弟弟今天十九歲生日

祝生日快樂

禮物已經提前送了 quiksilver 泳褲了 <---- 很明顯是提細佬的, 怕他忘了誤會我沒有送禮物, wahaha

不過不知道他會否看我的 blog



今天原本上 alpha course

但下班後傷風得很厲害

明明到了 church 門口

j 還是堅持要我回家



又病了

以前非常少病的我

為何在港台的期間病得這麼多?

唯有告訴自己是轉天氣吧!



昨天去了順勢療法那所傳銷公司

決定試試能否改善脫髮問題

因表妹那個針灸每次 500 塊實在太貴了

買了 670 hkd 的療劑

包括草藥療劑 camu camu, 紅酵母, flax

以及一樽 Nat Mur, 即幼鹽的順勢療法 naturopathic remedies

昨天晚上剛開始吃

今早便開始流鼻水


到底是

1) 天氣轉變, 傷風感冒了?

2) 那些療劑把身體的毒素排出? 因為一位深諳香氛療法的同事說排毒通常通過鼻水, 皮膚反應或排泄物排出

3) 順勢療法認為'愈是健康、敏銳的，就會愈容易清晰地產生稀釋藥物的症狀', 所以我原本是健康的, 所以吃藥後出現不適

4) 治療師開錯藥

2005年7月入職

剛上任不久便分手

然後公司一連串內鬥

我卡在中間

吃了無數的'屎'

10月開始經常感冒

然後耳朵及腦袋間的腫瘤復發

越來越大

2006 年 2 月做手術

接著雖沒大病

但平均每個月也請一天病假

身體前所未有的差

9月開始拍拖

卻遇上前所未有的困難

11月出現嚴重脫髮問題

去了針灸兩個月

花掉五千多元

2007年1 月發現大便改變

肚子經常咕咕作響

3月時候

祖母入院

5月去世

接著爸爸也去世

拿了三個月無薪假期



最近剛回公司上班

還不夠一個月

脫髮問題又再出現

更比上次嚴重.........



究竟當中兩者有沒有關係?

信邪?

還是不信邪/

感覺是每時每刻變化

這陣子就好好享受這種愛靜的狀態吧!

看到靜坐書其中一節

提醒了我, 節錄如下:

"To prevent a small spark from making a big fire

Ananda! Because of feeling, craving arises; because of craving, effort is made to get what he wants; because of effort made, he gets what he wants; because of what he gets, he thinks to himself, 'This is a visible object; this is an audible object etc., this is for myself, this is for others; I will eat so much; I will save so much'. Because of thinking to himself, he begins to crave, more or less. Because of craving, he believes 'This is I, this is myself'. Because of wrong belief, he accumulates property. As he accumulates property, he has to keep guard over it. Because of having to keep guard, several kinds of undesirable dispute, quarrels, fighting, disturbances, etc. take place.

From the above teaching of Buddha, it will be seen that a small spark makes a big fire. The dangerous disputes, quarrels leading to armed struggles or otehr kinds of disturbances beging with vedana(sensation).

In these circumstances, we must not forget that even a small offence as small as an atom can become a big danger.

....After understanding what has stated above, we must see to it that vedana(sensation) does not become tanha(craving). For this purpose, we must do our best for vedana to become panna(wisdom)."
