這兩三天我都不段為 14/7 - 31/8 做準備。11/7 走左之後，公司的事要放下來了，在 china tour，管也管不到，只可以每天 online check 下公司 d 野 okay 不 okay。我今日要 handle 好請人的事，我請的人有兩種。1) $150/ 小時，做 interpreter；2) $30/ 小時，做 steward。

您知嗎？雖是我去請人，but their pay is higher than me T_T

I have some doubts. I have two friends who are finding job, and our pay is super attractive. (That's the casual rate) One is my long term pen friend, also my 學妹. However, she have worked in "numerous" company and position. I don't think she has graduated from high school... If I accept her application, will she do the job well? Another one is also my 學妹, once been my tutorial student. She doesn't have working experience. I hesitated because she doesn't have that attitude to "serve" the company.

There are a few others asking me to accept their application. They are good, yet they are not from an English school. I need someone who speaks English fluently and committed. I can't afford to guide and teach those I employed. 邊學邊做 is not acceptable?

Um... If I don't have a full time (+ casual + part-time job) on hand, I AM THE ONE. HAHAHAHAHAHHA

They are my friends!!! That's what I am struggling.

Finally I can't control my tears... I cried in front of Maestro this evening. He asked why everyone looked unhappy at rehearsal today. I told him that it's becoz he extended the rehearsal. We are suppose to finish at 6:30pm, but yesterday we ran over time.

There will be an audition for us, if we fail it, we cannot go to the China Concert Tour. I told the person next to me, "can I stop practising now and force them to leave me in Macau" She replied, "well, by that you will risk in losing your job too!"

Yesterday the rehearsal was overrun, I was so stressful and angry about that. Coz when we finish each rehearsal, I will receive a pile of telephone messages on my desk. Last evening, I have some work to due, I tried to work on them, and in the end, I came home late for dinner. Mom was annoyed. I gotta face my clients, my mom & myself. Most likely, I wasn't able to finish my work and that's why I am emotional.

Ken: Do you have time for dating?

This is the very significant question Ken asked me when I was deciding to date or not. He asked more than a year ago. Today, I still struggle a little on TIME. I thought about the question today. JUST becoz... I went out last Thursday, and I worked so hard to make time to edit the prayer news for CCBC. Just becoz, I promised to give a hand to Joe, but I am so tired now to work anymore.

I might have to re-allocate my time. But I am sure, I like you, and I am willing to work it out.

What! That's it? I have a bit of fear in me, doubt as well. My friends further define my situation. And I got why they are supporting me. My 超理性，my MUST and MUSTN’T is blocking me. Thought they are good, I need something, as my friend said, 「激情」！I though I should expect my boyfriend to be my potential husband. Somewhat that’s a YES, but on the other hand, dating is to find out if we are suitable to make that commitment.

I feel uplifted after receiving these support.
