today N off, very tired ar..... 初夜就這樣過了, 總算平安~ 第一次有人陪, 之後就沒有了! 以後要靠自己........

第一次半夜 0130 食壽司, 晨早0630 食豆腐花, 中途間場食火龍果! 這裡只是 round 兩輪片, 不用 take obs, 所以沒有人作反的話, 一個人是可以應付的, 但有萬一的話就........派下藥, 逐個 case screen 下, 寫下牌板, 時間不難過~ 但真的有點睏!

戴住腰封 round 片, 條腰不會那麼痛, 個 night N.O. 見到就問是否因為我太瘦........ 當然不是啦 !

另一個 pt 又問我仲未收工, 我剛剛開工吧了....... 之後再問我那麼後生, 有沒有 18 歲, 當然有啦!

第一次看見那麼多人在自己面前睡覺, 感覺幾特別~ 但在那暗黃的燈光下, 有些看起來真的好像是x 了, 所以要仔細看呢!

大家算乖了, 只是除片除衫, 還好還好~

放工後陪貓吃早餐, 之後約了 Andy 吃早餐, 去了茶冰廳, 多謝手信~

然後回家了, 洗白白後睡到一點呢~ 還是累, 卻睡不著了~

下午下大雨呢!

conference le, i think i was team IC, oh~ when i plan to write kardex, they tell me no le becasue night today, so i am runner je~ good!

個天庖瘡 pt 好難 dressing......... after conference, many discharge. when i call relative, first time hear a relative hv that mannar........ 擺明玩野唔肯走, 話就算借輪椅俾佢送阿婆坐的士, 架的士都唔會到佢屋企門口, 而且的士好貴! 又話阿婆走不動, 但其實行到幾步.......... 話唔可以咁俾佢走....... 超! 呢度係醫院, 不是安老院......... 唔通阿婆好似十八廿二咁跳住返屋企先出得院呀? 頂佢唔順, 俾個電話 IC 省佢......... 超興呀! 好在 IC 沒有話我!

P today! a pt fall in toilet when i 接交更~ 唉! so lucky, immediately rush there and take her back to bed, performed a general physical exam, normal ge, GCS 15/15, no bruise, no abrasion, 阿婆仲對答如流, inform IC, keep obs wor, inform WM, same keep obs, so Q1H neuro obs lor! haven't inform MO and relative ar! just write in kardex, haven't write statement~ ai! lucky?!

ok ge through out whole shift! but everything so so sudden!

A today, team A IC, unfamiliar with case actually! so busy today becasue Dr suddenly want to round case, so i hv no time to write kardex, and many many things to do, wait for the bathed pts to do dressing.......... so whole morning haven't write a single word le, and then time for AOM, so many things to do........ second day no tea time le!

got the feeling that i was in the exam for composition, time 's running short and 1330 i am still writing kardex, but around 1345 the P staff will back and hv to handover...... so 5 mins for writing each pt's karex, and there is a voice in my head: time's up, put down your pens!

oh~ my god! luckily finish all before 1345~

O today, but wake up @6 am, 7am, 8am........ on and off sleeping le, bad!

then wake up and sleep @ sofa on and off........

afternoon want to go shopping but fall asleep.

night wake up and then go to hv dinner with Cat, cat fish le~ haha~ but first time fast food cat fish~
i like when the bell rang, the guys already hands up to say 'yes'......haha~ and then bell rang again after 15 sec. haha......

continue to watch the 《愛情魔法師》x 2, then sleep lu~
full and go shopping with Cat, finally Cat buys a lot of things........

today is runner, and hv 5 people this shift, so i hv time to read the case, gd!

O today.... but wake up @ 0615, bacause today is 傑仔passing out parade, luckily hv Benz piggy car, otherwise hv to wake up much more earlier.......

Cat wake up so early today le, i just wake up and he already arrive la~ quite intersting to take a look inside the police college!

then 3 of us go to drink tea and take a rest at home, and i go to Cat's home to watch the 《愛情魔法師》, and take a nap~

night go to hv dinner with cousin, 八妹 come as well. non stop but can stay in the seat, more ok~ she has private seat le~

bad temper?!

A again, so very tired........go to check the account because 出糧了 in order to motivate myself to work!

today not in team la~ just a runner!
grand round, honestly speaking, not familiar with the cse le....... and the routine.......

help to do the discharge, call relative, OAH, nursing summary, AOM, book NEATS........

missing a lot of items...... sorry ar! thx all of u for teaching me~

Good news~ WM arrange a staff to accompany with me for my first night~ thx!

off and then meet Josephine, Queenie and Fanny @ cafe! great to see u guys~
congratulations to Josephine for ur mid wifesuccessful application! then Fanny resign as soon as possible la! no need to suffer ar! Queenie add oil too~

then meet Cat and buy the gift for tmr's 表弟畢業, and buy the flowers as well~
wake up very early tmr le, just a bit late than A! tonight eat cat fish @ home!

A today, still team B......

ai, still missing a lot of items le...... forgot to 掛床頭牌 to save stool for occult blood, H'stix 上板, and so forgot to inject protaphane in the morning...... luckily, sister notice that and told me........ haven't scold me le....... so nice, but feel so guilty........ many people 執自己手尾........ hope i can pick up quickly!

off and Cat picks me with 2 矮瓜, so cute! then make 肉漿意粉 with Cat, watched 愛情魔髲師 x 2, and then took a nap and wake up already 1930 lu, hv dinner @ Cat's home~
