生長在我這個家庭裡

雖然父母離異

還是覺得很幸福

因為很多東西都可以跟他們說

可能因為不是親生父母

所以壓力沒有那麼大

例如男朋友是網友而認識啦

工作不愉快的種種啦

今天收到風應該明天或下星期一便會被炒

給八姑姐打個電話

她屈指一算

立即叫我明天請病假

多賺星期六和星期日的人工

回到家裡

跟四姑姐報定案

說就快沒有工作

姑姐引用嫲嫲的一句話

'寧吃開眉粥, 莫食愁眉飯'

很感動

謝謝家人的支持

也很感恩爺爺嫲嫲這種人生觀

影響這我們這幾代的人生

我很幸福喔!

上班收到公司的信封

不過應該很快會收到第二封

晚上跟 s 吃飯

他參加了 abc (awareness before challenge) 課程

想問我一些 charity 的資料

跟不同的人 hang out

也幾得意

他學了紫微斗數

給我開了個盤

說我今年會遇到一個結婚對象

又說我適合一些另類的對象

如大十年或年紀給我小的人

或是外國人

還有幾個月時間

有待驗證

一定是最近酷熱天氣所引起

還有最近經常玩電腦也是元兇之一

不記得從哪裡聽過對電腦多會熱氣

但我真的感受到那熱氣呢

很奇怪

是心理作用嗎?

追月

今天終於 '的' 起心肝

把床移到房間的另外一邊

給自己一個新鮮感

之前睡的位置

已經覺得周身唔聚財很久

卻因懶惰沒有理會

下一步

便是把房間的東西挑選回收

不再儲存這麼多雜物

今天第一次毅行者 training

第一次見那兩位隊友

他們都行得很快

看來他們要 re-adjust 過 estimated time 了

我們的 objective 不同

我第一次參加

只希望能在 48 小時內完成 100 km

他們已分別是第三及第四次參加

追求更快的時間

我已經把二者的分別說了出來

希望合作愉快吧!

今天去了Maclehose 第三段

由於行得慢

所以都 ok

晚上去了呂 Bell 的婚禮

果然真的充滿了Bell 的 style

總有點覺得 Bell 是很想生 BB 所以結婚

祝他倆百年好合

開開心心

飲宴後已經十一點多

不過還是去了找奧運志願者 groupmates

去了旺角樓上 cafe 玩大富翁

差不多零晨三點才回到家

不過家人還在打牌

中秋節

真的很喜歡

spent the day.**

在每天完結的時候去作回顧及反思，這是一個很好的修習。回顧自己怎樣度過這一天：找出甚麼時候有正念，甚麼時候有覺醒，甚麼時候是像部機器；去找出一天之中曾經生起過多少次忿怒，亦都要知道甚麼時候沒有忿怒。這是非常重要的，當你作出這樣的回顧時，有時候可能會驚訝原來自己是一個這樣好的人。做這樣的回顧及反思能使自己很自然地淨化，因為你正學習更多向內的觀察取代向外的攀緣。

At the end of the day, it is a very good practice to take your mind
backwards and find out how you spent the day. Find out the moments when you
are conscious, when you are aware and the moments when you were like a
machine. And just find out how many times you got angry and also find out
the times when you are not angry, this is very important. So when you do
this kind of reviewing, sometimes you will be surprised what a good person
you have been. And this kind of reflection, this kind of reviewing can
bring about a self transformation in a very natural way because you learn to
see more and more inwards rather than outwards.
