有時我甚麼也要求最完美
有蟲!!!!!!!
第一時間只想到要把牠消滅
其實跟地球的萬事萬物共融
才最重要呢!
用不著甚麼也要爭最好的
買鮮奶麵包要選擇最遲過期的
貪抵貪便宜把一大堆東西搬回家
忘了考慮自己的需要
忘了從別人的角度出發
忘了已經擁有的 a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, j, k, l, m, n, o, p..........................

甚至連昨天去 DISNEY 也帶午餐跟晚餐
卻重了4磅?
感冒前已經從130 跌到123
現在卻回到了127
這怎麼可能?
可能是我在吃1750 calorie 的三文治餐前其實計算份量不準確吧......
營養師說三文治餐的份量是很準的
所以有可能我之前根本沒有吃1750 那麼多
所以體重輕了吧!
但一開始吃三文治餐
