夏天來臨, 溫度依然寒冷, 不過就多了點日光, 少了點悶氣

放工踢波唔駛開 floodlight 都可以踢到 8 點

闊別 3 星期再歸隊, 踢D波同香港完全唔同, one touch football 走位快上快落......撇開技術, 體能, 速度, 身型同身體對抗性唔講......如果香港人有咁嘅意識同 movement 踢波已經可以好好多

好似阿 IN 咁講同D鬼踢開波之後返香港踢波硬係怪怪地唔多慣

1. 硬係一攞到波就要上腳推波, 唔多第一時間望人交波走位, 攪到D波節奏好慢, 個波死晒先交波
2. 硬係交完波就停晒步, 無 one-two 同 through ball
3. 硬係等波踢唔主動 come deep to get ball, 咁就要踢長傳無晒 possession
4. 硬係唔用盡球場闊度
5. 硬係要勉強向前踢, 好少選擇橫傳, 轉邊或回傳
6. D走位怪怪地, 可唔可以搵空位或 channel 走俾 option 隊友交波呀
7. D前鋒/中鋒 (特別係單箭頭) 好少壓位 Play with back to goal 黎 hold ball 等中場 support
8. D 球場閱讀能力麻麻地, 視野比較狹窄
9. 隊友間好少溝通, D鬼踢波個個由頭叫到尾, 我自己多數打 last man 睇晒全場鐘意係咁手指指俾 command 中場交波/轉邊, 同防守企位

除左 GK, 我自己就踢 sweeper 同 centre back 局多, 不過自己最 enjoy 踢 DMF 同 FB, 某程度上同自己D走位習慣有慣

打CB: 呢個位置於球隊中好重要, 不過 cover area 相對細發揮有限, 頂多 stop play, cut off through ball, man marking, hard tackle, try long range pass

打 FB: 我鐘意拉到好開沿住邊線走, make overlap run 或者 play through ball 去翼位之後 cut inside, huge line, run forward whenever possible

打 DMF: come deep to get ball, play short simple pass, switch ball to other flank, stop play, run forward whenever possible

我諗香港人打前鋒應該留意下 Drogba, Tevez 同 Rooney, 打中場睇下 Scholes , Makelele, Xavi 同 Gerrard, 打 full back 睇 Evra 同 Zambrotta, 剩係模仿下D打法同走位已經好夠

係 local council 做事服務大眾成日俾人 complain 都慣晒, 間唔中收到D市民嘅 "致謝" email 都幾過癮同開心......查實我同 Carole 通過電話同 email 來往幾次, 查實佢想 make appointment 同我 onsite discuss 個 case (吹水訴苦), 不過我推完佢一次又一次, 鬼咩個 case file 一揸上手 scan 一 scan 都估到我會 recommend refusal, 來回揸 1 粒鐘車去個 site 聽佢吹 5 分鐘水真係浪費我時間......仲要係撞正我放假返香港前最忙果段, sorry Carole 我地無緣見面啦


Dear James

I have just been informed that the above application has been refused. I have been speaking with some of the people that put in letters of opposition, and others that did not put in letters but were never the less opposed to the idea and are pleased with the outcome. Whilst I am well aware that the recommendations and decisions made were based on assessments and factual information gathered and presented, I along with others involved wish to thank you for help and to say how pleased we are with the outcome.

This issue was about our homes, our quality of life and about the local neighbourhood and community. We feel this decison is an indication that the council has listened to what people are saying, and respected their concerns and opinions.

We are all aware that the issue is not yet closed, that the decison can go to appeal, however we feel we have made of voices heard once and are confident and willing to do it again if necessary.

4月前要清假, 有時假期太多都會給人帶來煩惱, 仲有8日假未放, 多野做到爆都唯有攞3日假, 鬼咩剩係可以 carry 5 日假去下年.......唯有帶D urgent 嘅 file 返屋企做啦......

放完兩個半假, 返黎開兩日工, 之後又連放 5日, 下星期 1/4 (Tue) 先再返工

Katy: "James, it's absolutely disgraceful", 唔抵得我年尾假期多呀妹妹仔, 呢D叫 "慢流尾袋"........haha............

計計下我 3月只係返左 4日半工咁大把..........

來年 Council employee 假期按各人首天開工日子重組, 即係我由 1/4/2008 - 12/10/2009 有 34 日假期, 加埋上年用剩果 5日, 再加埋年尾 council civic office close 果 8日 (25/12 - 1/1), 未計其他 bank holidays (6 日到啦) 同 OT flexi-leave 就有47日假期, 今次真係有排度假期有排煩

開工以黎去過奧地利, 捷克, 比利時, 計埋之前係 cardiff 去過嘅西班牙, 德國, ideally 今個年度希望去到 4 個 trip, 秋天 (克羅地亞 10日), 冬天 (法國 5日), 春天 (意大利12日), 夏天 (匈牙利 4日)

可以嘅留番10日 (兩星期) 循例返香港
