今早睡多一些，
起來時，已沒有冷氣，
房友給我開了窗子，讓我有流通空氣繼續睡；
拉了窗簾，免得我被陽光甦醒。

她靜靜地走了，卻為我留下我最喜歡的餐蛋包，
當我差不多吃完之時，心想廚房還會有奶茶嗎？
看到桌上房友忘記了她自己的保溫柸，然後再看看我的柸，
有點懷疑後，才頓悟，
打開保溫柸，
就是我要的奶茶。

多謝房友，細心溫柔的照料，使我感到窩心。
其實，一直都沒有多謝她今年選擇了我作她房友，
我十分享受今年的學習與生活，她是功不可沒。

今天第二次到這教會崇拜，她們
沒有 梳化坐椅，
沒有 電腦投射設備，
沒有 完善的音響設備，

我卻確切感受到
一顆一顆敬拜主的心。

人認識自己，
不是單靠甚麼理論，
獨自想過究竟就能了解，
而是透過與人相處加上自省才行。

最近留意到自己與友人相處時，若自己的計劃被打亂，
或是有一些應該要做的事情與自己的計劃發生衝突，
便會心情煩悶，立時不振，不知如何選擇，
總想在「應該」中逃避出來。

要作出選擇，對我來說，真的談何容易！

「以書寫昇華日子」
書寫可以成為真正的屬靈操練。
書寫能幫助我們專心，觸及心中更深的悸動，
釐清思緒，過濾迷惑的情感，反省自己的經歷，
以藝術方式表達生活，把重要的事件儲存在記憶裡。
書寫對那些讀我們作品的人也有好處。

常常，我們可以藉著書寫，把困難、痛苦、挫敗的一天「拯救」回來。
藉著書寫，我們能獲取過去的生活點滴，融匯於人生旅程。
書寫能昇華我們的生命，也能昇華他人的生命。

如何面對自己的軟弱？
如何扶助在軟弱中掙扎的人？
又如何扶助他們能跨過因軟弱而承受的結果？

求主施恩憐憫！
