連日到了幾位長輩家拜年

發現原來 old age 果然讓很多人頭疼

包括自己

但又無法不接受

硬食

嬸嬸姑姐看著姑婆叔公們

流露無奈神情

好像看到自己老年的樣子

如果他們能接觸到 vipassana 便好了

親身感受過它怎樣令我變得快樂

喔.......

基督教傳道病又來了

哎呀哎呀哎呀!!!!!!!!

由於懶了一整個月

那五課 yoga 要在這幾天完成

成功在星期四做了一節

星期五跟星期六各做了兩節

當星期五的時候老師發現我連續做了兩課

他說 after these few days, you will find your body changes and you got to come everyday

聽了半信半疑

但今天果然發現皮膚突然好了很多

表妹更問我為甚麼我的小腿瘦了

woawwwww

這麼吸引的效果

看來我非每天來不可了..........

target 每天上班前都先做一節 yoga

終於去了 yoga

一連做了兩課

雖然第二課時有點累

但是做完以後還是覺得非常舒服

如果每天上班前也能去

相信會很好

晚上跟琳和 edmund / edmond 去了花市卡啦OK

剛回家

早上7時多

但卻不睏

便上個網吧!

人大了

好像寂寞的人更多

充滿怨氣

便會痛苦

經常許願

心底默默祈求

看見她們

覺得有點可憐......

當家人朋友都這樣想時

我也感受到壓力

因為我自己也有這樣想吧

那壓力究竟是誰給誰?

為旁人的壓力而拍拖

見人們背著社會包袱自己又嗱嗱琳背一個

為乜喎

為自己的壓力而拍拖

讓自己 feel good?

我又不完全是這類型

hm...

有著一個複雜的心情

一方面想拍拖

另一方面

又非常的明白想拍拖背後的原因

根本是因為這個 BIG 'i' 喜歡有 FANS, ADMIRER

喜歡拍拖所帶來的 sensation

'o, look, i am so attractive, i got so many men approaching, or i got THIS MAN who love me sooooo much"

到底人為甚麼喜歡被愛的感覺呢?

是因為被愛時身體精神也有一種難以形容的暢快感覺嗎?

在不同的心情觀點下

現在

選擇了繼續享受每一刻的生活

嘗試明白來自自己朋友家人社會的壓力是很正常的

好好跟這受壓的感覺同在

反而越來越快樂

謝謝老師

突然感覺一道清泉從心底湧上來

哈哈哈

還不過又是一個 good sensation 而已

有人從愛情得到愉悅的 sensation

有人從 meditation 得到

有人從事業, 理想等等

不過有一點可以說明

由於世界是不斷變化的

sensation 亦然

所以

如果被 sensation 支配

如果 attach to the sensation

終會帶來不快樂

如果 attach to meditation

後果也一樣

再看了一齣 jean cocteau

實在很喜歡他的作品呢!

最喜歡戲裡的一句

"and i wait, and wait, and wait.....

然後鏡頭拍著一個空空的 lobby

絕對認同

當一件物件待在某一個空間良久

他牠它她便成為了那空間本身

人就是這樣思考的了

為甚麼一定要良久才行?

為甚麼我們很少會覺得我們每一刻也是 LOBBY ITSELF?

是因為我們創造了 language 嗎?

突然想起聖經創世紀的那棵知識樹

跟夏娃吃的蘋果

總覺得那知識樹指的是 knowledge

而蘋果指的是 language

語言讓我們認識世界

也同時讓我們遠離真實的世界
