A hard days night, gotta return to HK tomorrow morning.
Nothing special today, just arrange workmate to tidy up the mess.
Take a walk with wei wei and have some tea with thomas, gary, lau together.

Terrist attack in UK again, why this is happening.
Tomorrow will be last day of Miranda in company, wish she have a bright future.
Vincent will return to CN on Aug for every Mon, Tue, Wed. Is this too late?

Customer QC inspection, 3 out of 24 item rejected, good result but out of luck.
Discuss with Vincent about my no pay leave on Aug - Sept and revise on my salaries.
After all, he agree to change my position, however, this doesn't mean anything to me as my duties now is really someone in charge of the department.
On the other hand, the salaries is far lower than I expected - for a university graduate, this is unacceptable and I'm confidence to get a better job with better salary.
Time to work out you new job if proposed salaries not pass.

Take a walk with wei wei and have dinner with her together. Found that we think of same thing - "pock chop" together and have it as our food.
Then wei wei got asleep, send her back to factory and then take a walk of 20 mins back to my room.
No matter where you are, I'll by your side.

Resolving the problem with respect to the cleaning department.

Completed the form for QC department.
Endless problem need to resolve.
Cleaning department have some conflict, solved.
A must to refrom the department, somehow, need to pay a lot.
Take a walk with gary to look for the item with him, need to arrange the material for customer QC inspection. Why I need to do so?
Meeting with boss at afternoon 1230, feel so sick about it.

have dinner with wei wei at a 蘭州拉麵shop, without air conditioner, both of us wet through. However, the food is nice.
Got the vest for wei wei form her friend. However, can't find some flower for her.
Tomorrow will have a wonderful meeting with lau, wei wei and I, thomas, gary are looking forward about it.

Day that wei wei not in the company, feel lost.
Another local workmate resign from the job because of the conflict in between the supplier. He was treatern and violent. Anyway, I know that he won't stay here long because the salary is just too low in this factory.

Receive mail form HK that I need to do some form for the HK workmate, anyway, it's an order to do so, doesn't matter too much.

Perform 23120 inspection with thomas till 2000. Catch up with wei wei afterward.

When we came to ying yuen, we meet Mr. Lam, so we sit together and sound off for a while; afterward, we meet small yuen.

Generated a sms for her at mid-night. Should be the 2nd sweet message I ever send to her after we are together.

Wei wei is the first one said happy birthday to me, received her card and gift.
To share with someone you love is a mean of my life. Then I found wei wei in this little world.
As I wrote to her before "Let's share our birthdays for life" I mean I do to do so, shall we?
So hot and we just walking in air-cond. area in cheng ping hand in hand.

Lunch with wei wei at Mouton Cafe' a nice place to enjoy lunch with the one you love.
Return to san chung, the bus really running at a deadly peace, takes only 1.25 hours to return san chung, really too fast.

Dinner with Gary at Ying Yuen. I need to walk for more than 30mins to pick wei wei daily, good for health to have a walk daily.

24th years old. Time to push yourself more higher. You have your road to walk through, also your responsible in life. Be elite, Ton. Demonstrate yourself and try best.

So hot, can't think at all. Morning just tidy up the sample room and get some admin work.

Finally, wei wei leaved the factory, and most of her belongings sent to her new factory.
The problem is her room don't have power supply, so she can't charge her battery, it's really a big problem as we need close contact now.
After waiting for her for 1.5 hours, she arrived in a hurry.
Gary comments that I looked 沒精打采 cause wei wei isn't by my side.

小黑 (my goldfish) was flushed to washroom by my workmate out of accident - is this a murder?
I told my workmate the bowl has changed in colour, so she picked it up and change the water, during that time, 小黑 managed to escaped and "swim" into the hold of the sink.

Last day of wei wei. Have a dinner outside with her and her workmate.

A hard day.

Stay in the factory zone for entire day, put an eyes on their work and trying to improve their performance.
Endless issue to solve the low moral problem.

Told my head about my holiday to UK and asked him to revised the contact.
He needs to make judgement and consider about it by himself - it's time for him to make it.
Leadership needs decision making and judge about the reality.
He can either let me out for a while or fired me out then re-make a new contract.

Video conference with boss and Vincent over the Internet. The mic is just too weak and result in we need to shout at each other.
Replied the problem on QC last Wed. The problem is actually out of production, not the QC department. We did inspection, but the process is just a ramdom inspection. So there are no point to waste my time to inspection the faulty products.
Also the workmate in their have their job, is that my job to assign job to them rather than doing their job. I need to asset their job and carry out evaluation. that's mean of management. Without careful localization, the faith of company can be seen - lost competition ability with compare to other well managed company.
I don't mean to trust the local workmate at all, however, one people's time is limited and we need to work together as a team.
Anyway, no point to argue. As I know as soon as I came to UK, another victum will get into my position.
It's really silly that a manager / supervisor doing something that is in general handle by the uneducated and low costing worker.

Funny theory from Gary:
Bunhoi index - with the raise of econ development and improve of global econ. environment. We will found the raise in Bunhoi index. Which is calculated based on the direct proporational of resign staff.
We can proof that the number is raising because HK's econ is getting better now, so the number of resign raises.

One workmate turn to me about the new management as well as what another HK workmate said to him is a insult to him. Turn him down and solve the problem at the end of the day. With additonal management instructions on him.

1. 郭做Online QC Full check一事事在必行, 可是有關Full check程序是否在包裝完成後檢驗後還是直接在
清洗後進行檢驗後打包裝.
2. 本人認同有關歐陽可才之安排, 同時建議明示歐陽可才不可以隨便離開工作崗位, 如有任何問題應該
以書面形式匯報港職同事. 藉此加強對其之管理, 並清楚介定其角色和提升其工作效率.
3. 建議中提及的男性QC (黃學森) 為新入職員工, 正接受磨光方面QC訓練(一個星期), 以期減輕袁巧鳳
的工作壓力和改善外廠磨光檢驗速度.
4. 由於本部各QC已經全部安排工作, 建議提及的女QC是否需要安排招募.

基於以上各項, 本部是否應該考慮暫時擱置人事更改, 直至有關同事的訓練完成和相關部門有時間作準
備和安排.

Boss returned from Europe.
The HK workmate came to us out of sudden that what memo from HK is not stand for asking him to sign everything. To me, I just doing my job no matter who my boss. That's my responsibilties. He claims that he is scared of someone misunderstood on him, however, nobody but himself misunderstood him. And I don't need to do so.
Proof that something wrong with the setting of email server, as the server set to deny the ip, so when the pc (inflected) in cn try to access the mail server, it deny the ip from cn, result in deny other services.
There are solution, however, I don't have much time to handle this.

Wed, QC inspection day - 2 customer visit us together.
7 out of 21 items rejected.
email server cracked. result in failure for sending mail.
Feel so asleep because of sleepless last night.
Take a walk with wei wei around the town.
Have chinese tea with thomas, gary, lau at xin fok. We were expected to see the canteen aunt's family and the lady that she's going to introduce to lau. at the end of the day, nobody turned up. then we called chu man (wei wei 's friend) from tong ha to join us.

Love trend to infinity for wei wei.
