some workmate leave early during lunch time, having trouble with this, result in memo and warning letter.
have some tea with gary, wei wei joined us later.

wake up 0730.
Expected to have morning tea with family, but mother return early, so have breakfast at home.
Play game.
Ka wai asked about the DDR and ECC register issue - really something simple that he need to know.

Mother return to CN and ask me for RMB 200, so I gave her RMB 300, then she asks for HKD to borrow with, then gave her 1000 HKD. Saving is droping again.

return to factory at 1900. Meet wei wei and have dinner with her. Walk around the town at city centre.
buy something funny with her.
Return to factoy and sleep early.

Sat - a day need to stay at factory.
Finally, the customer didn't visit the factory - waste our time and effort.
Join wei wei at ying yuen, have dinner with her and Gary.
Returned home by 2100. Have dinner with family.
Play game for a while.

Called Ann on my way back home, with many things to talk with.

Friday, expected to return HK, but finally received a memo from my head then learned that I need to stay for the Sat because of customer visit.
A strong argue with my head - he raise my salary to 11K but I need to work for every Sat. After calculation, I just raise 200HKD actually, I'm really angry about this, so tell him that's unacceptable to me. I think that actually an insult to my efforts. Thinking of finding new job again.

Writing memos to encounter problems.
wei wei have meeting tonight till 2030, got her at 2115.
we're close and we'll share.
Thinking of new business.
I'm waiting, waiting for the capital to establish my enterprise. Do it right for the first time and everytime.

Day of inspection 27 item, 1 rejected.
Feel so sick about the company.
Argue with head with respect to workmate's salaries issue.
New policy on inspection sampling, result in a waste in time.

Meet wei wei after work, Thomas and workmate have a dinner party, they invited us to join but wei wei don't want to do so. Finally, we join them. However, when we are on the way send her back, she shows her upset about this - I just told her about what I think - a social stuff that we can't avoid. Anyway, I respect her about this as I don't wanna drink and having passive smoke at all.

A day feel so asleep. With poor moral to work.
meeting with workmate on salary issue.
resolving many problems that generate troubles.
meet wei wei after work.
Walk hand in hand with her around the town. Send her back afterward.
New workmate will stay in factory from tomorrow.

Workmate reflect that I don't have any management over them, time to revise my management skill. The only thing I know is that I don't have enough resource to implement my procedures and policy.
