便到她介紹的那所中醫診所看看
進去, 羅醫師問我想醫甚麼
我說其實沒有特別的…...
立刻想想吧!
想到了
鼻上的瘡及掉頭髮吧!
告訴他
他說我屬於「陽虛」
這類型水較多但不夠火
所以會不夠氣及不夠力 (我應該夠力喎! 醫師說那是區別「陰虛」的 extreme例子而已), 說我該吃點補品
他說
在暗瘡鼻方面
一定不可以吃的包括：無鱗魚(如鰻魚, 鎗魚)、黃豆(唉唷! 我最喜歡吃豆腐呢…怎麼辦?)、花生、啤酒、維他
奶、燕窩
少吃的包括：花旗參、白菜、龜苓膏、龜苓茶、西瓜、蜜瓜、哈蜜瓜、西洋菜、青紅蘿蔔
在脫髮方面, 不要吃油膩煎炸食物
表妹吃了兩個月藥
說覺得皮膚好了
還介紹她弟弟(我的表弟) 去
我的情況
醫師說要吃一個多月
50塊一日藥, 免診金
那一個半月 = 50 hkd x 45 日 = HKD 2250
值得花嗎?
不曉得…
然後
如果改善脫髮問題要做針灸
要隔天做, 十次針灸 + 23日藥盛惠 HKD 2200
要做兩三個療程才好
醫師說分分鐘要醫半年
嘩!!!!!!!!!
當中醫有一個優點
就是由於中藥一般著重調理
所以效果比較慢才見到
因此醫師說一頭半個月
甚至半年
也只能抱著半信半疑的心態
到底他是有醫德的
或只是騙財的
也只能在吃藥一段日子後
若發現沒有效果才能知道 (也有可能他是好人, 不過醫術不夠高明, 或是跟他夾不過來罷了)
我想
我還是把這四天藥吃完再算
再想想是否繼續看吧!

跟 j 到即將清拆的石夾尾下村看看
除視覺上被這種舊式的七層大廈打動外
印象最深的
居然來自嗅覺
嗅到一種久違的味道
是一種夾雜著老人家, 木頭, 雨後, 霉, 關心, 塑膠, 小朋友, 舊衣服, 歡樂, 寂寞, 跟時代尖端有距離的氣味
對
原來氣味可以有這麼多種
料不到歡樂, 寂寞,距離原來也有它獨有的味道
一個地方
從來覺得最重要的是在那空間活動的人
坐在大廈中間的石椅上
好像能夠聽到老伯伯老婆婆的聊天聲
你送我一個橙
我送你一件茶果
你煲了湯杓一碗過來
我煮了糖水杓一碗過去
喝著細枝裝的可口可樂
坐在石椅上乘涼
偶爾也看見一些老人家獨自一人坐在遠處的石椅上竭息
翻翻自己紅膠袋裡面的豆角
弄弄從百佳買回來的東東
又休息休息著
這種氣味
是正在過去的氣味
在我的回憶裡
陌生但又很熟悉似的
我想這是因為我是在深水埗長大的關係吧!
那時候
穿著膠拖鞋
到家附近的世光 "超級市場" 買紅色 mini 膠汽水罐的汽水糖
買 sunfill 橙汁, 童星點心麵, 有附送mini 膠屋膠廚房有貼紙有糖吃的少女玩具屋
到 OK 超級市場買粒粒橙汁, 買仁丹, 買葡萄適, 買可樂糖
記得小時候
擦過牙後
穿著睡衣
在尼龍床上碌來碌去
臨睡前經常會偷偷吃一粒可樂糖
認為含著一粒糖入睡
便會發番個甜甜的夢
sweet dream

很喜歡今天的深水埗之行
住了這麼多年
還是第一次把頭抬得高高的
眼睛向上望
才發現
原來深水埗有很多漂亮的舊樓
而且顏色出奇的繽紛
好漂亮喔!

再不把 argentina tango 所學的記下
便統統都忘記了......
第一課
- 學習 soft knee (微曲腳)
- straight and elongated spine
- energy 在 torso (chest)
- 吸氣然後值此把 energy (重心?) 提高一點
- 學習走路, 腳掌著地
- 站立時候重心在腳掌
- 練習跟隨音樂向前走
- 左手右腳, 右手左腳, 雙手自然擺動, straingt spine, 放鬆 shoulder (別抬高 shoulder)
- 二人手掌對手掌, 感受之間有一股 opposing energy (比 pressure less 重)
- 二人雙手距離成 'W' shape
- 雙腳 shoulder wide, 然後練習 shift weight to left...tap tap rt feet .....shift weight to the right..tap tap....back to middle...then step forward...stop...shift to left....tap tap...shift to right...tap tap...
- homework: 等車時候, 練習 shift weight to left and right, soft knee, straight spine
第二課
- stretching exercise
- 練習: shift weight to right...to left....step forward....step forward..shift weight to left...to right....step backward...step backward...shift weight...
- 留意身體不要成 'tick' or 'U' (up...then down...) 狀, 應該要像 '趟門' 一樣 '平趟' 過去
- 自由用 step forward, step back, shift weight to left...to right..., stop, 去自由組織舞步
- more dynamic, 不用 standard 拍子
第三課
- stretching exercise
- 練習 walk backward, 小心不要像小偷一樣, 要 stretch the leg that going back, 雖然 spine still straight and up, but then there is another opposing energy pulling down, that is your leg that stepping backward
- 留意重心應該在 inner thigh and inner sole, not the outer side, otherwise u will 把盤骨 'gut' 了出來
- 學習 dislocate the upper and lower body
- 雙腳 shoulder wide, 雙手申出像拿著一個 tray, 然後上身轉向左, 留意 buckle still facing the frong, 然後中間, 再轉向右 (身體背部上腰該感覺 tension)
- 練習上身先右轉, follow by 下半身, 然後轉上半身, 再follow by 下半身..如是這轉圈 (clock wise and anti-clockwise)
- 二人練習 sidewalk, 記著chest still facing each other, 但下半身 dislocate
- 把 step forward, step backward, shift weight, step to left, step to right (大步或小步), sidewalk, 不同速度, 自由組合舞步
- homework: dislocate 上下半身 exercise
第四課
- stretching
- 練習雙手申出像拿 tray, 一面向前走, buckle and face both face forward, 但上半身 keep turning left and right , 然後向後走, buckle and face both face forward
- 學習 'pivot'
- 50 percent of argentina tango is about shifting of axis, and the other 50 percent is about playing around the axis
- 把重心放在 left...在 right...然後停在其中一條腿做 axis, soft knee, sole on floor, heel's off, inner thigh energy, straight spine, then the lead turn the follow, palm 用 pressure 借力
- 練習: shift weight to left,,,to right...then choose one leg to be axis (e.g. left leg), lead step a quarter and turn the follow at the same time, then put the follow back to the right axis, aware that the next step should be using the follow's left leg

突然門外有一架好像是七人 van 到來

看見倪匡緩緩下車
同事們很細心
生怕他會碰到頭
所以用手在倪先生的頭上護著
