最近瘋了

狂跟各式各樣的男生來往

各種年齡各種膚色各種職業各種背景各種身份

不停看一些有關 dating flirting 等資料

然後實驗

盡量提醒自己抱著一個 meeting people 的心態 (是書上提醒的)

書上提醒很多 dating 多數會 end up 成為 friendship



最近發現身邊多了很多男性

而且有很多也是 ok 的呢

我好像把小學中學因讀女校

積聚了多年而被 suppress 了的 '溝仔' 意慾爆發出來

三八婦女節

我要成為一個 self love, self respect, integrity, complete, make choice 的女性

根據 secret 一書所提議

該寫成我已經是一個 self love, self respect, integrity, complete, make choice 的女性

哈哈


今天去了 caprice

原來是在 four seasons

雖然對這位法國美國人沒有 feel

不過他是一位可以做朋友的人

這裡的 lunch 比想像中便宜

份量雖小

但 quality 很 fine

而且吃到最後居然覺得很飽

所以可以說是一個很好的 portion

今天跟德國人出了來

原來他只有 27 歲

但他的外貌像 30 - 34

真慘

他以為我是 25 歲

他未開始脫髮的時候該是蠻靚仔的

他很坦白

說他在德國還有一個女友

不想欺騙我

所以決定告訴我

很 grateful 能遇上這個坦白的人呢

雖然我對他 anyway 也沒有甚麼 feel

他提議去 museum

很好的提議喔!

這是外國人跟本地人的分別嗎?


晚上跟 w 等人去了打 bowling

我當然還是最低分的那一位

還要很白痴的再一次把球脫手掉在地上

他們當然爆笑了

為何我的 sport sense 可以這麼差

哈哈哈哈哈

很好聽喔!

秘密一書教了三個 steps

還有要

- 對別人充滿愛
- 不抗拒不如意的事, 學習接受它, 然後把注意力放在想要的東西上
- 經常感覺滿足
- 信任別人
- 知道什麼東西會為你帶來喜悅, 做讓你喜悅的事

就當做一個 experiment 吧!

想不到觀察著這個情緒
