今日又是一日無聊的training天~~
Lunch o既時候見到 David2, haha :D
佢好似同 ESU d人開會
後尾o係workshop o既時候又見到佢
真係有緣喇 hohohohoho :o

而家返工等放工
好鬼悶...
好采train 埋聽日就搞掂jei...
如果唔係真係發霉 ~_~

由 summer 開始講左咁耐
今晚終於第一次 ja 左去 Milton 屋企樓下
不過...
佢唔o係度... ~_~

Sunny day :D

I have woke up so early today at about 7 to go to help Baba this morning......
so hot and tired after that... ~_~ really a harsh task

Then I went to Central to check my eyes
and back to Wan Chai to have lunch with Joyce in Hadees'
and go to study room to do my training report afterwards :D
so good to finish it within 2 hours ~~

In the afternoon I played basketball with KP and Cash in Southern
I had a good time with them
so enjoying to play with them
and we are improving evertime, so great!!
but they are so poor that their eyes were injured.....
We need to be aware of opponents' fingers next time~~

Then we have dinner with Brian, Katie, Gordon, and Penny
in the evening in TST KFC (haha, KFC again~~)

After that we have gone to netbar to play for two hours~~
Quite interesting to play Rainbow Six with so many friends
but the air-conditioning was so bad...
I think they should help the bar to improve the air-conditioning haha :P

I am quite tired now......
Really need to take a rest earlier because I need to train again tmr...
So lucky that I have done the report after lunch today
before playing basketball, or I have to open night car ~_~

David:
Are you ok now? Do you feel better?
Maybe you need to do more warm-up exercises before riding next time~~

Tai:
No problem~~ Call you next time to sing K together
How are your petpet and knee? Feel better now?

今日去左踩單車
上一次踩都好似係上年十月lu~~
原本我地有八個人
Chrislyn, Edward, Mandy, Mathew, KP, Tai, David and me
但係 KP 今朝唔舒服...
Mandy 又無黎到...
所以我地得返六個人

我地由大圍出發
同個單車鋪頭老闆講價
同佢鬥拋 :D
哈哈,最後講到一人 $20 咋 hoho :o
踩到大埔去吉之島食左個飯
再繼續踩到大尾篤
過埋水壩
不過...
最後我地踩得太遠踩到過晒時間
最後一人被單車鋪加左一人 $30... poor ~_~

中途 David 抽筋 ~_~
Tai 個波羅蓋又舊患復發 ~_~
希望佢地抖下無事啦!

Tai 架單車個座位好似石頭咁硬...
佢話坐到 petpet 都爛...
我試完之後都話 Tai 好忍耐力呀!!
佢要快d去買定支痔瘡膏喇 :P

Chrislyn o個個原來係百寶袋
有好多野食架 hehe :P
chocolate biscuits, candy, & bread :)
太好喇, 一齊踩單車唔使驚會餓死 haha :D

Edward & Chrislyn 都有帶相機影左d相

夜晚同阿強出去飲野&吹水
好耐無見喇~~
佢返左黎我地都無乜點見過
我地o係北角行到天后
夜遊街道o既感覺真係幾正 :D

今日去左一個成家人好耐無一齊去o既地方啊 -- McDonald's :P
大家有時都會去食
但係真係好耐無一齊去lu...
都唔係好記得上一次一齊去係幾時 ~_~

今日返完 training 就返屋企lu~~
返左咁多日先第一次 train 完o係紅磡搭巴士返屋企...

然後同左 sister 去兜風~~
finally take baba back home
and have hotpot together haha :D
love to have hotpot in cold days
so warm and comfortable ^^

train 完兩日又要寫 report......
so poor..... >_<
