Monday.
awaked by the people who wash clothes / food at river side at 0700.
after tidy up, we have a brief breakfast on a store which is famous on it's beef soup rice noodle.

we came to the 苗寨 on mini-bus, on the way, we passed the 南長城.
arrive at the 亞拉(a marketplace for 苗族 people nearby).
after an exciting trip on a 3-wheels bike, we got to a 苗寨 and experience a traditional style trip and learn about some history / culture about the 苗 people.
after watching the show (dancing and climbing the knief-ladder), we have lunch, then take a look around the 苗寨.

We came to 天龍峽 afterwards, this place is famous from it's hard to reach and only opened from 2005 May (so there are not much human pollution with compare to other place). This place is really nice and as it's early spring, there are not much water so we can enjoy a wonderful trip at the river side.
Of course, we took many excellent photo there, however, I would said the best are in our mind.
returned to the 鳳凰 and say goodbye to our tour-guide.
walk hand in hand with wei wei around the town and have some shopping, then have some local food outside the "visitor zone".
found that 烏雞 can be used to make BBQ, and taste nice.
returned and rest on time.

Sun.
travel at midnight is really a tough job, especially when you found that you got no where to sleep.
take 5.5 hours on train from wei wei home town to 吉首(the inter-station to 鳳凰).
finally arrived at 吉首by 0630. Get on the taxi and share the bill with another pair of visitors. So each of us paid only RMB 20.
the man who share with us for the bill is talkative, that result in when we close to destination, we were "賣豬仔" - changed to another taxi. The main reason is he told the driver that the taxi above us is empty, so ... a sad ending.
by the time arrived at 鳳凰, it's already 0830, but it's rainning and cold.
On our way to find a hotel next to the river (陀江), a local people (苗族人) turn to us and ask if we want to live in the hotel of her uncle, so we lived in the hotel and joined the special trip arrived by her.

after we left the belonging at hotel, we came to take some photos and wear the traditional 苗族 to take photos.

Afterwards, we came to have some shopping and visit around this traditional town.
by 1200, we have a lunch at a famous local shop, the food is really nice and we feel full.

We pack the food and return to the hotel to check in.
After check in, we came to the river side and join the boat trip of us only (including the boat owner).
so comfortable and we feel asleep.
after 45mins sailing, we arrived at the so-called 桃花島 which at a little island (delta) on the river 陀江.
seem that the sight is undevelopment and we found it's nothing special there.
returned againist the river and take some wonderful picture just before return to the hotel.

rest for a while at hotel and have dinner using the packed food at lunch.
after the dinner, pooling around the little town and get some shopping with wei wei.
return and enjoy a sweet dream.

Sat,
wake up 0700 and have a light breakfast with won tung made by wei wei's mother, really nice.
afterward, came to marketplace nearby with wei wei and her mother for the lunch / dinner.
a full lunch with most of wei wei's family member.
after the lunch, they play ma jar, came outside with wei wei to visit her home town and get some research about how to get to 鳳凰.
after the full dinner with her family member, take some photos and send the photo for digital printing.
sleep at 2200 and wake up by 0030.
get the taxi at mid-night and wait till 0130 for the train.

the day with a little bit nervous - cause I gotta start my valuable holiday.
by 1530, troubles turns to me together, get it solved in 30mins.
it was rainning and getting cold today.
came to pick wei wei up at 1740, arrived at the airport just before 1900.
have a brief dinner at McDonalds and get on place to 常德.
arrived by 2230 then take a taxi to wei wei home.
a nice dream and rest for tomorrow trip.
see wei wei family for the first time, really an unforgetable experience.

Day of inspection, 10 out of 16 items passed.
co-head the QC / metal cleaning / IT department is something challenging. Anyway, get it done.
found myself have enough of QC stuff, anyway, a must experience to solidify my management skill.
finally, complete the web mail problem solving. just something basic link together generate problems.
That's the mean of experience and professional need time to build.
cleaning machine in deep trouble again.
meet wei wei by 2030, watched TV and have some tea with her aty ying yuen then send her back.
get some food for Gary and returned early.
feel a little bit nervous as I gotta meet with wei wei's family tomorrow. It's time to change my life.

re-installing the web mail stuff.
feel exhausted.
take a bath for the puppy, accident happened and bite by it.
meet wei wei by 2030.
have a brief dinner with wei wei, thomas, rendy, gary and some workmate.
watch the TV before sleep.

write an article to Tom to suggest him some simple way to success.

Today read newspaper and there is an interview with 陳之藩. The article is really nice and I like the title very much.

Received call from my head who's on his way to the airport concern about the web mail service stuff.
discover more about what happened on last day of my workmate - he re-installed the package (according to the build record) that lead to failure of service. Anyway, I got to resolve them sooner or later.
nothing special today, just before finish my work, I resolve the web mail problem and write an email with guidelines that enable my head to use alternative way to read his email off Internet.
wei wei have a long meeting till 1930.
Sound off with Gary about the sms stuff and we are looking forward about the visit coming.
by 2030, meet wei wei and buy something with her for our visit.
walk hand in hand around the town, afterward, send wei wei back.
watched TV for a while.
sleepless tonight because of mosquito attacks.

Nothing special today.
feel quite asleep for entire day.
returned by 0830 with thomas.
tidy up the mess in the department during days I was on holiday.
need to resolve the webmail problem for the company.
meet wei wei by 1930.
completed the confirmation of tickets. Will be returned on 29th night.
total RMB 1200 for two people, acceptable.
share some photos with wei wei from Gary of 鳳凰, we got to visit it during this holiday.
have a light dinner with wei wei afterwards, the food is alright.
feel so asleep, after send wei wei back, return and rest early.
Gary is hot about sending sms, good luck man.

Sunday,
wake up on time and turn back HK home by 1130 after breakfast with wei wei.
a sound off lunch with Ho Kai Chung.
after the lunch, get a 1G memory strick and 128MB RS-MMC. Then came to Sheung Shui to get some clothes and shoes.
returned home with 48pcs 250ml lemon tea.
watched brothers play game for entire night.
called wei wei before sleep.

Sat, a day without any motivation.
handle some annoying issues related the fighting stuff related to workmate and supplier because of the QC standard.
feel exhausted about the job I'm working.
reply hung email about the business planning.
make an appointment with Ho Kai Chung for tomorrow lunch.
Ka Wai, Ka To and Ka Wo didn't turn up for our meeting.
a wonderful night with wei wei.
