因為要跟 Patricia 見面

到了尖沙咀

看到了真人

喂喂喂! 靚咗好多喎!

當然去行街睇衫啦!

我們去了吃泰國菜

然後去吃甜品

Pat 不停說話

告訴我她這些日子怎樣怎樣過

被老細說我不夠 aggresive

突然想起這段文字

"For example, a man prevents someone from attaining a desired object. The thwarted person believes that

man is very bad and dislike him. The belief is based not on a consideration of the man's character, but only

on the fact that he has frustrated the second person's desires. This berlief is deeply impressed in the

unconscious mind of the thwarted person. Every subsequent contact with that man is coloured by it and

gives rise to unpleasant sensation, which produces fresh aversion, which strengthens further the image.

Even if the two meet after an interval of twenty years, the person who was thwarted long ago immediately

thinks of that man as very bad and again feels dislike. The character of the first man may have changed

totally in twenty years, but the second one judges him using the criterion of past experience. The reaction is

not to the man himself, but to a belief about him based on the original blind reaction and therefore biased.

In another case, a man helps someone to achieve a desired object. The person who received assistance

believes that man is very good, and likes him. THe belief is based only on the fact that the man has helped to

satisfy the second person's desires, not on careful consideration of his character. The positive belief is

recorded in the unconscious and colours any subsequent contact with that man, giving rise to pleasant

sensation, which results in stronger lliking, which further strengthens the belief. No matter how many years

pass before the two meet again, the same pattern repeats itself with each fresh contact. The second

person reacts not to the man himself, but only to his belief about him, based on the original blind reaction. "

由學習喜歡自己開始

以前買衣服總選一些能夠遮蔽肥肉的衣服

最後

喜歡的衣服都沒買

左遮右遮

有時候更由於看不門見為乾淨的道理

繼續吃呀吃呀吃

最後越來越胖

這方法唔 work

近來對著這些肥糕糕

面對它

而不隱蔽它

反而更加 conscious

讓我想起了昔日紮胸的日子

為什麼小時候有胸部會給同學取笑?

為甚麼會覺得有胸部會被男生比下去?

學完 social dance

跟老師家人等吃晚飯

去的是有舞跳有飯吃的中式酒家

這裡沒那次六姑姐的 bar city 般難受

人們比較平實

真的認真地練習社交舞

tango, samba, lumba, waltz, cha cha, 慢三, 快四等

有些在跳花步

非常好看

很想學好些

如果有一天可以跳到像他們的樣子便好了

好羨慕啊!

我們那圍有 MISS 及同學

大部分是 C 奶阿SIM

男士有兩位

都是其中學員的丈夫

席間

其中一位資深男學員說

"你要記住跳舞是自己開心, 不是要跳給人看的"

謝謝提醒

大家跳得很開心

那兩位五十多歲的丈夫

更一起跳 samba

我們都大笑起來

啊

為甚麼兩個女的跳 samba 沒人會笑

但兩個男的跳

便會變成兩個麻 luc 佬跳貼身舞

很gay

所以大家很自然都會笑

可見社會的壓力原來這麼大

潛移默化

我們已經把 discrimination 都種在潛意識裡

另外

有位 auntie 教我站立的型態

她說看見我的姿勢型態都把自己的缺點暴露出來

而把優點都埋藏

原來我常常覺得自己的胳膊太寛

所以下意識會把胳膊收起來

怎料原來這個姿勢會看起來更橫

更大隻

又因為肚 larm 太大

下盤的姿勢讓我的肚看起來更大

她叫我改善姿勢

好

提醒一下自己吧!

謝謝 auntie ^_^

她的鼓勵給了我一點點自信

因為從來也不覺得自己體型上有任何優點

自卑得過份

跳舞

好像可以增加一個人的自信

很喜歡跳舞

想不到比想像中喜歡到這樣的程度

喜歡到連今天晚上同枱的二手煙

居然因為定神看著舞池裡人們的舞姿

而變得可以接受

居然可以接受二手煙??????

太奇怪了!!!!!!!!!!!!!

甚至下次就算有二手煙

仍希望再來

自從貞子以後再沒看鬼片的我

第一次跟女網友出來

為了他

家人

朋友

一切一切

跑到香港來

所有東西重新開始

拿著旅遊簽證

每 90 天要跑到深圳出境一次

沒身份證

只能找黑市工

除了他

沒甚麼朋友

打算在網上認識一些女性朋友

卻只有男性對她有興趣

會回覆的女性

只有我一個

最近

發現男友說謊

發現他手電有不同的內地女孩電話號碼

跟男友吵架時

有時候會聽到氣話

"你慳ｄ駛啦!"

"你還是回去 aa 吧!"

最近

男把做決定的責任交回她

改說為

"你還是自己考慮要不要返 aa 吧!"

看著她所作的

很佩服

我實在沒勇氣

拋下所有東西跑到法國去

如果我在法國

每三個月要出境一次

大抵最近 Nice 要到 Italy 吧!

找黑市工

沒朋友

還有言語不通

然後 nico 跟我說這些話

我會傷心死

今天

她說她要獨立

要找到一份工作

無論他日留在香港與否

也是她自己決定

她希望有能夠自己決定的能力

她說

有朋友告訴她

可能她心底裡最喜歡的是香港

男朋友只是一個藉口

那我

是不是其實並不太過喜歡法國?
