the auditor came to factory to have annual inspection.
chat with cannis / peggy about comments on factory and company.
after work, came to cheng pang to meet friend from ex-factory.
have a brief discussion with hung over new business till mid-night.
made calls before sleep to wei wei.
rest in a strange inn. can't sleep well.

a day without any special thing to do... just stay in factory.

today nothing special, cause almost come to the end of year, everything tidy for annual aduit in factory.
help with clean up the cleaning machine at factory.

get a basketball with workmate and have the annual dinner with them (paid 400 personal). Don't have any hope on this damn company.

carry on relaxing myself.
as get drunk, so rest early after sending sms to wei wei and my friends.
sleep at 2030, new record.

Day of inspection
20 items, 17 passed.

wake up 0600, arrived at sz at 0710.
called wei wei at noon.
chat with my head about the management stuff for a while.
feel so asleep for entire day.

came out with vincent, gary and rendy for some food, then sleep early.

wake up and play ffvii for a while, can't withstand the Japanese so give up at the end of the day.
came with ka to to uncle's farm.
chat with uncle and hin about the farm at hoi nam, also got the advice from uncle about the management stuff.
a time to revise my policy over the management.
after lunch, return home and help with some construction at home.
rest at 2030 at night.
made some calls to wei wei before sleep.

day of inspection.
4 items inspected, 1 pending and 2 rejected.
wrote an email to my head about the qc problem.
after inspection, without any motivation.
returned to hk with Gary and Rendy after dinner.
back home by 2030.

watched the file "murder number" quite impressive.
complete the download for FFVII, but they are japanese, no idea at all. Poor me.
miss wei wei very much, called her after returned to HK.

friday, a day without any motivation towards works.
nothing special at morning.
at afternoon, came out with Gary for some changes for worker's salaries.
sound off with small yuen on arrangement before dinner.
a 20" container loaded. afterward have some food with workmate.
it's rainning and getting cold.
chat with gary for a while just before sleep.

thur day of inspection.
morning customer QC arrived at factory early and I assigned my assistant to handle about the inspection. then came to kwong hui at sz on my own to have the inspection for item parts.
spend the morning to complete the inspection.
have dinner with the supplier and 2 QC form another company. found that they are from same home town with wei wei as well.
make friend and leave the contract with one QC. Mary Xie, nice to meet you.
returned to factory to follow up the inspection.
Total 28 items, 22 passed. so far so good.

after the inspection, take a visit to Lu Lu Liu's phone shop with Gary. just a sound off with them.
have hair cut at a salon - a horrible experience that last too long. (take nearly 1hr to have my hair cut)
learned that wei wei have her hair cut as well.
rest on time.

wed.
today have a meeting with my head about my working performance.
also just some suggestion to my head over the development on QC and Cleaning department.
received the inform letter from company about the bonus I will get for this years' effort. nearly 7.5K. Better than nothing.
found myself miss wei wei so much.
days to resolve problem and assign workmate to handle tasks.
planning about my future in another aspect.

day of inspection at kwong hui - sz.
assign workmate to handle task required to do so then came to have inspection.
the inspection completed by 1200. Arrived at sz station by 1500. At home by 1600.
left my mobile at the taxi, glad to pick it back after calling to taxi driver. (paid 60HKD as gift).

at night, have dinner at mr. Yip party. Meet many people and have a nice dinner.
call wei wei before sleep.
afterward, have some research with ka wai to develop new server.
