昨晚因為返崇拜，我把未做好的工作帶回家中 OT。

經過半年的時間，我己與一些顧客熟落了。打個電話給他們時，氣氛都很好，仲可以講笑。我有次對一位家長說，請她不用那麼擔心，她回應：「您一定未結婚未有子女，您不明白架喇！」我的語氣，像是 Aussie 的 lay back style "no worries, mate!"，而她，就是那緊張又心急的客人。很多很多的 client，我都未見過，就在空氣中認識了。

這星期收到很多申請信，每一個申請都有不同的故事。對於熟落了的客，不難請他們見諒。但對於其他的家長及老師，我好怕面對他們。有人沒理的去投訢，有人想您同情。

由 19/12 至 26/12，我有一星期時間整理 2009 的 account statement。At this moment, I am not able to look forward for my holiday. I just see some dark clouds around me. Boss is so blessed, he has a crew working madly for him. I am using around 90% of my energy, shall I use some more?

I want to conclude that working is more difficult than studying. As we need to face our manager/ clients/ colleagues. I am thinking last evening that I wasn't equipped to stay in the workforce. Our position, our difficulties... well, I was, at least I learned how to balance my life, how to set priority...

星期天，今天我們有音樂會。




我不需要出這場 show，有小許不開心，不過又好感激這安排！就是這樣嗎？「有」時又不想要，「沒有」時又不甘心。

整天待在我的渡假屋．．．

- Finished a 500-piece puzzle，yet realized that one piece is missing!!!
- decorated my room with photos & straw-star
- played with the cats & turtles
- listened to many many cartoons & many many movies
- cooked seafood pasta with tomato sauce
- did quite a bit of cleaning and tidying my stuff
- continue my cross stitch

好開心，因為 decorate 完，感覺好像我於 Murrumbeena 的屋企，把摺了的星星貼到牆上，做了一條彩虹出來，真的很美！

明天小組有個問答比賽，主題 - ACTS



昨晚 OT 了一小時！感恩前日煮了 pasta，返到屋企有 dinner．．．

明天不想回小組呢，我都未預備好個問答比賽 :( 剛用了 30 minutes 聽左 Acts 1- 10。之後就 lost 了我的 attention span。今晚整 prayer news，可能都沒精神去預備。

撞鬼！！！！媽話我不參演 1/11 的演出。


我告訢她知我的原因，她就話我對音樂已沒興趣，不向大師學野。我那天拉 concert，我就沒有了我的 day off！仲有，樂團今時今日，一個月過 4-5 場 show，出都出到怕 !

Doug said it's the difference in the point of view of my boss & myself...


The concert is done, it's the second concert which I am in charge in life! The third one is coming on 7 November. I am really thankful for the staff at CCM, also thankful to my colleague, who understands what a tight budget we have had this time. The performers tonight are quite nervous, they have very little time to try on stage, simply because of other commitments and clashes. Plus, most of them are inexperienced.

I looked after them one by one, when one finishes his/her performance, he/she will be very excited. Many of them thanked me for not requesting videographer, so their mistakes weren't being recorded! Well, it's because of the budget!

Boss is out of town today, he flew to somewhere this morning at 8am. He is being blessed with a crew of staff! Really! This afternoon our orchestra needed to take part in an MTV, so 40+ people and 3 personnel went to make that happen. While myself and another partner oversee the concert. Not to mention, there are 2 training happening in our centre...

票房!!!

I told boss that the ticket sales goes to 72, he complained that this is not acceptable.

Does he knows that people in Macau are still under training to buy tickets for a concert? Does he knows that we have TOO many concerts that people are choosy nowadays?

lucky I am already very happy with the ticket sales when it reached 50! -//- ignored him

Suddenly I need to take care Max & Tammy.

And suddenly I looked like a mom. Worrying and praying all the time for my kids!

Okay, Max & Tammy... they are two super-difficult-to-take-care turtles. The shop owner asked, "why did you boyfriend gave you this kind of turtle? He wants you to stay home 24-hours a day? They are difficult to take care of!"

Miracle, miracle, miracle. I was chating with my supervisor yesterday: we have sold only 19 tickets, and the concert is in a weeks' time. She isn't my boss, so I feel secure to tell her our ticket sale. We began to think of giving out free tickets. Moreover, this morning, the 票房 raised! We have sold more than 50 tickets this morning. I was so thankful! The second concert got ticket sale of 30 tickets. However, I checked just now and it has 60+ tickets sold. Wa! Just wonderful!!!

When the ticket selling was only 19, my supervisor said, 'well, even I bring my whole family including my maid will not be able to make the house looks good'. (house - a term we use for concert hall)

Not by might, not by power, but by the spirit of God! Thanks my daddy in heaven!
