Feel sick for entire day.

Monday - a hard day.

pouring when I finished my work today, never mind, after bath and wash my clothes, the moon in the sky again.
walk with wei wei around the town, came to ying yuen resturant and have some lemon tea. Thomas and Gary walk in and chat together about what's going on.

FYI

This morning I performed an inspection on the printed "Feel It" handle. After I found some printing peal off,
I draw additional samples for a more detail test.

Personal comments:
1. Would it is possible to arrange some 3M 610 adhesive tape for this sort of testing? As 3M 610 is the de facto tape for ink affirmation test.
2. Would it is possible to request the printing machine company come to us and asked them to re-tune the machine or replace the mal-function parts?
3. For the printing machine company, in general there are so called "suggested / recommended" ink, and there maybe a better alternative, have Mr. Yuen make any contact with this company?
4. Are there any techincal information such as solvent mixing ratio provided by the ink supplier, if yes, is production understand the information throughly and correctly in the production?
5. Mr. Yuen claimed that he finds the printing ink, so when experience printing problem, I wonder if Mr. Yuen had contacted the ink's local reseller to seek help / suggestion to improve the printing. Also would it is possible to ask the company send us a technician to solve the problem?

1. Assist Mr. QC Wong to arrange the human resource in QC department
2. Assist Mr. QC Wong to manage the department
3. Perform admin job such as generate memo to other department / email to HK
4. Handle tasks assigned from HK and Mr. QC Wong
5. Help to verify the QC report generated by QC workmate in factoy A & B; IQC
6. Asset the workmate working performance / efficiency, allocate suitable resource to assist their duties
7. Assist the workmate to verify the information on P.O. contract such as packing info
8. Spot the problem on product and request production to solve the problem
9. Briefing to the QC workmate about the quality requirement from customer QC
10. Identify the problem and reveal the problem to the producer
11. Tell the workmate in the production about the customer QC comments on products and key point to improvement / take attention to
12. Walk through the factory to see if there are any problem that's potential to generate quality related problem, reveal the problem to producer / HK

Fixed the Hp 6225 for Mrs Ngan in 5 mins.
Visited Mr. Yip home and solved his pc problem again. He send me a present : a notebook that I can choose what I like.
Finally, I selected the NEC A2100, gotta receive it for the sat coming.
Visit Norika's home, found that Loman's getting fat, as well as some skin problem on her face, hope she can recover soon.
Got a book for wei wei as her gift :

Passed the Pro QC #24534 inspection today.
Lunch with customer QC and wei wei.
Returned home and shopping for a while, got the special gift for wei wei's birthday.
fixed the friend's pc, create an account for him in msn.
Afterward dinner with lee leung lap, sound off with him.
Got the 2nd hand pc from Mr. Yip. to be used in Linux server at home.
Ka wo's pc is out of order.
Mrs. Ngan called me and requested me to fix the fax printer for her.
Gotta fix another problem of Mr. Yip's pc tomorrow.
Why am I running out of time?

Van Ng came to san chung and have dinner with us.
Play hard and took many photos, so fun.
Under wei wei and our arrangement, Mr. Lau finally can invite Lei out and have dinner together, somehow, his chance to success trend to zero.. anyway, good try.
Van complained about the politic in new company just too complex, in my view, every enterprise have it's unique culture.
Sound off afterward, so many internal stuff reveal to wei wei and I.

Completed the inspection of 600pcs 24534 apple corer in the afternoon, feel sick.
Gotta have inspection on the coming Sat.

Take a walk with wei wei under heavy rain, however, we like it. Walk hand in hand and share every moment in life, that's.

One of our workmate chased another workmate, of course, all of us willing to help him. Sadly, he seem to be can't make up his mind and just too shy.

Completed the inspection for #24534 apple core remover, feel wonderful. Tomorrow need to have customer inspection.

24534基本上QC說得太嚴重, 我部發現露白, 都不會做貨. 毛邊現象如果嚴重都不會做貨.

Personal comments:
1. we are only suggest if there are better way to improve the printing quality.
2. if 100% product have the problem of print, is this problem not serious?
3. Isn't it is the production responsiblity to address and solve the production problem rather than blame on other department have too tight standard? Moreover, we had accept this lots of product with fairly acceptable printing problem.

1. 本部只是建議有關部門可否改善24534絲印
2. 如果100%貨物都有不同程度的露白和毛邊問題, 這樣可以算是不嚴重的問題嗎?
3. 請問是否生產方面的責任去解決和改善生產方面的問題, 而非將問題歸咎於別人檢驗太嚴. 再者, 本部亦接受了絲印上不理想的產品.

象.
不過黃生表示有關貨物應該勉強可以通過客人檢驗.
可是在其他產品上沒有如此嚴重問題, 由此可否推測有關問題根源出於絲印機上?
如是, 因為現時各絲印機不是100%時間不停絲印, 可否安排將絲印轉移到沒有問題的絲
印機上?
希望有關方面可以對絲印方面作出改善.

Mother called me while we're taking a walk. She just blame that why am I don't allow ka wo to give her mobile. Also she once again, do something wrong. I can't say a word about what she'd done because no point to agrue. I make up my mind about my attudies and I would stop telliing her anything - she would help but keep spoil my plans and efforts.

I know that I'm strong enough to withstand most of the hardships in life. However, with someone stand by you is really wonderful. thanks wei wei. One say love is blind, not sure if this suit me fine.

Boss and my head turn up at the factory and chat with the workmate about the new arrangement. I maked up my mind and wait for the good chance to leave. Of course, I'll try my best on my duties.

gonna return to HK for mr. yip's pc problem. A time to confirm about the job issue.

Ton's Fire

Dear Vincent,

As requested, I need to perform inspection for 1200pcs of #24534 today. When I turned up at the 3/F, I could not found the goods. And finally I found the item are located just outside gate of the warehouse unattended. It's really disappointing that the person who is responsible for the product let the item unattended. Moreover, should it is the responsible for factory A to inform QC department about the actual location of the goods to be inspected.

Apart form this, when I returned from HK yesterday, I found that the inspection belt is filled with the goods. So I made a requested to factory A to transfer the inspected and sorted 24534 back to their factory. There is no point to claim that because there are no ext. ctn then ignore about my request. How can I perform inspection on a table full of checked item? The QC department is responsible to perform inspection and it's obviously that production to take care of the inspected item and follow up the packing process.

So I wish the following actions can be taken asap by factory A

1. transfer the inspected item back to their own storing place (factory A) and arrange packing later after arrival of the ctn.
2. transfer the uninspected item to 3/F for inspection.
