讀書讀到覺得很開心

邊讀邊覺得很適合自己

甚至會感動到眼濕濕潤

乎復何求 !


雖然還有 doubt 和 uncertainty

但我覺得這個 doubt 是很好的

因為它會防止我變得太 extreme


今天讀到關於人如何因兒童時代的一些 trauma 而發展出一些身體上的毛病, 比如說很多 schizophrenia 病人也是兒童時代經歷過 trauma, 然後身體會為了survive from trauma 而產生一些 symptom, 如 migrane headache, clusterheadace, digestive problems, cancer, hear voices etc.

到底是否真的因為 trauma 而生起那個病呢?

是否 deal with 了那 trauma 後病便會好呢?

我不知道

不過是一個很有趣的看法

在當年爸爸過身時我所生的蛇和全身出粒粒

是否真的跟情緒有關?

朋友父親過身時他忘記了當時的片段是否身體 deal with trauma 的其中一種方法?

朋友母親過身跟她的長期頭疼又有沒有關係呢?

我們的身體跟心靈的聯繫真的存在嗎?
