Unfortunately, we are not able to complete a "group" photo, as half of the tutors are coming in the afternoon, while some of the tutors have to leave at that time. It's like we have a early session and a later session......

收到 York 寄來的通知，我收到 $1000 scholarship ~ ( 咁當然啦，如果我最後決定唔讀 York 的話，就無得袋個獎學金落袋‥‥‥)
I give no mercy to people. If you are in school, you should be responsible for your school work. Having a part time job is not an excuse. If you know that you cannot manage both, then please select one and drop the other. Don't expect people will give you mercy for having a part time job or even 2 part time jobs at the same time. I don't care, seriously; all I care is that if you are in my group, you have to finish your part. If you cannot commit and meet the standard, please leave the group.
Everyone has problems / troubles / shit happen in his/her live. If I can manage it, you can manage it. If the problem/issue is too big that you can only handle it but not anything else, then too bad, you have to make a decision. I am happy to help each other out, but not like draging people all the way to get an A.
I don't mind to do slightly more work, as long as people show their appreciations towards my work. I do put in effort and time in it, not like I am doing a lot of sloopy work. Nothing can be worse then trying to contribute more quality work and get critized on that.
Good thing about today is, I've got positive feedbacks from students in the learning center. My effort pays off. I do put my heart into it although my main concern is whether I am getting paid. I want my students to learn, at least something, and don't get too frustrated from school work. Knowing that some students like the way I teach really encourages and motivates me to try harder even I am so exhausted lately.
