However, my appeal was unsuccessful. Maybe this helps me to concentrate on Biology la. After all, it's not very bad as long as I got an offer, huh? (Please say Yes to me even you think it should be a NO)

Go to Hang Sang in the early morning to get the money deposit for dad and hand in school fee. Good that there was not a queue.

Have a quick breakfast before going back to father's store.
Soooooooooooo BORNING and sleepy....

Only a trouble customer came....

These days I tried hard to convince myself to give up Speech. Well, I think I should be loyal to Bio.
And when all things tuned out showing me that I am not able to study Speech, perhaps it is time to give up and there is no point in insisting an impossible dream . Otherwise the cost may be higher.
Please kindly tell me that my decision is a wise one.
I definitely don't want to have hope on it again. The greater the hope, the deeper the hurt will be (bring by disappointment).
Somehow I believe that if I concentrate on Human Bio stream, the possibility of furthering my studies is greater, provided that my GPA is high enough to choose this stream.

想不到升到大學一樣很苦惱!(這句有點欠打吧?)
但也不好怨誰，只有怨自己考得太差了。

The time was perfect!
Get my registration letter and went to Sir Run Run Shaw Hall to get a student handbook which is as thick as Joint-us Econ Solution....=.=''

Appling for the o camp in林蔭大道and all of a sudden, it rained heavily!
When I came to Bio counter to fill in the forms and handed in the membership fee of Sci faculty, as the shelter was too small, I had my trousers went wet!!

Attending the boring lecture in文化中心.
The one-hour-talk mentioned 10 tips for university study, IT security, Plagiarism and Sexual harassment.
I really don't understand why the last part was needed.

Ohoo, I have received a leaflet about this year laptop. It is Dell. But I don't like it much.

Bought a 豬排包from the canteen of the Medical School and had it on my way to 蒙民偉工程大樓.
In the academic counselling section, the Professor taught us ho to STUDY!
I don't think it was useful, frankly.

Come across Mark哥when I was waiting Simon with Ryan.
He said I was very calm.
Well, what else can I do besides staying clam and accept this result?

We two find that the transportation fee for going to CU is very expensive! $12 ar!!><
Really hope that I can have a dormitory in CU.
Go to Taste and bought some shushi for細表哥and myself. Coz all I have the whole day was a豬排包only. Felt really hungry.

Finished a pile of questionnaires from CU about health and habit.
So funny that one of the questions asked whether I have a boyfriend or not! How does that related to the theme? I don't see any point~:P

Back home, feel really tired.
I really need some time to accept the JUPAS result.
Perhaps it is good for me to study Bio; perhaps I can achieve higher GPA; perhaps I can only further my studies if I study Bio; perhaps the prospects is not as dim as other people have told me....
Perhaps I should try hard to think positively and love it whole-heartedly!

I was back at 12:30am!
Wake up at 9:30 this morning and checked my JUPAS result.
It is as expected, no miracle happened.
4616 Biology
Well, I am satisfied with the result but it doesn't mean that I'm happy with it.

So far only know a few friends enter CU, including Ryan, Mike, Simon,小翁,阿祈(how come all of them are boys????)

Go to father's store.
So sleepy...couldn't concentrate on my book, sucks!

Father was angry with my result. Saying that I was very 心散 during the study leave which lead to such a bad result wor!
I don't agree with that lor! How much did the result reflect one's effort?
But whatever he said, I don't care.
And later, he shifted the topic for telling me (actually both mum and I) going to短宣and leaving him alone for managing the business.

After dinner and washed dishes and the housekeeper is on her holiday.
Just on time to catch up with today's Grey's Anatomy.
Very captivating! The great disaster near the harbor.
But Mandy seems to be dying next week~Ohoo NO!!!!><

Thanks Mancy, Kaki and Anthony for giving advice for choosing college. ^^

Get up early. Start packing my personal luggage. It took about an hour, okay la~
Then have my last practice of flute before I come back to HK.

Go to father's store.
I am redundant again!!
Reading <我所愛的香港> to kill time and I did doze off sometimes when I have nothing to do.

Still couldn't contact i-cable for cancelling the service before I leave....:(

Back home and check on my luggage. Fill in more stuff.
Frankly, I feel insecure about the trip.... But I know God will handle all the things. I should have faith in Him.
Still, your prayers for us will definitely be appreciated! :]

9:00起牀，練笛。
黃sir畀既歌草草go through左一次就算(不過我好畀心機幾tone exercises ga!)，因為趕住練一次短宣既歌~:p
一次過go through晒20首歌有點吃力，結果只係練左80%到jei。

執左少少短宣既行裝出黎，但未pack入箱。

去恆生幫公司入票，今日好多人呀!!!!><
上去戲院join嫻姨買戲飛，揀到個好位~^^

同細表哥食lunch@禮賓閣
睇佢同朋友去法國同瑞士旅行d相，d風景好靚呀!!!!
同埋佢d英國朋友張張相都有d古靈精怪既表情，很funny~

去睇Harry Potter- the order of Phoenix
個位真係好正。
整體上很不錯了，2小時既戲不免會刪減好多書既情節gei。
不過張秋既演技真係唔多好。

During the first half of the movie, I couldn't concentrate. Not because the scenes are not attractive; it's due to my own problem.
I tried not to look at the subtitle and could hear clearly their conversations. However, when I missed some, I started blaming myself.
I tried to stop myself from doing so but in vain.
I just don't know what's going on with me. Since the release of AL results, I have not stopping blaming myself for the failure in language.

I know a B for UE was absolutely a gift to me and I know I shouldn't be complaining about that. But it is that I know I don't really deserve it, I feel really really bad.
It just makes me feel my English really sucks....
No matter how hard I try to escape from this, the situation only get worse.
I read two Eng novels so far and when find a have on average 100 words don't know in a chapter, I am devastated!!!><

I just don't know what I can do now.... Maybe短宣can help me escape from the current situation.

