今天終於收到港台的 confirmation

所以便辭職了

打算去一個 ten day course

希望可以重新 pick up meditation

因為已經放棄了它幾個星期

雖然tarot 說港台比現在的工作辛苦多了

所賺的錢少了

假期少了

福利少了

工作時間長了

但是朋友們都支持港台

家人也是

朋友的家人也是

相士也是

最重要的

是我也傾向港台

唔..................

無論如何

已經決定了

便有心理準備

先用空檔的時間好好準備

希望可以拿到工作跟 meditation 之間的平衡

能把 meditation 融入生活當中

口裡說怎麼怎麼的愛我

那麼那麼的喜歡我

為甚麼我卻感覺不到呢?

為甚麼在行為上是這樣的呢?

是文化上的差異?

性格上的區別?

是大家對愛定義不同?

對faithfulness 的看法不別?

還是我太多疑?

太麻煩?

太要求高?

最近事業已經這樣子

家庭也出現問題

現在連愛情都這樣

有沒有這麼難熬的.............................

日子

還是會過去的吧!

是置諸死地而後生嗎?

是 death card 嗎?

是一個 cycle 的完結嗎?

是 sankhara 嗎?

記得老師說

當這世界走到最黑暗的時候

距離黎明便不遠了

我想

老師一定會叫我多點 meditation

已經差不多兩三星期沒靜坐呢

雖然知道應該

卻提不起勁實行

這是無補於事的

心裡的煩惱

可能已像我田的雜草一樣

如明哥所說

雜草問題失控了吧!

哎呀哎呀哎呀!

要拿出勇氣來!

愛唷愛唷愛唷!

其實好像應該接受此時此刻的現實

好好的觀察著它

只是觀察

感覺身體感受

什麼也不幹

理性上這是最好的方法

現在是親身驗證的時候了

為甚麼好像已經很久似的

好像很久沒有活過了

然而我的身體跟精神每天都在不停轉動

我好像 hamster in a wheel

很恐怖

這就是地獄嗎?

SYMPTOMS:

已經連續三晚發惡夢

今天早上起來更發現上顎損了

書桌上布滿我的衣服

衣服跟雜物散亂的躺在地上

房間裡的地板已經不見好久了

經常無故流眼淚

甚至大哭

這些都是STRESS 跟 TENSION 的REFLECTION 嗎?

這是MENTALLY SICK 的徵狀嗎?

不能再這樣下去了

我也深信這是 transtional 而已

總有過去的一天

像行屍走肉

快要瘋了

the society. Dhamma is a unique way for attaining peace for the individual, and hence is a way to attain

peace and harmony for the society and the world.
