我哭了，
前幾天做bread runner 時，
得知賣不去準備丟掉的麵包，
將會送到有需要的人士，
當中包括醫院時（不知道是給醫院的甚麼人），
這讓我感歎為何需要最好營養的人，
無論是病患或是貧苦大眾，
他們所吃的卻是營養豐足的人士賣不掉即將過期要丟的剩包呢？
今天跟家人吃晚飯，
又剩下許多菜和湯了，
我堅持把食物和冬瓜盅都包起來，
打算拿給在家附近垃圾站撿吃的乞丐，
抵達後發現時間尚早，
所以他還未出現，
反而看見了一位第一次見的老婆婆。
我把食物給了她，
她的眼睛開心得放光，
很想跟我握手或撫摸我手臂似的，
但她好像覺得自己的手很髒，
也有可能我的身體下意識離開了一下，
所以我倆沒接觸。
看著她小小的身軀，
我很心痛為何這位比我需要更多營養，
比我更體弱的婆婆，
要吃我們剩下來的食物呢？
按她的情況，
她不是比我更應該吃到最新鮮最有營養的食物嗎？
她，
替我及我的家人惜福了，
非常的感謝您。
跟婆婆這下忍住了的身體接觸，
讓我反思，
其實一些有需要人士除了需要物質幫助，
除了需要關心慰問外，
也很需要身體接觸的親密和被關愛感。
我想起interpersonal communication 裡一個關於猩猩對physical 關愛感需要的實驗，
雖然猩猩bb 能從用鐵線做的假媽媽身上得到食物，
但他們大部份時間卻喜歡捲到用軟毛做的假媽媽身上，
即使軟毛媽媽沒有給他們食物，
這說明physical intimacy 的重要性。
這也讓我想起，
早前我在中環街上吃花生m&m，
路見一位乞丐，
當時很想跟他分享美味的m&m，
便上前請了兩粒他吃，
對，
只是兩粒，
因為只是買了小包，
實在太好吃所以自私的只請他吃小小，
由於他的雙手殘疾，
他嘗試用變形的手背接，
但是巧克力還是掉下來，
所以我便把巧克力放在自己的掌心餵他吃，
他好像很怕他的口水會沾濕我的手掌，
所以用力一吸把巧克力吸進口裡，
這只有不夠一秒的身體接觸，
我感覺到他很開心，
好像比吃到才兩顆的m&m開心很多，
我跟他對望，
兩人都笑了。
可今天晚上，
當我看見婆婆，
我卻嫌棄她髒而沒有跟她有任何身體接觸，
我看見了我的 big self ego
下一次，
我要試試拍拍她的手臂或肩膀，
好讓能給她一點點鼓勵。
婆婆，
再一次謝謝您替我和家人惜了福，
也希望你身體健康，
能有溫飽營養的三餐，
祝你快樂。
我要學習好好珍惜食物，
想起 在nicaragua 當義工期間，
我住在其中一位婆婆家，
她為了慶祝她兒子的生日和歡送我，
把家裡唯一的母雞宰了，
並煮了一個公仔麵整家人分來吃。
她給了我和她的兒子大部份的雞和麵，
自己好像只吃了數條麵，
而那隻我對了好幾星期，
看著婆婆每天數她的雞仔bb
看著她每天在地上走來走去，
有時甚至跳上樹上的雞媽媽，
現在變成面前這件只有排骨根本没甚麼肉的雞肉，
無不感嘆...
希望世界的資源能根據最有需要的人士來分配，
要有一個更好的世界，
似乎減薄個人的craving 是根治的良方。
