細表哥's friend, John, believes in Buddhism and is an vegetarian!
I always think that foreigners are meat-lovers ma. And he told me that he was surprise to see many Christian in HK. It's really interesting.

Practise flute and finally cleaned my aquarium. (Last time was in early Sept. la)

Tidy my table up a bit (Pleas put the focus on 'a bit'~:p) and out for my lunch+tea lu.
YAMAZAKI Bakery has its new branch opened at Plaza Hollywood.
The theme of this month is ‘mini bread’. All of them look lovely and delicious.
I bought some for my breakfast in hostel~hee
Now gotta have a short break and start summarizing my notes on Ecology la, frankly, I can't afford to screw it up.
If I fail in it, how about my CBC, it gonna be a E- .......=.="

Today's weather looks good. Warm sunshine and windy, wonder if I can see a starry night when I back to CU~=]

Today is a day of rest~hahaaa

Sleep early last night and get up late this morning!kee
The only thing I have done today which is contributive is practicing flute.
The whole other time I just ‘hea’.
But I'll work hard on revising Ecology tomorrow ga la, just can't spoil my first mid-term next week.

Have my lunch at three something in Plaza Hollywood, so hungry ar!
Stroll around in shops but couldn’t get the things I want. Never mind la~

中秋節又到lu，好快又過左一年。
中秋同圓月總有關係，但我比較喜歡看星星。突然有點掛念升中四那年在長洲PA camp抬頭望到滿天既星星。
或者係中大有機會睇到gei，但得自己一…….成班人一齊瞓係地下睇既機會真係無la~好想返返去以前tim!

要去婆婆度食飯做節lu，表哥係外國既朋友都會一齊，唔知我夠唔夠膽同佢講英文呢~:p

今日整天就在CU跑來跑去啦!

下雨天很麻煩，一手拿着laptop另一對手拿着重重的CBC ref. book，無手攞遮ar! D手指到而家都好痛哩!

去ITSC把lab report print了出來，print左先發現median錯左，用筆改就算lu~
好蠢咁走左去SC LT1度，望入去，無bio人gei?
有個男仔係入面出黎話上緊physics wor，心諗:難道轉了課室?
呆了一呆才猛然想起星期一係去Lady shaw上堂的!!! (好低b ar~~><)

遲左少少tim……
依然唔明prof.講乜，幸好今日完既a.a.，開左protein la，我個人暫時覺得protein易好多!
Prof搞gag，fluid mosaic model似privates 3其中一個穚段wor ，咁都聯想到，勁！

完左去ERB上improving pronunciation，IPA真係好難呀!
20分落堂，miss左轉堂校巴，唯有去MMW再行上NAH……..
去到已經上緊堂la!
今日tutorial講左少少d translation，唔容易ar!
6個拉丁文中我唯一識Ad hoc呢個ja!:o

之後又落返去游水，今次唔駛行落去，有校巴搭。
勁大雨，但都要落水 ga la~
D水沒想像中那麼冷，真好~今日missy畀我1地識游既游左4個横池自由式加4個蛙之後，叫我地自己游多800M就走得。

3:30就去換衫lu，衝上碧秋print declaration of academic honesty張form，~M左好多先~M到tim!
跟住去交lab report，o個陣已經4:15 la!我仲要唔識路，去左Dr. Lawrance Chiu房門口~M個收集箱，原來係門口有鎖o個個就係，又行冤枉路la…….

早餐後都未食過野，好肚餓……係Med can見到傳說中既檸檬批wor!
(我第一次食ja!都幾好味)

趕返宿攞部laptop同擺低d files就走lu。
五點幾先去到眾志，要你等左個幾鐘，好對唔住ar……..:(
用excel計真係又快又準，我之前真係好唔efficient lor………><
仲要一對個答案發現係全部計錯晒gei……灰到呢…….
不過我深信demtor係唔會check我個數計得"畯�"牚ei~:p

温書書，唔知點入手，開學以黎都無整理過d notes，執左少少ja。
7:00詠春學會開班要走，咁就早少少走la~
去左LOG ON，~M唔到想~M既野；去黃大仙買printer墨又咁"痤L晒貨要下星期先有…….ooh No!!

比爸爸媽媽早左3分鐘返到屋企。
好眼瞓唷，今晚要早d瞓!

