Higher Mind
from the Grace Suit
Key concept: Higher Power; Higher Self; Holy Spirit; Christ Self; Buddha Self etc

Higher Mind is a description of the part of our mind which is creative and is always providing the healing, or answers, to specific situations. It is another way of saying Higher Power, Holy Spirit, Christ Mind, Buddha Mind – or the equivalent in other spiritual or religious metaphors. Through it, people move forward at an accelerated pace because they do not have to do it all themselves, but can rely on a Higher Mind. This is one of the most helpful concepts to work with, and, at times, can accomplish overnight what might take months or years. The Higher Mind works through grace, which allows everything to unfold with ease and efficiency. One of the hallmarks of the ego is the need for difficulty. In this, the ego gets to give itself attention and attempts to prove its goodness, because, in spite of the suffering and difficulty, it is still trying and working hard. Grace is not concerned with getting attention; it simply gets results. When one accomplishes something through grace, one realises it is not being done by them but through them. When you have something major to accomplish, grace takes the hard work out of it and accomplishes what is necessary easily. In the realm of transformation and healing, grace is an extremely powerful tool. As you start using the grace of your Higher Mind as a way of life, things will begin to move forward with a certain ease and elegance. More and more, you will give up both control and plans for a fortuitous existence, allowing grace to accomplish everything through you better than you could ever have planned.

Inspiration
from the Healing Suit
Key concept: Willingness to receive answers with inspired energy; intuition

Inspiration means you don't have to figure things out, or think about them. Ideas and answers pop into your head and the energy carries you forward, if you allow it to. Planning (which is not the same as setting goals) is a way of ritually killing all inspiration, which transcends the need for planning. There is nothing you need do for inspiration, except to have the willingness to receive it. Inspiration goes beyond thinking, to creativity itself. Today you will receive the concept which grants success. Not only is the answer waiting for you, it will be one which is exciting to receive - with the emphasis on receiving more than doing. Today you will see the world in a new way; you will see the natural connection between ideas and people, answers will be given to you and everything will be moved forward to a new level. While inspiration is about seeing and feeling the way forward, it is mostly about 'knowing' the way forward. Inspiration brings both the answer and the inspired energy with it, so that you are carried with the energy, and there is no effort on your part.
