Conflict in between the workmate in admin department about the issue of computer usage during working hours, cause I found this person play games.

it's getting warm, walk hand in hand with wei wei around the town and have some drinks. Send her back early and rest early today.

meet wei wei after bath. came to qin xing with jean for dinner (火鍋).

Found wei wei is getting more and more pretty.
buy a new cup for me at 1.5 RMB, look alright.

Day to feel sick again.

Sunday, a relaxing day.
wake up at 0745.
wake up and play game for a while.
my friend's brother visited us and we played basketball for a while - we're getting old now.
lunch together with him. after lunch, ka to and ka wai had serious conflict.... no idea why they are so silly to do so. so just do nothing but silence, after the arguement, resolve it.
called wei wei before came to SS to meet Dino.
meet dino at SS with ka to. have a brief tea together and sound off about the performance problem related to hiking, so funny conversation.
meet wei wei at 1900. have dinner with her and walk hand in hand with her around the town.
returned to factory early and watch film "Die hard 3" with Gary.
Rest at 1210.

主旨: 有關KLF驗貨後包裝事宜

近來每次KLF驗貨均有30多款, 以本星期為例, A/B廠各17款貨(共34款貨), 而客戶每款平均領1-2外箱貨檢驗(A廠34外箱, B廠45外箱), 合共為79外箱.. 而平均每外箱抽6內盒, 合共有472內盒.

QC部根本無法自行將30多款貨重新包裝, 補回驗貨不良品及將貨物交回倉庫以供第2天出貨.

雖然A/B廠每次驗貨時安排的同事各一人(合共2人)到本部協助, 但是他們在1730後便不知所蹤, 只留下本部同事自行包裝及準備將貨物交回.

本部屢次向A/B廠方面要求提供協助, 唯有關主管答覆常為生產部人力資源不足, 或因為員工已經"定時定產"報數而不肯來協助驗貨後包裝.

而品檢部主要工作是對貨物作出檢驗及協助監察生產, 而並不是對貨物作出包裝及拉貨入倉. 當本部將人力資源轉移到進行驗貨後包裝,從數據可以顯示實際上生產質量亦有所下降.

現建議下列各項, 希望下星期一(05-12-2005)可以討論可行性
1. 現階段驗貨次序(如第3項未能實施)
1.1 在第3棟三樓寫字樓抽檢23120四方刨
1.2 到A廠第1棟四樓PMC倉對A廠貨物點數及抽檢(有關建議已得到細袁生及客戶(鄺生)同意)
1.3 回總倉對B廠貨物點數
1.4 在第3棟三樓寫字樓抽檢B廠貨物
1.5 A/B廠將需要返工再檢貨物(如客戶許可)交回第3棟三樓寫字樓供客戶再抽驗

2. 人力資源安排
2.1 在寫字樓驗貨A/B廠自行安排人手對其產品進行包裝, 並需要指示他們暫時接受品檢部安排工作.
2.2 在寫字樓驗貨A/B廠同時安排人手協助將貨物交回總倉,並需要指示他們暫時接受品檢部安排工作.
2.3 在A/B廠抽檢之貨物則自行包裝及交回總倉(如合格)

3. 有關B廠安排其貨物倉庫及準備驗貨地點建議
3.1 由B廠方面安排貨物倉庫存放地點.
3.2 客戶於第4棟二樓寫字樓抽驗

4. Pro QC 驗貨安排
4.1 在各廠倉庫抽貨後於寫字樓驗貨, 人力資源按2.1及2.2項安排
4.2 或有關貨物入總倉, QC抽貨後於寫字樓驗貨,人力資源按2.1及2.2項安排

Day of inspection
34 items, 29 passed.
too much items to be packed.
Received calls form my head with respect to the items to be inspected stuffs.
sound off with my department's workmate about days together.
meet wei wei early tonight and have some tea for dinner together.
asked wei wei to learn cantonese and speak in English with her - practice make perfect.
I would say that our family have no problem to communicate in English but not well in mandarin.
Send wei wei back at 2100 and came to join Gary and Rendy.
returned to factory by 2115.
play game for a while and rest early.

work out the new form for QC stuff.
received the problem related to total qty of surface finishing supplier argue about difference...
Boss returned today, with nothing talk to him.
chat with my head and point out that I don't wanna stay in the QC department, as I'm a management person keen to push myself toward a higher level of management skill.
Gotta have inspection tomorrow.
Resolve some QC stuff about the shipment inspection as well as the packing information follow up.
wei wei don't have meeting tonight, may meet her a little bit early.
Last day in Nov.
Gotta save at leave 15K in account, effort, Ton.

I'm not good at Exam, but I would say that English is a complusory communication skill in worldwide environment and I glad that my English level is fair enough to survive... somehow, my mandarin level is really horrible...
