A.........bed 37 died lu......... just after my handover to night colleague, i hv suction before handover, still stabily ill...... but then ..........team B colleague still not leave and help night shift colleague for CPR le.......... she left at 10 pm something le....

bed 37 really a bed that vomit with frest blood, tried many times lu.........

P today, just after hand over, bed 37 vomit fresh bood, colleague help her to suction, luckily Dr is there and he think it is haemotysis, set 2D1S, IV Transamine......... but no use le.......口鼻一齊出血, 條 suction 喉咁幼, 佢流血好似瀑布咁 'her her' 聲出, with blood clot wor, just like mens. first day, all linen soak through by blood le........ suck 都 suck唔切, 完全覺得自己同佢抽血, 不過唔係隻手, 係口鼻, 個suction 袋都換了一個, 真是........ 好似電視劇 x 孔流血, 都幾...........

not NAR case, so....... don't know how long she can ........

medical student
A again ........today so so surprised that a medical student joined our weekly conference, and even more surprised that is he has long long hair with an ear ring on his right ear, of course his hair hasn't tie up ........ and more more surprised that he let me see him 搲 pat pat in front of me ar.........oh! no......

what a memorable moment!

today MO grand round the convalescent cases with SMO and he suggests to take photo of the 2 yr-hospitalized 院霸~ Haha! Dr. Chan seems really good , at least he scold the drug addict for home leave prn and appreciate the work of nurses~

HCA called sick but i forgot to tell IC le, so sorry....... too busy that no tea today.........

P........ Full house........ one patient desat and no response, IC, team IC, runner and MO go to handle the case, not NAR case, hv to bag le......... and I , another team IC, is the only one left who responsible to 'look after' the ward, including AOM, IV injections, Transfer in cases, answering relatives' questions, answering phone calls.........haha, suddenly really feel that i am so important le......... but at the same time, there is really lack of staff lor!

of course no tea time today la.......

congratulations to Cat, became Town Gas guy lu~ Yeah!Yeah! Wishing you a bright future~

Sleeping day, go to see 《清明上河圖》with Mum and Cat, last day of exhibition! luckily buy the tickets a week before, but still need to queue up for nearly 1 hr before u can have a 5 mins look, but worth ge~ a fantastice piece of drawing, really draw in great details! And see many Eeyores in the drawing! haha~ and see other 國寶 as well, but hv to queue up again........ many people le.........

Then take the Ferry to Central, really miss the ols Star Pier and the harbour le~ the new pier is inconvenient!

Dinner Buffet @ The Cafe (Ritz Carlton) , delicious! Eaten 牛扒, 羊仔骨, 龍蝦仔, 生蠔, 焗青口, 蒸大青班, 甜蝦, 冬瓜湯, 芝士餅, 藍莓蛋糕, 茉莉花雪糕, 荔枝啫哩, 朱古力慕絲, 朱古力餅.............

正呀~ 超飽~ 而且那裡裝潢華麗, 水晶吊燈很漂亮呢!

A/N ......... ok for A......... but N , i just suction suction and suction, and when i perform my routine suction, i find the one with cardiac monitor shows AR=0......... Ha? see it again......... still flat.......... NAR case, the patient already gasping for 2 days, so i just go forward and palpate....... no pluse....... luckily, still warm, quickly print the Assystole ECG and call MO and relatives. The MO obviously waken up by me and he did come quickly and certify the case, but he is semi conscious lor....... just come in and hand washing and wandering in nurse station, i hold the torch and gloves for him and ask what he is looking for....... he didn't answer me and i just say bed 27....... then he moved and so i follow........ then relatives come quickly......and so i do my first last office here (the culture here is HCA do the last office)

good for the patient ge, no need to further suffer........

first time really discharge a patient as death le at night with only myself...........

O today , go to visit sister with mum. the big and small monster grew bigger and bigger. 初五仔 still ok, but the big monster is out of control and too naughty! ai.......

drink tea with them~ then meet Sharon for a while and go shopping le~ buy 2 one piece, only $190 je~ 80% off le!! haha~

then go out to MK and plan to take the Disney ticket but out of stock! have dinner with Akina, Ryan, 貴 and his gf, and also Cat as well ~~

Happy LCSP gathering! most funny is 貴 called Cat who are just in front of him!! haha~

O today, go to church with Cat and mum, then drink tea together and go to Shatin Plaza. People mountain people sea........ shopping @ supermarket, buy 長腳蟹, 肉眼扒, Yummy yummy!
