today is half great half bad la~
this friday will be school's sports day~
but coz mornin hv a graden party~
n nite will hv a disco~
dat means wont hv enough time to do the whole sports day~
so today is held half sports day la~
is juz for field events~
but btw is half field events~
coz we juz do shot put n javalin~
me ofcoz join both la~
even is over limited~
but who cares wor~~
teachers love me ma~!^O^

first talk bout javalin~
is holy shit u know~(who knows?!)
when i do my first throw~i thought that was juz a practise one~
but after i throw it~the teacher said is the real one~
(he is not the real PE teacher,Mr. fuxkin D again!)
my god man~that throw i juz stand behind the line~
didnt do any running ga!!!><"

the second one~real one la(at last i know that)
i run for it~but juz run half way through~
think my hand go to wrong way wor~
so i stop n prepare to run again~

coz is juz same as high jump ma~
if u run to the bar~but suddenly u think u not ready yet~
u can run again la~~
why javalin cant wor?!!!

i find that quite heavy....(other ppl think they nearly cant lift it up lor)
anyways become 1st this time ~~~haha~
all the unhapy thing gone lu....
but my result is quite bad...i think....
only 11metres......how sad?!><"
nvm la~~enough to beat ppl.....
so till now.....got 1 gold n 1 silver lu...

last year come first...so this year hopefully......haha~!again la~!
n last running events will be held on Friday...
me join 200m & 100 rely~
100 rely is play for my house la~
200m....last year got 2nd....this year.....i juz asked for first 3....
coz long time hvnt practise running....
but newayz juz a game....
the thing i lookin at ,juz bck to HK~
who cares wt activites it got wor~!!

today~our PE teacher suddenly leave school wor~
is mean never comin bck wor~
is very sudden lor~
coz even school got no time to find another teacher~
so todayz lesson juz my science teacher do it~

coz he make us do fittness test~
then do tennis~not real tennis wor~
5-aside~how big is our sports hall ar???
10 ppl playin at the same time~

that is the worst PE lesson i've ever had~!

coz think is not time for dinner yet~

today....such a suck day~
5 lesson a day la~
got two free lesson~
so i was in the IT room~
but first lesson is IT wor~
in IT room again la~!
forth lesson is L&T,coz need to do c'work~
in IT room la~!!!
so today have totally 4hours in IT room~
now in IT room again~!
fuxkin hell~

third lesson is Chem~a long lesson bout 1 n a half hour.....
died la~!whole brain is chem things la~
but after school hv xtra chem lesson wor~2hours.....
so totally hv 3 n a half hours is chem....

today,great la~either IT or Chem~either in IT room or Science Lab.

juz bck from training again~
haha~ofcoz football la~!
long time hvnt got a training lesson in Man.utd lu~
feel so nervous at the begining~
we not playin match this time~
juz non-stop shooting~
me after heard this~nearly collapse~
be truth it must be coach's trick lor~
but i reli need to thx him...
....coz he bulid my confidents back~!

anywaz poor me~stand there non-stop savin goals.....
but played bout 45mins la~
did let even one goal in wor~
think myself so great lei~!
feel so please for my performance~!

this few weeks feel so bad~
