today I consulted doctor
yesterday night was not v. gd cos my throat was hot and painful.
These days don't make curse in front of me.

2.Last Sat a colleague from Poly U said that she can't teach without a micophone.
cuz she will get throat pain and then fever after a shout.

up till now I'm not sure if I had really shout..(I dont' think I'd shouted, anyway)
and then it's true, Sunday really throat pain.
feel so bad. cuz I now a bit feel like fever.....gonna fever.
真係俾d人咒中晒.
so eat poo.
所以don't curse me.

I told doctor that I taught on Sat and just told her the experience from my Poly U colleague.
I asked if 有無gum 誇ar?
she laughed.
said probably yes if u speak for long, plus u don't have enough zZ.
I guess she just jugde like this from my dark eye circles.
I chatted with her for a short while, ask abt the 綜合症
She said we got weaker probably due to the changing hormone.
so right now I can foresee my "schedule of sickness"
gum 下次我就唔會大驚小怪.
原來hormone 也是抵抗力差的成因 :O
this I can't control cuz this week is really busy.
Of course if ppl have enough rest, they must be pretty and healthy ga!
Everybody knows this but in reality u can't control all these.
I seem can't prevent it and this is not the 1st time already.
I'm so "familiar" with the characteristics of the illness.
最近我好有興趣去了解more about hormone.
cos I found sth quite interesting.
later when I'm free and when I remember I'll try to get know of it.

they are ok 乖, same as I expected.
maybe becos the class is a rather gd class in there la.

I feel I look like the youngest among the colleagues, so the panel arranged me a better class? :P
I'm quite happy when 1.5 hr was finished and I had 15mins break.

I asked if u feel tired in the morning, they said "NO"
but 2 students feel v. dizzy near the end of the lesson.

I also feel so tired....nearly Mon to Sat wake at around 6-8........can't rest. feel so bad.
right now, Sunday is a very lovely day for me~
