day need to work but didn't turn up at HK office - today will be another endless meeting, so no point to return for meanless meeting - boss made up his mind already and just silence is alright.

play game for a while then enjoy this relax day off.
Ka Wo's PC harddisk is out of order, need to fix it.

Ka wai return late and told me that Mr. Yip want me to join the conference for memory improvement on Sat coming.
call back wei wei and rest on time.

wake up by 0930.
have light breakfast then watch TV with wei wei.
sister and her family came to visit us.
nearly all relatives we need to see was gathering for this lunch, after lunch, my cusin send we back to qx.
rest for a while and return to HK.
join mother and brother at lo wu the get on taxi back home.
call back wei wei when I back to HK and play game with brothers till late.

Dino visit and pay him 1K for donation.
sound off with him for a while then pick up the mooncake from him and back home.

CN national day - a day need to on duty.
wake up and return to factory.
stay in office till late, then came to pick wei wei up.
get to the qx terminus, get on the bus to 虎門 (really full of people at the station). after a 40mins trip, arrived at 虎門, spend about 30mins to get on a crowd-bus to 厚街, after 30mins trip, joined brothers and relatives lunch tea.
then came to have lunch for family. All of my relative have the same comment towards wei wei - TALL.
of course, wei wei is nice enough to impress them.

after the lunch, came to the country park at nearby area, it was rainly but all of our relative enjoy the trip.
on our way back to hau kai, have a discussion with mother about Ka Wo's future, anyway, time to plan in advance for him. If this going on, then this will result in problems.
dinner at the resturant we came before, have a strong argument with mother about her saying and way to handle complaints.

rest after bath, but didn't enjoy a nice dream as too much mosquitos bite.
almost sleepless for entire night.

Sat, a busy day.

busy with solving Gary's salary solution for boss for entire day.

play game for a while at afternoon.
thinking of new way to make sure people work under control.
back home at 1600 as we got early leave before holiday.
came to pick up wei wei then have dinner out.
received call from mother request us came back to hau kai (her home town) tomorrow, well she really good at select a good time that everyone in China came out for transport.
back home and watch film with wei wei till late.

another long day to go through.
people back to work in factory, however, another incident gotta arrive soon.
work with Gary for entire morning and afternoon for the new salary calculation method.
Gary and me know that is just a waste of our effort at the end, as boss will turn down everything finally.
For person lives in his dream and close to suggestion, we can't work out the solution with such a person.
QC Wong goods inspection.

finally 2 QCs left my department, solved.
at evening, a chat in a tutorial way guiding my assistant how to handle different issues and methodology on problem solving.
Nobody is perfect, I understand, but at least we need to bear in mind that finding a way to live a better life using new solution. Root out the current problem will genrate new problem, but that's only way for continous improvement.

received the mail concern about that work don't need to OT daily and Sunday until further memo from company. Valid from tomorrow.

call back HK for the BBQ issues, maybe not much people will join, or we can have it for our own.

New workmate in HK is leaving just like racing who's gonna be the next.

So on average, we got almost 1 month for 1.75 people change in this company, really dynamic.
So if this is just 5 people resign in 1 year, that's consider acceptable, however, for such a high resign rate, isn't it need to step back and think about what's going on in the system of this company?
Please bear in mind that our company is a SME with around 12-15 people in total, after simple calculation you got to find that almost 200% people resign with company to total number of employee.

Chat with workmate about the Boss poposal on mid-Autumn festvial special meal, to "punlish" the dispute worker, he proposes not to give these people a chicken leg and pear, what the hell, do he really think that workers in factory can't survive without a chicken? This measurement with double standard will lead to serious conflict in between workers, especially for 28/09 incident, worker refuse to work are majority. So in other words, these people will do something even more violent and in a negative manna.

day of inspection, 2 rejected.
all production workers refused to work in factory because of low salary (std salary for DG area raised to RMB 690 start from Sept-06, however the salary of workers even not manage to reach the RMB 574 standard valid from 2002), excepted my department (QC / ultra-sonic cleaning) and admin.
factory catch fire at evening.
angry workers sealed the main gates and result in local police force and labor department came to resolve this conflict.

evening meeting with HK staff for today issue.
back home and get a new bike.
rest early as already exhausted.

finally, fired two QC worker.
another day feel annoying and sick.
resolve endless problem.
a joyful dinner with workmate, but end up with my bike stolen.
exhausted day.
time to step back and find out a better way to handle problem.

another day of nightmare.
morning back to factory and chat with the problematic worker about the issue in department.
Really consider this person is root of the problem.
afterwards, came to qx with gary for money changes from HKD into RMB for salary.
received complain from another department head that there are problem on the problematic worker.
feel like dying by this guy, anyway, got to solve the conflict to restore my department functionality.
at afternoon, a long discussion with the related person and new job assignment with clear task / responsibilities allocation.
finally, the services restored and then learn that there are problem with one of the QC passed parts, got to solve it.
the cleaning machine is under trouble.
received the mail from HK with respect to the email / pc setting for new workmate, solved 2 of the problem and got to solve them all by tomorrow.
one day got to note down what is my analysis for people and my solution for my future reference.

day of nightmare.
meet nin ming yan on my way to work, chat with her for a while about family issue.
received call from workmate at the mid-way.
back to HK office and fix the PC stuffs.
welcome new workmate tee lok / rachel wu / phoebe cheng
while having meeting, received call from my assistant about the issue of QC fight together.
annoying for entire day.
came with Gary to bank for china worker salaries.
return to factory by 1950 and chat with the problematic worker till 2130.
have the "ceasefire dinner" with the related person in this issue.
a brief talk about days I passed along to some workmate.
back home late and wei wei slept already.

unconcious till 0930.
return to HK after breakfast with wei wei.
back to HK by 1130, get some medical oil for workmate in china.
play game at home and found that my P90 is out of order.
called wei wei at night and it was no water supply at CN home.
my P90 silencer was deshaped because of misuse from my wing yiu.
installed the red-dot spot scope for P90, nice work.

play warcraft with brothers for entire night.
rest late.