When my mobile rang this morning, I asked myself, ‘What day is it today?’
Seems I have time confusion systoms~hahaa

Very very tired. Luckily I didn't doze off during the sermon.
Many people are sick, usually coughing, must take care ar~

Take away lunch at 「飯堂」. Take a very short break afterwards.
I was really tired and started dozing off when tenor and bass were practicing.
So I was excused and went to wash my face la, feeling much better after that.

Thanks Fung for borrowing BCB book for me in HKU Lib.
(If I know the HKALL service earlier, I would not have bother you la)
I know the book is really heavy(Much thicker than the whole set of Bio notes from F.6-7!), 辛苦晒你!

Go to 3-shop to see the plan for mobile.
That $33/month one is a promotional advertising only~hahaa You have to look at the small words at the bottom (only the 3rd,4th and 5th are charged by $33, other is >100 la~:P)
I chose a plan for 3G, which is much cheaper than 2G one, that's strange, right?
The plan I chose is not very cheap but better than using telephone cards la. And the only reason I choose 3 is majority of friends are using it and I can enjoy the free inter-SMS service lor.

I am not sure whether the remaining ~20 dollars in my telephone card can sustain for a week or not, hope it is enough la.

Hope I can finish the remaining part of the lab report before 11:00.
Have to go back to CU early tomorrow for getting my swimming pack, picking up notes and printing lab report and CBC ppt before having lesson(My printer is out of ink la).
What a tight schedule!

Go to bed at 3:15 in the morning(of course, for doing lab report la...)!
I kept going to bed late this week~:(

Get up at 8:15 in the morning, very sleepy....
Leave the hostel late and probably I would have missed the shuttle, so I walked up to NAH la.
Come across a lizard which is as long as my arm on the stairs, seemed that I have disturbed it. It slowly moved from the middle of the stairs to the hill side and continue to enjoy its sun-bath~hahaa

Consecutive translation is very difficult! Especially when the source is in English!
I prefer the translation from Chinese to English more~hee
Luckily in our mid-term, emphasis will be put on sight translation instead of consecutive.

Lunch with Amy at NAcan
Go to ULib in search for books about M. macrocopa. As time is limited, I grabbed 2 books talking about freshwater Copepoda which describes different kinds of water flea(>100).
(P.S. Later when I got home, I flipped through them and find that NONE of them has any line of description about M. macrocopa....><)

Late lesson of 語精about Cantonese phonetics, I really enjoy the time!

Go to EDB to join FEG-ers but they had gone to sing K lu. Just have enough time for me to go home and put down that large and heavy packs of stuff and join time in YMCA at Yau Ma Tia.

Wearing suit in this weather is really really hot!
First time to be the guest in annual dinner. 香港哮喘會邀請我地去啦!
We are really lucky! We got many presents in the drawing lots function.
Including THREE空氣清新機! :o
Other thing includes supermarket coupons X3.

The food there is delicious! Of course, my favorite dish is always DESSERT~kee

Back home at 12:00. Continue to do my lab report until 3:30am!! Really sucks
But finally finished all the data part la (calculations and graphs plotting), that's the only thing I'm happy with.

Friday is always a busy day.

Accidentally woken up by my roommate's alarm clock in 6:30 in the morning, but she was not with us last night, perhaps some problems with her clock la~hahaa
The funny thing is, when I heard the sound, I used a minute to recognize it was a clock alarm and where the sound came form~kakaa

Fall asleep when Prof. Wong was talking about the graphs....=.="
It is unusual that Prof ended the lesson late on Friday!
遲左8分鐘落堂，同Maggie由煲底一齊跑去賤build再衝落小橋流水，11:30剛剛好去到chapel條樓梯，thx God!

