今天年廿八

完全沒心工作呢!

最近愛上了這個英國品牌

雖然可能有點 cheap

不過我覺得它 cheap 得來很 sexy, bold, feminine

並非一般的 design

I am not happy with who I am

and not being who I want to be

I am not happy about this discrepancy for a long time

yet I never succeed to shorten this discrepancy

i want to sleep at 2330 and wake up at 0430 for meditation

go yoga before work

yet I never succeed to wake up

I want to stay at home and have dinner with grandpa three weekdays a week

but I always hang out with friend and not eat at home

I want to watch tv with grandpa in the living room and talk more with him

but I spend most of the time on internet inside my room

I want to wear clothes that i like

yet I find myself too fat and whatever clothes I like

it never look good on me

I want to loose weight

yet I keep eating snack and not doing exercise

I want to have confidence

yet I do not have much

I want to meditate for 2 hours daily

yet it is always a non achievable dream

so what the heck i am doing here!!!!!

spending my life without living it out???

kiling and wasting my time moment after moment?

day after day?

year after year?

seeing myself getting old but never like myself for once???

i dont want that

i dont want that

i dont want that

so

wht's next

yes, it's time for change

it's not easy

it's take courage

its need determination

I am sure failure will happen in the course

but still

i will give it a try

at least

i can tell myself

i did try my best to be the one that i want to be

succeed or not succeed

很感謝 i 邀請我進今年靜坐中心的 trustee

為期一年

這一年內有一個 code of conduct

當中說:

"理事規約

理事必須盡可能持守戒律。尤其，必須特別著重第三戒及第五戒，完全戒除不當的性行為，並且完全禁絕酒類及毒品。理事須全情投入正法的道路，和這個傳承的內觀技巧。

每天至少早上練習一小時，晚上練習一小時，這是不可或缺的。所有的理事必須至少每年參加一次十日課程，並且盡量每年至少一次服務於十日課程。"

不當的性行為的 definition 是根據所處的社會環境而定

跟已婚人士在香港該是普遍認為不當的

那有女朋友或單身的又怎樣呢?

一年不喝酒

希望能做到

所以昨天喝了 gin tonic (雖然也算不上是甚麼列酒)

早晚靜坐

這該是最難辦到的了

1. 糾纏

立即死心，完全不去糾纏，也許是不可能的。那麼，給自己一個期限吧。

分手時，他答應會打電話給你。他信誓旦旦地說，他會找你。他說，雖然分開了，他還是會永遠關心你。你信以為真，每天等他電話，但是，這些承諾完全沒有兌現。你終於明白，分手時說的話，只有傻瓜才會相信。

應該放手了，可你捨不得，你太想他了，好吧，那就打電話給他。第一次，他的態度冷冰冰。第二次，還是冷冰冰。第三次，他依然沒有回心轉意的跡象。凡事不過三，這些電話，以後不用再打了。

要是他愛你，下一次，會是他打電話來。要是他不愛你，再打四十次也沒用，不如留一點尊嚴自己。

2. 不要打無聲電話

一聽到他的聲音就掛斷，你以為他不會猜到是你打來的嗎？除非他是個大笨蛋。假如他是個大笨蛋，根本不值得你愛。

3. 不要再去看他的網誌或 facebook

他的一切已經跟你無關，別自討苦吃。他的網誌才沒寫得那麼好，值得你作為一個讀者去看。

4. 不要隨便找個人來填補他的空缺

失戀時，跟一個自己不愛的人一起，只會讓你更想念他，也更瞧不起自己。

5. 不要拿自己的幸福來報復他。

明明不喜歡他的朋友，為了報復他，故意跟那個男人好。你以為他會心痛嗎？他只會覺得你不自愛。他根本不關心。

6. 沒期限的沉淪

傷心和沉淪總有個期限。兩個月也好，三個月也好，給自己一個期限，就當是送給自己一個奢侈的失戀假期吧。假期之後便要清醒，一直沉淪下去，當你醒覺的那天，也許已經太遲了，你已經錯過太多。

7. 不要逼自己去忘記

能夠忘記的時候，自然就能夠忘記。忘記不是一時三刻做得到的。

某時某刻，幽幽地想起那個你愛過的人，依然忘不了他，是人生的一部分。然後，某年某天，想起同一個人，發覺你對他早已經完全沒有感覺了，原來也是人生的一部分。

8. 不要無愛的性

有些男人很自私，他不愛你了，但是，當他想要的時候，他還是很樂意找你上床，因為他知道，痴心的你不會拒絕。

別那麼傻了，假如他還愛你，他不會捨得給你無望的夢想。無論你再跟他睡多少次，他早已經不愛你了，也不會回到你身邊。每次上床之後，他只想你快點離開。

當愛情已死，再瘋狂的性也撩不起愛的餘燼。

9. 不要把他送的禮物還給他

只有小男生和小女生才會做這種事。無論他送的東西多麼貴重或是多麼有意義，當愛情消逝，互相送過的禮物對你或對他已經沒有任何意思。留著吧，送回去或是把禮物要回來都太小家子氣了。

10. 不要相信自己說的話

你大可以很悲壯地告訴他：「我以後再也不會這麼愛一個人了！」但是，你心裡不必真的這樣想。人生的千迴百轉，是你心碎時沒法想像的。

你以後會找到比他好的，到時候，你也許會反問自己：「我當時到底為什麼會愛上他啊？」
