YEAH!!! I PASSED THE LAST PAPER OF BRENCHMARK - CLASSROOM ASSESSMENT.

You know I have been worried about this exam for a long time as my performance was poor
and my students really didn't understand a word of mine.
But now, I PASSED!!! HAHAHA. I'M GOING TO REWARD MYSELF WITH A LITTLE TREAT
(wanna reward myself a big treat at the beginning
but then I received a letter from ACCA mentioned that I didn't pay the membership fee for this year which amounts to 57 pound)!!!

Lesson observation by Vice-principal:
Well, I think my performance was quite good
but I can anticipate that my result won't be good
as it is just a show done by them to kick me out,
so I DON'T CARE!!!

To buy the princess dress for our drama competition is so embarrassing.
I really fear that others may think that is me who wanna dress it.
Luckily when I asked them if they got other kinds of princess dresses for sale,
they knew that I just bought it for work and gave me a receipt. HOW CLEVER THEY ARE!!!


Grammar:
A FEW vs FEW

A FEW usually has a positive meaning and refers to a number of people or things that is not very large.

FEW usually has a negative meaning and refers to a number that is smaller than you would like or expect.

I JUST DUN UNDERSTAND!!!

WHAT HAVE I DONE??? WHY THEY HATE ME SO MUCH???

I just concentrated on my work, never bother others' business
and what I received are A LOT OF NEGATIVE COMMENTS!!!

Here's the lesson evaluation form I received from Robert Sir today:
Clarity & appropriateness of aims = 5
Achievement of aims = 4
Organization of material = 5
Variety of material = 4
Control on material = 4
Students acceptence = 4
Presentation = 4
Teacher-student rapport = 4
Class management = 4
Pupil involvement = N/A
Consolidation = N/A
Appearance = 5 (I am so angry with this one. After seeing this one, I knew that all others are based on bias.
All teachers will/ should receive/ received 6 for this one EXCEPT ME!!! AM I SO UGLY???)
Supplementary skills = 3
Voice/ speech = 3.5 (Of course it is not good as his ears got some problems, everyone knows that!!!)
Eye-contact = 4
Timing = 4 or 3

Suggestions:
- Some instructions + explanations need not be in Chinese.
- Don't start or proceed unless the attention of ht eclass is got. (Can he?? When you are teaching a naughty class?)
- Avoid having back to the class (writing on the BB)
- When explaining, do't restrict toprepared examples
(in this lesson, those on the powerpoint);
spontaneous questioning & examples improve understanding.
(From my experience, too much other examples do confuse the students,
but he won't know it as he hasn't taught weak classes for SO MANY YEARS!!!.)

The aspects he praised and the aspects he didn't appreciate worth the same mark - 4. I jus don't understand. If good is 4 and bad is also 4, then what does 4 stand for???
Why I can't get a 6 for my appearance when everyone gets it???

My friends' comments on this evaluation form:
My BF: Bias. As he has mentioned before, this so-called 'lesson observation' is just a show, a mean to collect evidence to kick me out of this school.
Therefore, it is predictable that I can't get a high mark for anything.
However, he asked me to voice out my opinion, this time, I shouldn't tolerate especially the mark for appearance.
Grace: Bias. And same as my BF, I should voice out my doubt on my appearance's mark.
Kaka: Bias. The marks may not reflect my panel's opinion but the ... you know someone more powerful.

After all, I do think that I have improved in my teaching. My performance is much better than last time,
but now they made the marks more or less the same.
I know they wanna kick me out, just say that I failed in class management,
NO NEED TO STEP ON MY TEACHING ABILITY!!!

STAR WAR III - THE REVENGE OFTHE SITH = GREAT!!!

Michelle Lau's list of favourite Star War's characters:
1. Artoo - It is so smart and cute.
2. Master Yoda - Small, yet smart and powerful he is. Although he is old, he moved extremely fast when fighting with Dooku and Palpatine.
I like his speaking style as well, always put the subject at the end. 'The dark side he has become.'
3. O-bi Wan Kenobe - He is so handsome, smart, powerful (not really comparing with Yoda) and kind.
4. 9 year-old Anakine Skywalker - He is smart, cute and helpful. He loves his mother so much.

1. Anakin Skywalker - Arrogant and always disobeys O-bi Wan. O-bi Wan treats him as his brother but he always says that O-bi Wan is jealous of him. He even wanna kill O-bi Wan.
2. Jar Jar Blinks- Stupid!!!
3. C3PO - What a stupid robot it is!!!
5. Padme Amidala - A self-fish woman. Yes she loves Anakine (but I think she loves herself more), but she can't just leave her babies.

YEAH!! I thought that I have to pay $3000 sth for my salary tax but then I found that I can have the self-education expense deduction as I paid it before Apr.
MY TAX IS REDUCED TO $600 STH, ISN'T IT GREAT???

Although $600 sth means a lot to me, when comparing it to $3000 sth, it is NOTHING!!!

The saved amount ($2,443) is my extra bonus. I really deserve a treat, right???
A pair of sandal, a pair of converse, an Agnes b handbag or......
Oh, I don't wanna be Rebecca Bloomwood.

Finished the drama script.

MY BOSSINI TROUSERS (though it is just Bossini, it still costs me $150. OK, $150 for a pair of trousers is not expensive.
It is, in fact, reasonable. I bought it before the sale, you know, there must be a sale on it but I didn't wait!!!)

Finished Confessions of a Shopaholic.
Finished S.2 English Paper II.
Finally bought the ticket of Star War III successfully, YEAH!!! We can watch it on SUN. I CAN'T WAIT.

Well, some of them finally promised to play the drama competition.
One of the student even kept his promise and finished the Chinese version script.
Some students were so keen on starting practise the drama and asked me to finished the English version ASAP.
It's encouraging, doesn't it??!!!

Congraulation to Aris for signing the contract and having a raise on salary.
However, I won't stay at here.
