A long day that take time to come across.

Assign new job and new structure to department.

Meet wei wei after work, share a wonderful night with her and watch some movie together.
Life is just that simple, share with the one you love, do nothing but stay together and enjoy the time pass in between us. I love you so wei wei.
McDonald have some new choice, found myself addict to it.
Walk hand in hand with wei wei around the town.

Sept finally pass, with so many memories and feels. Especially for the time we were not together (I were in UK), the miss drive me crazy, and the wonderful moment when we re-union. The moment that brothers graduated, the moment that I landed at UK, the moment that I meet my friends. Time after time and I know that I'm getting more mature.

A long day for inspection.
Customer arrive early (0900), so arrange workmate to discuss with him with respect to the product problem.
Thomas inspect the 23120 item on his own, he complains that we are pushing the standard too harsh, so his stock would never pass the inspection. Somehow, we are just doing our own job. With reference the desired product quality defined by customer.
Of course, this is just something relates to work only.
Total 14 items, 12 passed.
At the noon, came with Rendy Lau to get some sample for inspection use such as cans, ice-cream. His motobike is running out of gas, so we need to walk back to factory.
I joked on him that if someone wanna stole his bike, there are trouble because can't ride it away.

After the inspection, have a brief meeting with my workmates in QC department. With assigning the new job and clarify the problem with respect to different product.

Have a meeting / tutorial to my assistant on management, resource allocation, performance evaluation issues with respect to the departmental development. As I told her before, I feel sorry about can't raise extra salary to her, but I wish to teach her something useful for her life coming.
As the head of a system, one of the key task is teaching your assistant your methodology on resolving problem. The more skillful your workmate, the easy your life. Only clear and effective instruction that made with careful consquence asset can ensure success in management.

Meet wei wei at 1945. However, Gary called me for the photo I took before for the fighting case happened on Tue, so I returned with wei wei for the memory stick. Just after I gave the memory stick to the shop, I made a call to Gary to ask he really need the photo, he told me that it not need. So we leave the shop and have some food at Ying Yuen.
After dinner with wei wei, we walk hand in hand around the town. We know each other and of course, we are more than friend.
Send wei wei back early and return. Found that thomas have his hair cut. After bath and rest early, call wei wei just before I sleep.

Another day for inspection.
Item pending because of the unavoidable scatch. Should be shipped without problem.

Meet wei wei after having a brief dinner with workmate. She have meeting till 2020.
Found myself miss wei wei so much whenever I can't see her.

After walk around the town with wei wei, send her back and return. Receive the call from Thomas, so join them again.

Returned at 2300, found that don't have water supply, poor us.

FFVII - a nice film.
Today have nothing special, keep on interview some new workmate for QC.
having some new development plan and measurement to address problem we are experiencing.

wei wei have meeting at evening, so meet her after work. then she came to the post office nearby to post her friend some money for new cell phone.
Use VNC to control machine - for most workmate.

Thinking of if it is possible to co-head the computer department as well.
Chat with Mr. Yip for a while.

Walked around the town and got some qulite for wei wei.
meet gary, wah and their workmates while we are shopping, so joined them to have some food.

Monday, a sleepy day.
Wake up 0600, got the mini bus to Lo Wu at 0610.
Got the bus back to san chung. Meet Gary and Thomas, of course, scared them.
A day with many things to follow up.
Feel so asleep for entire day.

Have a meeting with workmate with respect to the department stuff.

Meet wei wei after work, of course, she is totally out of control - laugh at me.
Poor Ton, laugh by others for entire day.
Take a walk with wei wei around the town and have some food with her.
wei wei is just so lovely.
Take a photo on my head.

Wake up 0600, got the bus back to sz at 0640. called wei wei and tell her about the conversation in between me and her relative.
Back to sz at 0730. Called home and ask mother if she will have morning tea with us, but we can't reach her so give up this idea. Meet mother on the mini-bus back home.
Called Ena about the computer stuff, initial asset is teh CPU overheat. Will assign Ka Wai to fix it on Wed coming.
Play game and rest for a while.
Watched Cast away, a nice film. Found "Wilson" the ball that made by the factory I worked before.
Miss wei wei so much so call her before sleep.

Have my hair cut, however, accident can happen, result I become a mock.

Sat - again, day of inspection for KLF goods.
9 items inspected, 2 rejected.

A hard week with full of inspection.
Arranged the workmate to establish the inspection for #23120. Somehow, many negative fedback received and need to address the problem and find a solution for this.

Have dinner with wei wei, thomas, Robin, wei wei's brother and his wife from sz.
A dinner that chat around the people in factory and history - those were the days.

send wei wei back and return to the room they stay. Chat with them for a while and of course, asset by them.

My Mandarin is really need to inprove asap. As I can't have effective communication with them.

A day without inspection, feel nice.
Write memo to address problem
Received the "last reminder" from workmate with respect to sitting at another workmate's room. Do this really matter in this poorly managed company that information can be retrieved easily?
Miss wei wei so much out of sudden, so sms her at the afternoon.
Received the payment on OT for workmate, totally RMB1500+
Meet wei wei at night, walk hand in hand with her around the town.
Send her back to factory then return early.
Reading for a while then sleep.

Started to write blog with no reason, maybe I know that I'm leaving soon.
Time to "as you are"

Planning to co-head the computing staff.

wei wei came to get her social insurance, 500RMB received.
Chat with head on the reform with respect to the factory.

meet wei wei at 1930, came with her to qing xi, meet gary and jean on the bus.
walk with wei wei around the town, think of the days we're together and we're sweet about this.

One of my friend is down now, wish she recover soon.
Chat with Vicky for a while, she is fine and busy on her work.

Day of inspection again for D02641
Item rejected.
Boss return and meetings.
Handle many QC problem together.
Meeting with respect to QC problem and production. Trying to drive a solution to address the problem.
Wei wei came to my factory for the social insurance claims. Then we meet Gary and Robin to watch the football match. Van and his girl friend join us later.
Send wei wei back to factory, stared at her for so long then kiss and say goodbye.

Returned and gave Rendy / Thomas some gift from UK.
washed my clothes and rest after playing for a while.
