AO 和 OL 沒有分別
教授和空姐也沒高下之分
Phd 用不著自視過高
小學畢業同樣不需要自卑
這些在職業, 職位, 學歷, 權力, 薪金方面的所謂分別
如夢幻泡影如露亦如電如鏡中花如水中月
我們把一生都放在對這些東西上的追求
乍看來有所得, 為其消失而傷心, 望其出現而等待
實質上是誰在享用這些東西? 是我們體內不斷新陳代謝的細胞? 抑或不斷改變的年齡?
這些對生命意義的誤解, 實在如火燒眼眉, 應該要第一時間處理
道理說來容易, 勸解別人時大派用場
應用在自己身上時, 卻放不下這些執著
master 畢業做空姐, "sai" 咗?
做咗咁多年, 話哂有d 經驗, 要我再由低做起, 唔係掛?
要我朝九晚六, 我唔得個噃! 悶死我咩?
為間公司做生做死, 用我的精力幫他們搵錢, 毫無意義, 浪費我的生命.
其實大家互相依賴而生存, "我" 和 "你" 根本不能獨立而存在, 為什麼要起分別心呢?
雖然一時間未必能做到, 那就經常提醒自己保持覺知的心吧!
沒有高, 沒有低
沒有長, 沒有短
沒有好, 沒有壞
沒有善, 亦沒有惡
不像水中的針
而如溶於水裹的盐

多謝 anthony 的鼓勵, 說我還有機會趕到十二月完成論文, 不過要在十二月二十号交到 final draft
比 graduate school, 雖然知道未必得, 但已決定由即日起到十二月十四号大戰十一日, 趕到固然
好, 趕唔到都起碼盡咗力, 呢十一日叫做勤力過, 咁就 target 一月新年前搞掂佢.
今日中大畢業典禮, 忽然好想快d 畢業, 實在磨了太耐
我告訴家人這情況, "麻麻" 真好, 她說她沖涼時突然想起, 如果我能在十二月二十号完成便請我食
嘢, 好 "時weet" 啊！^_^

