Jasmine told me that the Alexander teacher that she recommends charges $60/lesson. The one my teacher recommends lives in Elwood...

Time, money...music seems to be related with these 2 things! >.<

I don't want to change my teacher, as he lives so close by! But I have to...However, the next time I need to think about, is to rearrange my schedule! Probably I am putting in 3-4 hours for the lessons if I am going to Elwood! Troublesome!



I will be in Oz during July, YSO is not coming 'til Decemeber! Moreover, my next concern is weather my teacher from Macau will come to visit me on those days that I shall be in a camp.

Didn't leave home today, didn't go to uni as well.

My arm pains throughout the day, even now. As Tuesdays are often our practical section, I can do nothing with my viola...so back off and rest!
It's hard to rest, man! Though I was delighted, with 3 Theory exercises done this afternoon, a few chapters of Exodus being read too, hehe.

Alright, back to my neck issue. Actually I become aware of my neck after seeing myself in a photo taken recently... I was brave enough this morning, to examine myself once again. I got some clue, it is not the length of my nexk that goes wrong, it's my left shoulder! It must have been...my fault in posture (holding the viola). What can I say? Blaming every of my teacher not aware of my posture? or...the fact that we are heading 4-7 hours of practice a day? No one to be blamed, no point to blame actually!

However, I am still afraid.

I was so worry last night...

Just by the time I brushed my teeth before bed, I looked into the mirror. I saw that my neck on the right side is longer than my neck on the left side. People may tease you having one foot bigger than the other, or you may feel difficult in buying shoes. However, to my point...I am afraid, how long will my performance life last? I was mad, searching every possible solutions for this problem, but nothing much was useful.

I was in tears.

I now understand, why decades ago, when musicians get injured, they never never tell anyone - for fear of losing job, for fear of being sack, and most of all, the performance life will stop. I know my co-ordinators should have some advice, but I am afraid to tell them...what if they ask me to REST!?

開始感受到情緒有些起復吧, 坐在床上, 冰冰冷冷似的. 是想到, 不要在這個時候又 down 呀~ 仲有大把野要做架~ 唔死得架~

好快就捉住神, 求衪的平安...


記得信左主不久就 exam 了, 當時找到了 Exam 之 sure win 祕方

Exam 前去了 coffee shop read Bible (w/ dear coffee ^.^). 有的不是學科的知識, 而是平安, 很平靜的入 exam venue, 沒有 worry, 沒有緊張, 這 already win 了個心態!


雖然我都仲有功課未完成, 但今晚停下來找神, 給予我很大的能力!

Q: What are my strengths & weakness?



Praise the Lord! This is the very very first time that I realized that my number of strengths are more than my weakness! I used to see my bad points and good points before, and usually the bad points win! A new person in God...perhaps my view is different, perhaps the way I judge myself is different as well! ^.^ ~~~ I guess I am on the right track, keep going!

Strengths aren't to boost about, but it helps me to see what I am good at and what I am not good at. It gives me direction as well~

星期六去了 St Vincent de Paul Aged & Community Hostel, somewhere around North Melbourne!

去 Hostel 是為了見工 (義工), 最終都 appply 了那份 volunteer work. 在那麼, 要在如下的 12 個月攪三至四場演出. Hostel 的公公婆婆由 52-90 歲的, 男性多過女性. 幾得意呀, 上年 serve 兒童崇拜對住一班小朋友, 今年 seve 另一班人.

My mission...
- outreach and care my music partners: Ash, Kevin, Juliana
- care for the elderly ppl in Bailly House
- overall, my music ability is given by God and here I am to respond to Him!

頭先告訴她知 TSO 的事. 講的時候很想喊. 是的, 要 admit 一樣野, 我唔開心不參加個演出.
