國慶杯長跑‧

一早五點半起左身‧
嘩…攰到我呀‧最終五點八起到身沖涼‧
六點call prici起身‧六點九出到去九龍塘搭專車‧
想起以前返香港少年領袖團都係响度搭車‧

去到大尾督‧Patrick Lui好遲先到‧
但我塊號碼布响佢度…

最終攞到號碼布開跑lu‧
因為病‧又幾個月無練跑‧
跑前都無打算做出咩成績‧
但一開始跑落又okay‧腳的舊患又無返發‧

不過跑10K都真係幾攞命‧
跑的時候一如以往想著Holy Lonly Night呢首歌‧
令我跑的時候更有衝勁‧
還有‧我向高山舉目‧一邊跑‧一邊望著眺遠的山頂‧
最終用了55-57分鐘跑畢‧
做出今年最差的時間‧
不過不要緊‧在這長比賽中我依靠了上帝‧

跑完了‧這幾星期以來的頭痛卻沒有走了‧
本來去Eddie家燒野食‧但去到他的環保之家‧
也得節返回家‧

十年了‧二零零一年‧是我們相遇的日子‧
當時隔了幾個月‧連你們的名字都未必一一能記起‧
好像還是卓文漢叫我去同你地班無聊HTA帝國人去食飯我先去‧
回想過來‧我和你們這班朋友才是最真緻的感情‧

應該是零三年的聖誕吧‧Mandy打電話給我‧叫我去沙田唱通宵K‧
仲吩咐我著靚D‧(其實果時D衫都很樣衰‧個死人頭仲衰)
其實那時的我是一句都不會唱的‧
但是只要是他們的活動都好踴躍地參與‧
去到便只是唱一首半首歌‧一整晚伴唱‧

很難得今天可以重聚‧點的歌也跟十年前沒太大分別‧
雖然人大了‧沒見面太久了‧
面對面也不知說什麼‧
但我對大家的感情仍在‧

真的想與大家好好的再相聚‧
今天有些不在的‧有些在的‧
不要緊‧我相信你在每人心裡都佔一席位‧

十年‧人生真的有多少個？
即使不能好像在校園時天天相見‧
但有時不見‧更能磨鍊和測試和他們的友誼‧
好像我跟肥彬一樣‧
說真的‧我不找他打波‧我們只會一年見一次‧
只是我還是會覺得他在我心中佔的分量也是很重‧
總想每一次聚會也見到他‧

我相信‧到了六七八個十年後‧
回想起你們‧我心還是甜的‧

Having fun with Prici and Tang Yuk Kong in Shek O today!
I was having a bad headache but when I get into the beach, my headache was gone away.
I really hope he can find a new girl friend and know how to love each other.

Prici is not happy at night cause I did something wrong (but I don't really know what went wrong).

Lately I am so stressed out because of my work and future.
If I am able to work in Forever 21, I am gonna be so much workload because I get 18-19K.
Probably will do my very best to strive for my career.

It's also very grateful that Jeffrey Lau gave me so many suggestions about work and life and always brings me back to God. He is really a good friend who really shares his knowledge and experience. More than that, we have quality time of talk.
