取消12月份所有休假及假期


What's been happening with my Thursdays? Very often this day of the week is tired & emotional. And when I am ready for bed, I would recall the fact that I need to work on the prayer news editing. Osp!

As read on the first line of this post, boss had the idea to cancel all DAY OFF and HOLIDAYS in December.

I only have 3 words in mind 'what the hell!"

Pardon me.

I replied to his e-mail in regards to his idea. He wishes us good health, but he is not letting us rest.

Please pray for us.

MIXED FEELING

剛從 Hong Kong 回來, 放下了我的行李, 回家換件衫, 吃個 lunch 就上班了.　　回到 office, 基本上我帶著幾 okay 的感覺回來的, 不過, XYZ (生氣中．．．)

明天三位客人請我吃晚宴，呵呵～　最近，最開心的，都係被他們三位 acknowledge 我做的每一事，每一個 detail．期待明天的到來！

星期日 CCBC Reunion當中，我有 d 情緒．我地在 Causeway Bay 教會聚會，而我隻"娜" (viola) 在東涌！事發星期五於香港 rehearsal，趕船趕車，我決定把 viola 留在香港星期日用．點知，弟兄出門時忘記了他！！！

一個樂手沒有了樂器．．．

It was a challenge and a lesson for me. :P Though as a worshipper, I have to cope with it.

"Come on in, I got something to tell you seriously", said my guest.

"Serious?" I asked.

"Yes, serious." he replied.

I starred at him inside the room. He began to speak... "I just want to say HELLO to you!"

I didn't catch his joke. And I desperately told him that I almost have a heart attack when he asked for me. I had been looking forward to 4:30pm. Coz I worked over time this week and I was quite stressful. Yesterday my phone received for me 4 calls while I cooked an instant noodle for lunch. Upon the final 4th call, I have no energy to pick it up.

At 4:30-4:50pm today, I accompanied my guest to catch a taxi back to his hotel. The traffic was terrible deal to the Grand Prix in Macau. I often dream that I have a driver or a licence & a car to bring my guests in and out of their hotel. I would like to serve them better, but I can't make it for now. Finally, at 4:50pm, we met a taxi looking for passengers, thanks God that he can get home and I can conclude my day.

My reward for today:

SMS from my guest: "Thanks ever so much for your help Emily. You're terrific."

I will overnight in HK tomorrow. Hoping to rewind myself and treat myself a pre-Aussie trip.

My phone rang, +00 appeared on my screen, I thought (and hope) it was Sky or maybe any nice buddies from overseas. I picked up the phone and it was my first time wasn't able to recognize the voice of my boss. Osp!!! Anyhow I asked politely who is this. After that, I know what he is up to. He's in Beijing and making me this IDD call for a parent. He told me to do a favor for this parent and he rest assured that he has screened if we should do this favor or not.

Well, he is the boss.

I was little bit disappointed this call wasn't from Sky.

This afternoon we had a recording session. The conductor was practising with some musicians. And the others could rest for awhile. It was meant to be 30 minutes but it lasted for an hour. Most of us were preparing for exams and people like me has nothing to study.

I fell asleep.

A deep deep sleep.

Thank you God, it was marvellous! A quality nap =)

I was out of the office from 8am-7pm today. When I returned, my colleague told me that there were hundreds of calls for me. He told me that he defended for me when one client grumbled. Sometimes I am sorry that my colleagues need to take up this troublesome calls on my behalf. I put aside all this call notes and prepare for tomorrow.

I met Mr Leung while doing the preparation, he was finding something to drink. He asked if he could get a cup of kopi. I quickly return to the office and get one for him. This coffee pack was bought by Suz in Malaysia.

It always cheers me when someone come to me for a cup of coffee!!!

This morning my guest was in a hurry. He asked if I have instant coffee and quickly make one for him. I said "NO" and my mind was saying "I don't serve cheap instant coffees". hahaha... if you don't have time, don't ask me for a cup. I believe we need time to enjoy a cup of coffee, especially one which has been prepared with heart! I had a great time with my guest, it looks like our team work is getting better!

Tomorrow!!! Praise the Lord, 4 helpers are doing the job tomorrow. I am quite at peace for their presence. I just hope hope and hope that my plans will be done on time. In the evening, I am visiting HK for a rehearsal with Jason and guys. I am still thinking if I will stay in HK or not. It has been very cold and tired for me getting home late these days.

However, if I stay, I would have to take the 6am ferry back on Saturday >.< ~

我真係想不到是誰送的．我更想不到，原來是指揮 Maestro VJ 送的！我知道之後，好確定他送給我是因為他要搬屋！！！哈哈～

有人放了一盒水晶似的東西在我公司的 desk 上

水晶上有以下的文字: have joy at all times. keep on with your prayers... (1 Th 5:16-18)

我很 curious 是誰送的, 應該不會是我的同事吧. 那... 又應該不會是 church 的兄姊, 因昨晚我們一起開組, 他們有不在場的証明！盒子中也有一朵小花，看來應是女生的作品．

Well，多謝天父先！昨天某合作伙伴請我吃早餐，我好開心！今日收到小水晶都係好開心．加埋收到的 words of encouragement，我笑返喇！

今早認識了一位朋友，他是很醒目，很會使人開心的人。我很感激他，除了使我笑了幾下，他幫我找到一位 casual worker。太好了！我們不夠 helper，我幾幾幾擔心我這兩個月如何 handle 三個活動中心！如果天父比多一個我，就 perfect 了！仲有．．．有一些 helper 不夠「堅」啊！今早無意中在眾人面前罵了她一句。我請人返黎，真係需要他們幫手，而不是使我更擔心，每時每刻都看著他們，等我可以 keep going 我的工作！(okay, now I understand why usually the "experienced" are the ones in demand!)
