Monday, a hard day feel so asleep.
Learned the workforce decided to resign form the job together. Awful.
Won't bother about this anymore, just send out the warning letter to my head with respect to this issue again. If he perfer not to resolve it, it's their problem.


Subject: impact of low salary toward the entire department
Dear Vincent,

I would like to remind you again the low salary (less than 700 RMB including working OT 4 hours) with compare to normal 900-1100RMB with OT for QC have a very serious and negative impact toward my department's development and day to day's operation.
Problems include:
1. Impossible to hire new workmate for the position of QC.
2. Impossible to maintain the stability of working force in QC department.
3. Impossible to maintain the QC standard stability for inline inspection.
4. Low moral and zest towards job / task assigned.
Proposed solutions:
1. Sponsorship to the staff with good performance at least RMB 150 per month. The bonus should be separate to the salary so we won't pay extra on social insurance.
2. On average, sponsor every staff at least RMB 50.
3. For staff having problem, no bonus.
By this way, we can achieve the followings:
1. Improve the overall moral
2. Improve the stability of work force by reduce the number of workmate leave because of salary.
3. Using the bonus as a tool on management.

As I said before, we are spending a lot on trainning for new comer, for those gained the skills, they leave and work for our competitor. This result in we can't maintain the stability of workforce and quality, finally gain huge loss to our company.

Have lunch with Dino, wan, ka wai at fanling.

Return to CN and have a wonderful dinner with wei wei.

Assign job to workmate.
a long sat.
have dinner with wei wei then return to HK.
stay at home for a while, then join ka wai and ka wo at fanling.
a dinner with brothers.

dino arrived at hok tau by 0130.
came to nam chung and rest there.

Friday, a long day.
Tidy up the departmental file system and backup everything into the server.
Meeting with QC department workmates and production workmates with respect on new procedures to improve the quality.
Shipment goods found stolen, tones of trouble.

Have a chat with new workmate - Anson Cheng. Welcome.

Natural leadship.

Walk hand in hand with wei wei around the town. wei wei said that she can't sleep well because she just start to think about our future. I tell her that don't worry about that, the solution is simple and I planned ahead already.
Kiss and say good bye then back to factory.

Thur, day of inspection.
Today customer arrive late.
Total 19 items inspected, 4 rejected.

Customer QC found re-inspection of inspection passed item again, generate tones of trouble.
Resolving problem.

Work till 1930.
Came with wei wie to have some tea as dinner.
Take many photos for wei wei.
Just a simple life in a simple world after work and stay with wei wei.

Keep on inspection for 23120. Feel sick about this.
Carry on assign new task for the new comer.

Finally, totally 1680pcs 23120 ready for inspection.

Wei wei have meeting till 2030. Catch her after bath.
Return early and rest early.

Chat with Rebacca Ho for a while, good luck on her and wish she can achieve a good result in finaly year.
Time really passes silence and fast, recall days in UK when Rebacca asked about train to Manchester.

Meet wei wei after work, walk around the town.

Conflict in between the workmate and supplier with respect to the quality requirement issue.

Monday, a hard day.
wake up 0600, hurry for the first bus back to factory at sz.
Sleep for entire trip. Wake up on time and come with Gary and Thomas.
After we return to factory, Jean Lai return and complain that we leave him alone on the bus. However, nobody notice about his existance on the bus.

Received mail from Yin, learned that he is trying to do something with respect to his future, good luck.
Carry on inspection of 23120 with Thomas.

Feel so asleep for entire day.

Meet wei wei after work till 2015. Walk hand in hand with her around the town. The temp is wonderful and we finally have some drinks in a shop.
we are getting closer and we are sure about our future.
Gotta select a photo for wei wei's family.

Recalled the moment that I took first photo for wei wei at factory. Now I'm taking some amazing photo for her using my cell phone.

Return home at noon.
Home installed air conditionor.
Called wei wei when return home.
Play AOC with ka wai and ka wo for one round.
meet dino at mong kok.
walked around with them and joined ka wai at 2140. Have some food at McDonald.
Enjoy movie with ka wai and ka wo.

National day, do nothing but stay with wei wei for entire day.
Walk around with wei wei again, share the memories we were together and recall about this.

meet an ex-workmate in QC department called chun yung at town.

Have some food and rest again.

A simple day stay with the one special to me. Thanks wei wei.