偷咗幾日懶, 無寫日記.....上星期完成 2nd draft, 星期六,日照常去佛學班, 同朋友傾計講開, 發現要
搵工了.......oh........所以星期一同二做咗d 搵工嘢, send 咗幾封信.....3rd draft 延遲至今日先開始....
雖然未必趕到十二月交, 但一日未到月底, 都會努力希望or奢望趕到, 趕唔到唔出奇, 趕到係bonus
+ miracle.....
努力努力 ^_^
至於搵工方面, 一開始順理成章做related 嘅野, 之後為錢做sales...之後又為玩, 吃喝玩樂, 享受人
生做空姐, 然後又為知識及興趣讀書, 繼而又認為要為意義而希望畢業後做慈善機構, 覺得在商業
機構裹做事毫無意思, 只為營業額, 升職加薪, 買樓飲紅酒, 旅遊做spa而終日"營營"役役,簡直浪費
我的生命, 如果每人也有一點力, 我希望我的小小力用在有意義的地方, 但又怕自己不能真的這麼
偉大, 自己仍會貪錢..........不斷的思維, 不斷的改變......究竟應以什麼為職業, 方向在何處?....
昨天和silver 一夕話, 仿彿清晰了很多, 這一刻, 我希望以做人0]事為終身職業, 以佈施, 忍辱, 持
戒, 精進, 禪定, 智慧作方向.
持戒的意思, 未必能做到如佛所說那樣毫無偏差, 但會自己modify一下個standard, 對這刻的我, 持
戒是希望不會不與取, 不會為私利說謊, 不邪淫(呢條要再諗諗點搞...), 不隨便傷害生命, 不挑撥
離間, 不罵人(wow....對我來說好難噃), 不講是非(oh....仲難...), 不綺語(hm...唔係好明即係點..), 不
貪心, 不憎恨, 不自我中心(好難啊.......)
-仲有要獨立思考, 唔好講乜信乜, even 對佛法也一樣
-佈施不但財施, 仲要法施, 即係把自己懂的和人分享
-記得佛學老師在讚美基督教徒, 說他們能每人每月捐十分一的薪金給教會, 實在不是人人能做
到. 他叫我們問問自己, 每月可以拿十分一的糧來做善事嗎? 怎樣用怎樣捐隨得我們, 不一定要捐
給佛教, 但我們能做到嗎? 希望我有一日可以
-要感恩
-要隨喜功德
-要中道生活
-要隨喜讚嘆
-遇上不如意事, 意外, 可以重業輕報的角度看 (要諗諗....)
-要put ourselves in the other shoes (國泰金句)
-要提醒自己一切皆因緣和合所生
-知道一切也無所為善與惡, even 戰爭也一樣(呢樣仲未諗通....)
-"吼" 住自己個心, 情緒, 時刻保持覺知
-要放棄我執
-看事物要鬆動點, 把好像不好的事物看出其好處, 彷彿好及善的事物要觀其壞處 (hm...要諗要諗)
-讀書要取其理而不著其相
-aware事情的好壞在乎自己的心, 不在外在的境, 心應向內求, 而不向外追
-知足
-凡事沒有絕對, 沒有永遠的朋友, 也沒有永遠的敵人
-由於沒有一個實在而獨立的"我", 每一刻也是新的我(我們由細胞組成, 而它們不停死亡, 不停出
生), 任何事也會變, 所以就算遇上逆境, 也不用死, 因為逆境也會}傅�.
-生命在呼吸間
-過去的己過去, 未來的還未到, 有誰知我下一分鐘會否突然"死亡", 所以要活在當下
-學佛正確與否的指標, 在於日常生活, 人生有沒有更開心, 和人相處有沒有更愉快
-其實我們一直也擁有全世界, 甚至全宇宙 (好玄.....-_- )
希望through 呢d野, 可以入八正道之流, 正見, 正思維, 正語, 正業, 正命, 正精進, 正念, 正定. 雖然
到依家都未係好清楚知呢八正道實在講乜.....
這個職業, 看來是最具挑戰性的了, 也是最喜歡, 最有prospect 的職業了.
這幾個月以來, 實在開心了很多
呢兩年文化研究, 實在有用, 由超級批判, 認為一切皆權力, 資本主義令人dehumanize
到認為文化研究和佛教相像, 沒有一個 real self, but only a constructed self in different discourses
到發現佛法原來和文化研究有好多不同處, 甚至超越了文化研究
發現佛教好勁, 好正, 好聰明
然後變得越來越開心
實在係好好彩, 能接觸佛教, 實在好有福
好開心, 多謝佛法

正見---正確的觀念 (最重要的, 指對四聖諦有正確的知見)
正思維---正當的思維 (與四聖諦相應的分析, 抉擇, 理解, 比較, 立志)
正語---正當的言談 (遠離"口四惡行": 為自己利益的妄語, 兩舌, 惡口, 對無意義的事情用美麗的言
詞來修飾的綺語)
正業---正當的行為 (遠離 "身三惡行": 殺, 盜和不與取, 淫, 的行為)
正命---正當的生活 (正確的謀生活命方式, 遠離觸犯"口四惡行" 及 "身三惡行" 的職業)
正精進---正確的努力 (不要怠惰)
正念---正確的心念 (時刻覺知, 觀察自己的心)
正定---正確的禪定 (禪定的修習)
唔......好好地實踐.....
但好似好難 "播"
真的能做到嗎?

居然收到costa rica 一個venturer 的email, 雖然我跟他不太熟, 但是他是一個好nice 的人, 好熱
情, 他好喜歡畫畫, 收到他的email 好好好開心. 回來以後, 已有十一個月了, 他大概是剛剛開了一
個 email account吧!
carlos 的email, 令我想起另外一位costa rica 的好朋友claudio, 他碩士畢業, 找了一份月入6500hkd
左右的工作, 說這個工資在那裡算是非常的高, 他的好好好開心, 瀰漫在整個yahoo chat
開心不開心
全在乎自己
不在外求
不要藉口歸根那裡什麼物價低, 消費低, 但又沒勇氣到那裡工作
然後繼續埋怨自己時不與我, 市道不佳, 經濟衰退
繼續在黑洞中生產慾望, 追逐慾望, 滿足慾望
知足的那一剎那
卻又是那麼短暫
我們真幸運, 還不知足, 不感恩的,
