早幾日交了隻 essay, 總算又完成了多一隻 assignment.
現在很努力地嘔隻作品出黎, week 13 交.

肩膀肌肉發炎...
ok, 聽起上黎都好像幾 serious. 不過 physio 姐姐話係一個好消息, 因為我的關節冇事, 而且多多休息就足以保住我演奏的命仔了吧!
不過問題係, 下個月 exam, e 一個月不應該是加力的時候嗎? 很 contradicting...一邊天要休息, 另一邊又要努力. 學習做一些 mentally practice, 不過幾 annoying >.< ~
上星期拉琴 10 分鍾休息 5 分鍾. 因為當我拉到 15 分鍾, 我的 lower back, upper back & chest 的地方會痛. Physio 的姐姐話要在痛之前停止拉琴! Avoid the pain!!!
今個星期呢, 我拉 30 分鍾先休息. 哈哈, 自把自為 lengthen my practice time! 暫時除了星期二 &五, 其他日子都沒有痛了. 感謝神 ^.^
超級多兄姊都罵下我, 叫我唔好拉咁多, 休息下...好感激大家的關心. 如果您 seriously 玩過下 sports, computer, music...就會明白要停是多麼難的事了!

手頭上有 24 份 exam paper, 個 exam 2 hours@, 可否 48 小時不停的煲曬佢地呢? Just now 16:45 看完了聖經就開始做 exam paper, 當我再抬起個頭, 18:20 了!!!

1. Don’t bounce
2. Never stretch to the point of pain
Pain reduces endurance, and causes shortening in the muscles, requiring increased efforts. If a stretch begins to hurt, you are over stretching.
3. Use slow, gentle, steady pressure
4. Keep breathing
5. Relax as you hold the stretch (10-30) seconds

Violists who atilt or rotate their head can create muscle imbalances over time.
(Me?)
The muscles on one side become shorter & stronger than those on the other.
(Oh man, my left and right shoulder!)
This can eventually lead to joint dysfunction and possibly nerve compression.
("pins & needles" pain...comes from muscles compression - which is, I suspected, happening to me)
