates or cycling. To sculpt those abdominal muscles she lies down on the floor, right foot on left knee and hands behind head. She then brings left elbow toward the right knee, thus engaging ab muscles. The actress does about 15 crunches on one leg, and 15 on the other. Did you think it was easy? Well, it seems that she puts a lot of effort into that fit body. Stick to this workout routine because you already know it gives great results... Megan Fox is the proof that sustains this

頭盤有蝦沙律 + 香檳
主菜有焗火雞火腿, 煙肉腸仔卷, stuffing, 薯菜 + 紅酒
甜品有 home-made chocolate truffle, chilled chocolate cakes with hot brandy chocolate sauce + 咖啡

吃得太多, 食到作嘔

今年收到禮物有:
瑞士三角朱古力一大碌
瑞士蓮朱古力一盒
FOXS 餅乾 collection 一大罐
領呔兩條
Umbro 運動 deodorant + shower gel 一 set
David & Victoria Beckham aftershave lotion 一支 (DVB, what the.......)

為左操排 6 pack 我日日 on straight diet, d 朱古力同餅乾恐怕要拎返公司搵D同事攪掂佢

What a Christmas, laptop 唔可以正常開機 + display 失常就黎死火, 而幾年前辛苦救番嘅大牙臼齒朝早食多士時碎左, 立刻花左 115 鎊 係 private dental centre 睇 emergency, 四份一隻牙無左, 長遠要整牙冠保護, 個 surgery 要花費 500 鎊不特止, 因為隻牙損傷嚴重 + 極為深層, 牙冠要用金色金屬物料而唔可以用白色陶瓷化合物, what the.............金牙占?!

Planning Department "聖誕聚餐", 再一次勉強出席 (出現於) 俾面派對, 一連三次 (三年) 現身可算是破左個人紀錄, 積極考慮於明年結束呢個 "人生 3P 壯舉", 永遠脫離於呢個俾面派對......

好不容易捱過 7:00 - 10:30 聚餐時段, 一眾年青同事轉戰酒吧, 之後再戰 nightclub, 我一早已經部署好, 第一自己揸車唔搭的士 (省去飲酒煩惱, 唔係我唔飲得, 只係我對酒精毫無興趣, 上年同一晚連去兩個聖誕聚餐飲左 6,7 大杯共3,4 litre 啤酒我都唔知為左咩), 第二 "托 gym" 請辭 (department 係人都知我日日做 gym, 不過坦白講做 gym 邊有咁易整得謝我, 對於一個唔鍾意熱鬧, 唔鍾意講野, 唔鍾意笑, 唔鍾意飲酒同唔鍾意跳舞嘅人黎講去 pub 去 nightclub 只不過係浪費時間兼虐待自己, 我寧願返屋企瞓覺)

有D人會話我悶, 話我嘅 "問題" 係我太靜, 話我係"人生嘅悲歌", 我只會說我性格同本性如此, "問題"? 大哥大姐你顧掂自己先啦, 我阿占唔駛你替我操心

對於我黎講:
1. 我相信呢個世界有好多種人, 每一個人都係獨一無二, 無需要俾其他人同化
2. 我嘅生命同存在唔係要取悅我身邊嘅人, 我唔多理會其他人對我嘅意見同評價
3. 我唔會迫自己做D我唔喜歡同享受嘅野

的而且確我經常係 office 由朝早 9:30 開工到 6:30 收工期間埋頭苦幹工作而不發一言, 當我忍受唔到同事係咁講野同聽收音機我就會帶上 headphone 工作, 我會與同事保持一段距離......

除非我認識一個人一段日子, 否則我同佢唔會講野超過十句

過時過節最鍾意聽張學友 "寂寞的男人"

繁忙的工作 加一把勁來過渡
無聊的交際 祇管把笑容製造
回家 打開一副電腦
模擬找到 模擬傾訴 模擬很好

浮華掌聲裡 祇想一個人讚慕
從難關出發 心境可向誰透露
是否 悲歡早有定數
何時得到 何時失去 誰能猜到

仍然能擁有夢想跟前途
仍然能擁有自尊跟自豪
仍然明知許多女伴 一轉身會遇到

為何今晚我不懂如何 告別煩惱

又凍又成日落雨, 揸車D玻璃成日濛茶茶, 開暖氣揸車乾到死

唔知係未慣左冬天晨咁早未天光就走去 gym, 家陣唔多怕凍, 4,5 度著件長袖衫加件羊毛 jumper 就可以走出街行
