this morning, assign workmate to handle tasks using new procedures.
again, conflict in between the supplier and QC.
silly HK instructions force my workmate to enter poor working environment again. Refuse them to do so and instruction my workmate to work hand in hand to fight back. wei wei said that I'm the one "帶頭造反" ha ha. We only obey the lawful and acceptable instructions.
Trying to fix the notebook for another HK workmate.
New arrangement, new planning and new start.
will be a wonderful night with wei wei.
received order from a workmate about a Kingston DDR400 512 RAM. Gotta solve it anyway tomorrow.
A long and exhausted weekend.

Feel exhausted.
Returned of one workmate from his home town.
One workmate resigned and leave the company. Pay him salary of 850RMB in advance.

1. 絕大多數同事於休假日後的早上, 均需於清晨四, 五時起床出門趕搭由羅湖至清溪於七時二十分開出的頭班車, 以便於九時前返回工廠. 如因趕不上頭班車則必然於九時後才能到廠. 而九點之後到廠則被視為遲到. 各同事均認為此規條極不合理. 試想我們長期駐廠同事已比香港正常上班時間早一兩個小時出門, 而經過長途車舟車勞動後仍被視為遲到. 此其一.
其二, 港職同事於上班期間的國內交通時間一般來說已經開始計算為上班時間. 即港職同事於七時左右已經開始上班.
其三, 即使趕到頭班車, 如路上遇到交通阻塞, 而因此於九時後返回工廠, 亦被視為遲到. 同樣是極之不合理. 因為交通阻塞或交通方面的意外是我們控制不到的. 故此, 各同事均要求將最遲返回工廠時間由現在的九時更改為十時. 十時之後回廠才開始計算遲到時間.
其四, 關於休假日後回廠後補回上班時間的問題, 各同事均認為極不合理, 亦不符合公司的利益. 因各同事於清晨五時起床出門至晚上七時已經是十四個小時, 還要再補鐘一個小時 (即合共十五小時), 各同事均已心力交瘁, 無法集中精神工作. 對工作並無任何實際效益/效率可言, 同時亦間接影響第二天工作表現. 故此各同事均認為應該取消補鐘方面的規條. 而事實亦證明, 如有工作需要跟進, 各同事亦不會計較留下工作時間的長短. (考勤紀錄即可說明一切).

2. 各港職同事整年奔波在外, 經常為公司利益而放棄與家人於假日共聚天倫的機會而且現時由工廠返回深圳的交通情況每況愈下, 每逢週末均會交通阻塞, 同事因此常常是晚上九時多才能返抵家中. 與家人共進晚餐亦已變為共進消夜. 各同事均強烈要求週六提早於下午三時下班, 而值班同事則改為下午五時下班.

3. 同時每逢勞工假期前夕, 交通均會異常混亂, 甚至處於全面癱瘓狀態, 而最後一班由三中往深圳的大巴開出時間為晚上七時十五分. 常常出現無座位或無車可搭之情況; 即使選擇乘搭計程車亦因高速公路全線阻塞而不能幸免. 故此各同事均強烈要求每逢勞工假期前夕當日可提早於下午五時下班.

請公司方面可以理解同事提出之建議及予以批准, 籍此提高各同事對公司之歸屬感及凝聚力.

Day of inspection 31 items, 3 rejected.
Last day of David Kwong, our customer QC.
A busy day that handle many stuffs together.
Feel so exhausted.
Received the resign from my QC workmate. Approved it.
SMS to Ngai shui ying and learned that today is her birthday, so say happy birthday to her.
totally 3000pcs goods have defects. Which is part of our QC department responsibilties.
meet wei wei after bath - 2030. Walk hand in hand with her around the town and have some food together. Wei wei need to have QC meeting tonight.
wei wei is so wonderful tonight.
she received the letter from her mother, all about the issue they chated in phone before.
send her back early and rest on time.

EXHAUSTED.

Gary told me this morning that last night I dream and said a lot during sleeping. All related to shopping.

A busy and exhausted day.
received call from 契媽 and Mr. Yip about the PC problem in office and home. Assigned wai to fix her PC and will come with wai to fix Mr. Yip pc on the coming weekend.

Day of shipment.
Compress everything in 1.5 hours - shipment inspection, assign jobs to workmate in cleaning / QC department.
Afterward, came with Gary to bank for electic bill payment.
Exhausted.
Gary was sick today.
Meet wei wei at night and walk hand in hand with her for a while.
have some food together. It's getting cold today.
Get some food for Gary and rest early.

Monday, A busy day.
Sleep at 0230 this morning, wake up 0600. Catch the mini bus at 0620, arrived at sz by 0710.
feel so sick due to limited sleep.
called wei wei on bus.

follow up endless problem.
plsy with NaOH and HCl for the cleaning machine ions filter.
meet wei wei late because need to follow up something.
pushing brother to find jobs asap.
if we can save 5K each person, one month come to 15K, after one year, 180K enough for Ka Wo's uni study or start our early career.

Sunday, wake up 0830. Called wei wei at once then have a relaxing day.
play games with brothers.
wanna to get wei wei a mp3 player.
received call from dino. carry on the new arrangment planning on my career.

received call from Mr. Yip. Turned up at his home to fix the pc within 30 mins. Found that his pc was inflected with spyware. Reinstall windows XP on another pc then backup everything on this new harddisk.
discuss with Mr. Yip about my experience in this factory. he will make another arrange for my further career soon.
have dinner with Mr. Yip and his parents, then he joked me if I'm 30 something cause he found that my hairs is getting less..... poor Ton.

Sat morning. Return to HK by 0830. Renew the "closed area permit" at once.
feel so asleep.
called wei wei once returned to HK.
play games with brother, play basket ball with them in team at the evening.
call wei wei at night and see if she need me to return tomorrow.
a relaxing night but miss wei wei so.

Friday, a busy day keeps to doing something related to moving the department.
apply for leave application for tomorrow to re-new my "closed area permit"
meet wei wei at night, walk hand in hand with her around the town.

Feel so angry about the new management over the QC department (moving the QC staff into a very poor working environment). Assigned workmate to do some follow up actions to fight back.

A day busy for shipment sample and photos taking.
exhausted.

meet wei wei at 2145. Walked hand in hand and chat with her about our child-ages.
returned and play for a while.
gave the ringtone to thomas, he like it very much and keeps playing it to me and to workmates.........
