birthday of pang suk fan, happy birthday.
a rainly day need to carry on database development.
assign new worker to handle job stuff.
received the resign application from one QC.
afternoon feel very sick.
a chat with yeung man kiu for a while when I was fixing Gary's pc for virus stuff.
back home late by 2045.
watch film with wei wei for a while then rest on time.

a touching moment when chat with old friend like kiu. Anyway those were the days.
If I did something in past, then my world would change forever, however, that's life and we can't live in dream of what if.

Tue,

quite cold today.
a rainly day, after send wei wei back to work, wet throughly.
back to factory for another long day to pass with.
Get sick.
day of inspection, all passed.
finally give up the cms installation.
carry on job finding.
developing the database on my own.
back home and watched film with wei wei.
sleep on time.

Sept 11, in memorial for those people passed away in the incidient.

wake up and take bath, found the temp at home is quite low.
returned to hk office.
meet gary and iris at the mid-way.
back and follow up moving the pc all the way.
after the busy morning, another long sound off meeting.
for unknown reason, i have enough of these stuff, just trying a way to get grid of it.
back to fanling with Gary by 277X. The air conditionor is really freezing, hard to sleep well.
Gary came to jockey club for his football dream, so I just wait for him outside and finding some watch to buy with for wei wei and me.
back to CN by 1645, take some drink at ying yuen with gary then gary came to my home to pick up his broken bike.
play with the puppy for a while and give the landlord the "黃道益活絡油" I got for her.
rest and wait for wei wei's return is nice.
play game for a while and do some reading stuff.
a nice dream.

Sunday, a relaxing day.
wake up late and stay till 1000 for breakfast.
after morning tea with wei wei, return HK and go to sheung shui.
meet tin king fook at 73K chat with him for a while then get off bus.
get the "黃道益活絡油" for landlord.
draw some money and want to have a tea with norika, but she was not there, so came to park'n shop to get some lemon tea.
back home and received call from Dino at the mid-way.
return home and pick up tour album in March with wei wei and join Dino at mini-bus station.
after the sound off, return home and have some food as lunch.
a hot discussion with brother about the land owership and home issue.
a strong argue with Edward with respect to his recent acts towards the land issue.
afterall, rest and play game with brothers.
rest on time.

a cold morning, i like it.
back to work and found myself quite exhausted.
watched fiction for a while at afternoon.
have some drink with gary after work, came to pick up wei wei and join the dinner with Emily and Gary.
pick up Gary's bike to home and found it's really awful.
a nice night with wei wei, watch the film for a while then rest on time.

wake up late in morning.

a day full of annoying stuffs - resolve conficts in between workmate in my department.
chat with lok for a while about his study plan. He's studying in HD now, wish he can connect to degree for further education in future.

finally, my assistant salary raise.

root of the problem is out of one person - as management, should I remove the problem source? the answer is even I wanna to do so, in reality we can't do that because of limited resource. So the solution is find an alternative way to isolate the negative effect of the problem source.

we can't control people work with us, but we can find a solution to balance the benefit of both side to achieve a win win condition. In case people refuses to obey the rules of the game, then as management we got to root out the problem and re-shape the management style and plans.

after work, back home and watch 犬夜叉 with wei wei.
asleep and rest early.

day of inspection, one item rejected.

a busy day need to assign new worker to handle different issues.
write out a list of issues (30 issues) yet to resolve / handly by me in QC / IT / Ultra-sonic cleaning.
after the busy morning, work out some problem relate to quality at afternoon.

received the money paid in advance for company - totally come to 2.3K RMB, quite a lot. But feel nice - cause money on hand now.

wrote Tom an email concern what's he doing on at his diary, seem that he's in love with a pretty girl at the moment, wish him success.

finally, back home at 1930. after bath, rest early.

wake up late.
rush back to factory after send wei wei work.

a cloudy day.
after check with the email, carry on my work on fixing the ERP system - found that there are problem with the installation disk.
finally can't fix it, need to return HK to pick up orginal installation disk on coming monday.
a brief chat with ex-workmate about what's going on.
gotta purchase some memory for a workmate to upgrade his pc at company.

back home and started pouring.
power off at home for a while.
confirm that will visit on 23rd this month.

going on endless job.

another long day to pass through.

return to factory and carry on my job.
move out my head's pc to my office to install the ERP system in company.
a strong arguement in between two senior QC in department.
after a long discussion, solve it.

return home and watch beautiful cooking with wei wei, so funny.

rush back to hq with my suit.
after fixing the pc, received call from new company and request to revise interview on tomorrow, finally confirm on 1200.
a brief introduction of myself for the job to my potential boss.

get back to home and take a bath, return to CN by 1715.
play with 秋 for a while.

return home on time.
