呢一排，生活得好怪，神呢？
我又有d懷疑了~
大家可以的話，暗自為我禱告吧，不要話我知。

問題在於，今日相信永遠，不等於永遠相信今日。
即是說，今日相信的永遠是永遠，但相信本身不是永遠，
因為，我已經出賣過自己一次。

傅盃終於結束，今年的傅盃認真是最感人的傅盃！
一路以來，應文都係傅盃o既霸主，
直至到今年傅盃開始，應文節節失利，
拔河、足毽、牌藝…都失去了不少分數。
但這些一切，並沒有使我們放棄！
我地更加努力，更加團結！
終於，我地將競技！
係競技冠軍！係十一年前曾經拎過的競技冠軍搶回來！
同時將今屆o既傅盃守住了！
真是一個值得回味o既晚上，
當我地巴士隊要迫46人時，嚇了一跳，
因為我地從未試過練四十二個以上o既人數！
但係我地全神貫注，用廿六個兄弟包住廿個姊妹，
留在一米乘一米o既方格上十五秒———
奇蹟發生！！當我地數一數人數，
肯定左我地四十六人o既成績之後，我地已經無比興奮，無比感動。
雖然我地衝擊唔到四十七人，
不過當我地知道我地終於守住左我地呢個傅盃時，
大家都哭了，實在是太感動，這是屬於我們每一位兄弟姊妹o既傅盃！
多謝應文，
舍監、老鬼、宿生會、臨政、所有兄弟姊妹，
我地一齊為應文創造了一個神話之中o既神話！
為我地o既人生加添一份精彩，一份感動。
感謝神，一切都太美好，不是因為贏了，
而是你賜下了我們這感動的時刻！
每一聲應文，每一聲勁繩，每一聲巴士bit，
都充滿著熱情，充滿著愛！
神是聽禱告的神，我一直缺少的感動時刻，
感動回憶，一一都賜下了。
發現自己的熱情也可以更強，
我愛神的心也要更加火熱！
主內o既弟兄姊妹，我地都要一齊加油呀！
特別鳴謝—勁繩隊—
小梁、Roy、童、Johnie、April、Tess、Kitty、蚊、餅、恆、B汶，
仲有崇基、Wing，
陪我地到最後o既花生、sue、susan、sophie...(剩係得d女仔？定係我剩係記得d女仔？)
仲有所有陪我地一齊練繩o既人，打氣o既人。
今年我地跳到346下，破哂紀錄，
不過都只係贏新宿僅僅四下，真係一次練習都不能少。
最重要o既係，我地最後破左自己331下紀錄時冇被興奮打亂節奏，
能夠跳到最後唔kick繩，
回想起當時最只要少三秒，只係三秒！我地只要跳少三秒！
就會冇左個傅盃！真係心都寒埋。
最後，我地來年少左而家三東o既一班猛將，
相信形勢會更加險峻，不過經過今年，
大家應文o既兄弟姊妹都一定會加倍努力！
繼續稱霸傅盃！！！

Tequila shots
Members of the United States musical group The Posies, demonstrating tequila cruda.
A single shot of tequila is often served with salt and a slice of lemon or lime.
This is called "tequila cruda" and is sometimes referred to as "training wheels".

It consists of the salt lick, Tequila, and then followed by a shot of Pineapple Juice.

正在上山之際，看見一輛校巴迎面駛來
但我們推的鼓人…竟然無動於衷，沒有避開的意識！
結果…校巴只好讓路了……=.=

最後佢地人少少開始o係度同新莊訓話
一路講，我都覺得理學院院會果邊要改進好多
我地唔係話有一個task完成左就算，係要做多一步，望遠一步，諗深一層
另外，我真係感謝主我入左應林，應林係一個男人o既地方
我地唔係天生就最勁，而係因施為我地要勁，要背負起應林o既名