Receive phone call from Auntie Grace that we have to go back for practice at 9:15....

Have a really good sleepy.
Just woke up before the bell rang.

Feeling very sleepy the whole day....
I was not very concentrated during the sermon and Sunday school but better in choir practice

Feeling so sleepy, I decided to take a nap before going to grandmum's home.
But the 20-minute-nap was unable to refresh myself.

Dinner at grandmum's house. 大表哥同細表哥都黎左~:)

細表哥sent me a link to a website having photos of Chinese notices and letters in China which the English translated versions are totally in the opposite meaning.
It's funny to browse those photos; meanwhile I feel sorry for my country English level.
I hope everything will be improved and carefully proofread before 08 Beijing Olympic la.

P.S. It's lucky to see you online.Using Gmail chat-box is a bit strange... :p

Good progress with 林夕's <我所愛的香港>
Some of the topics remind me of AL Economics and his words really can bring reflections to us. Highly recommend this book!

Ohoo~ I'm a bit lost with time—ALWAYS forget today is Saturday!! :o

When I watched 新聞透視 tonight, tonight's highlight is about the thieves in Shenzhen. It really scared me off!
Especially I will arrive at the Shenzhen airport at 10:00p.m. something.... How can I go back to HK safely by MYSELF??????
This worries me....

Meet Queenie and Ryan at Wan Chai MTR.
The feeling of prestige—no need to queue up to buy tickets and directly enter the conventional hall is fabulous! Kakaaaa

Ryan joined us at hall one after buying the tickets.
Ohoo~ I bought 6 books, one is for my aunt. But the other five are all Chinese books, feeling a bit guilty of not buying any English book to read.
Bought a portable Bible as well, couldn't find the one I saw last year that I like very much. :(
Never mind, the most important thing is the content not the cover. Though I tend to judge something by its cover~kakaa

My book list is as follows:
1. 朋友就是朋友
(I bought the first version快樂方程式for my aunt as B-day gift and find it really good)
2. 我所愛的香港 林夕
3. 香港故事 小思
4. 去中國人的幻想世界玩一趟 阿濃
5. 尋找人間天使

哈~發現我跟中文還是「藕斷絲連」。
灰灰的中化成績令我不理它3個月了，但今左在書展看中的仍是那些熟悉的身形。
第2,3,4本書都有點點中化味道，而<香港故事>更是我想看很久的書了。
大概身體流着中國人的血，也許生下來就決定離不開它的影子。

今年書展的路線好迂迴呀!
由一個hall去第二個要兜黎兜去，行上行落……要行好多冤枉路…攰!

逛完跟queenie 同ryan去左麥記食野。
跟住返屋企lu。

阿sir打黎話聽日改朝早上堂tim!!
弊la弊la~而家仲未練熟，點算好!?

Ada went to bed late again! Naughty~~
I went to bed at 1:30 last night, but I have an excuse for that—I was checking the words I don't know from the dictionary. As there are nearly 100 of them, it takes time to check!:p

It's good to hear from you~ =]

Practise flute in the morning. My arms felt very tired. Don't know why.

Go to EDB, give the contract to Ho Yin for chopping and signing it.
As the schedule overran, I have to run to the bus stop!
But no bus arrived until half an hour later.
I NEARLY burst into tears, coz I really worried that I couldn't get a bus and how could I get to the airport then?

Finally the bus arrived. I was 5 minutes late. Thanks Amanda helping me to備案first~hee
We waited another volunteer until 2:00.

Eric, the volunteer leader, asked why I chose Biology. (Okay~ he will be admitted to Speech and Hearing Sciences...)
I said I just love it. As I like both language and Bio, I choose Speech. Now due to my poor exam result, I cannot pursuit my dream and what I can do is to pick up the 2nd highest choice in my preference.
He said the only way out of studying Bio is to be a teacher and that's why he didn't choose to study Bio.
Well...I just fed up with that comment.
Why I am to be blame as I choose Bio? What's wrong with that?
I know how good it would be if I enter Speech, but I have to face the reality!

Okay~ back to the service stuff.
Brothers from Belgium. The younger one did the handicrafts well!
One handsome little boy from Canada, he's sooooooooooo cute and a bit shy at first~
And brothers from Singapore. I know they are from Singapore when I heard their accent.
The elder brother proudly told me that he knows both English and Mandarin and asked if I know Mandarin or not~hahaa (As I was chatting with him and his brother in English)
There was a baby girl who other volunteers played with. She was really pretty!

Ada has become a resources center!! Hahaaa
Save some money for 活動組 coz I have most of the materials we would like to have!

Look forward to tomorrow's book fair!

Get up late again.
Practise flute. The performance was better than yesterday's.

Then my slightly packed ‘trip’ started.
My first stop is Parsons Music at Plaza Hollywood. Buy my coming flute teaching book la~hahaa
So funny that the sales tore off a receipt from the machine and wrote the receipt for me(instead of using computer to print it).
Next stop is Hang Sang Bank. There was no long queue as the bank in Sang Po Kong, great! Get the money deposited for father's store~
Then go to Bank of China to 打簿, sooooo many people waiting! Big contrast with that of Hang Sang Bank!:o
After that go to EDB Centre at Kowloon Tong to check on FEG's letters.
New application forms for our courses!! Yeah~~~ ^^
And finally got the contract from 中英劇團.

Back to father's store.
I'm bored.
Just immerse myself into the book. It's a much better world.
Soooooo many words I don't know! Frustrated!!!!><
Now, working hard on those words...

Airport service tomorrow. Hope it will be a good day!
