1st training for trailwalker..... but it's really tough for me.... my ass burn~~ i really can't believe that i could finish in 1999.... i only walked for lane 7... still it's too harsh for me.... my ass recover from 2/9 onwards.... when i am showering.... the pain is unprecedent and really can't narrate in a paragraph.... 現代滿淸十大酷刑之首.... 人生之憂患莫過於此.... i get to be really serious in the training....

I am happy after i decide that 3 is more important than 4.... quality is better than quantity.. i will set time limit for the decision.... again need to nod and bend knees in front of the truth and money needs... anyway... i feel release after eating grasses behind me.

crashed into pieces these days... i find that the job i am having is not worthwhile anymore. If i can have a choice, i would have left. Last weekend competition, i saw 細榮 performing as a guest. He said:"鍾意做mic做lor，洗mug淋甘多"... if this is the stereotype of band guy... o甘就好la

12 Aug 0:46.... i should have slept... but get too excited la... snooker in weekday and also play vedio games afterwars. not bad... should be quite good... no celebration, but another kind of happiness. Moreover, goodluck la... though we can't be together... i sincerely hope that u can find a boy better than me. If the one is not better than me... u haven't graduated la... ok??

Accompany my wife for 1 hr each day.... is it feasible.... i know my wife is lovely... but i get to go with my CFA as well as trailwalker, and also my parents and possible partner ga wor... greed or fear...... an unknown term but suit my situation quite well

13 days from the last entry.... "showhappy.net" get sucks and i couldn't write any afterwards. I am a VIP ar... what's up??

I have many things to share... sorrow with the job, happy with the relationship..... hope it's another start. And hope i am lucky and have interviews soon..... and sis, addoil la... work out for life~~ be easy to be satisfied... u will get happier....~~