今日既assembly係消費新文化，okay good~
有隻蜜蜂期間不斷「嬲」住組爸，仲爬落佢隻手tim，我有少少擔心組爸ar!
但阿爸好忍得，無整佢(我地坐前排近corridor，有d乜大動作，台上d人一定睇到晒)

琴晚做份lab report做到2:00a.m....=.=''
因為中間遇到太多挫折la，無lala部laptop show唔到d equations wor!
但同樣係word 2003，同房部電腦就睇得返晒……唔知做乜事lu~
最後搞左一大輪，connect左去第二度做，謝謝你呀! ^^

今朝Panda既鬧鐘六點幾就響，我嚇醒左!
跟住無lala手機Pinky打黎wor……接左又無人聽，我估係唔小心碰到d制la。
結果比預早左成個鐘起身~:(

早左少少咁多到達，有驚無險~哈哈
我唔識IPA 呀!!仲要整maze……救命!
有冇人可以教我ar?
之後做o個份test唔同ability既short quiz 就做得唔錯la~
有功課要交lu，不過是non-graded的，要record一篇關於oral speaking既voice track畀佢，我自己讀左一次，好重香港人既口音，唔好聽ar!><

Biochem lab，prof.好好咁出左份模擬既assignment畀我地，教我地點樣靠d results推返個a.a. sequence出黎。
可是……我完全唔明佢講緊乜…………點算!?

衝去上游水，今日又好曬啦。
終於唔駛游自由式轉游蛙式了，太好了~:p

游完水好肚餓，去Snack Bar食lunch，跟住去ITSC hea左陣。
收到Ms Lo介紹o個位親戚既媽媽來電，補習中文，地點很近哩，我都唔知自己會補成點，小五應該handle到掛，十月要加油! ^^

Lab出field，其實係去中大既竹苑jei。
要「除草」呀!哈哈
連根拔起真係好難~kee

Collect晒d samples同data就返lab 喇，洗「菜」洗「菜」~哈哈
D草真係好似莧菜ga!:p

見仲有d時間，去U lib諗住借關於Monia既書做lab report la，~M左勁耐一本都無ar!有好多關於cladocera既書，但入面都無提到Monia……唔開心ar~~

50M蛙既初賽得10個人游，8個可以入決賽。
我諗住實入唔到la，點知入左lor……=.=''
6:20游完第一場，決議實等到9:10先有得游!
好肚餓好想返宿做lab report ar……
期間聽到小如個名好多次~kee

我第四名入決賽lor…O晒!
然後MED既racheal走左(佢游得快過我ga~)，結果我攞左第三……
從來無贏過游水既奬，第一個竟然係大學攞到lor，都幾gag下……:o

去女工買左d野食做晚餐，十點食完，落左去睇應林黎五宿採青，幾好睇gei~
洗完白白同衫終於可以停落黎la。

打完diary，o係時候做lab report la!不過我好眼瞓……

Life returned to normal.
Go to bed at 1:00a.m. for printing photos for mum, don't know why the speed was that slow....

Get up at 8:00 in the morning. Not as tired as the days before, good!
Today's packages are the heaviest among these days due to the presence of dad's laptop.
Thanks Anthony for helping me with the heavy stuff once again~=]

Ecology was still the same, jotting notes, took photos of the ppt secretly~:p
Lunch@Franklin with Ada, Maggie, Elco and 阿月.
Come across Ryan at the front door! It's my first time to meet him in CU lei~

I made good use of an hour before of translation course takes place. Firstly went to U Lib to photo-copy the ELT materials which borrowed from Ivy. Then go to ITSC to print the transparencies out.
Finally with the help of the student assistant there, I was able to print them out lu~kee

I forgot to do the translation homework!
Grasp some time to finish it before Prof. He checked the ans with us~:P (Really Naughty la~~~)
Functional translation is quite difficult to handle. Sometimes I failed to bring out the implicit meanly explicitly in Chinese....
Have another set of notes distributed. About sentence structure, sounds interesting.

Go to語文自學中心 to finish first ELT assignment but in vain. I have spent an hour sitting in front of the computer to search for the appropriate programmes but I failed every time!
Only find two books with section talking about sentence structure and jotted down their name~:p

Back to hostel, wanaa set up the Internet service for doing Lab report tonight. Of course, with my limited computer knowledge, I was not able to do it la.
Anyway, I have tried~hahaa
(P.S. I have the correct setting la, I just have to delete the one of 56k dial up account can go online lu~thanks to Jennifer!^^)

Much simpler than the one we had do in F.7 but of course the lab report is much more difficult. Is that a trade off? :p

Get up at 9:00 in the morning and find myself still very tired....
Pick up my flute after several days of rest, the fingering and tone exercise was unexpectedly good! :O

Pack some of the stuff for Wed school. Every time I move into hostel, I have a large pack! And tomorrow's one is the heaviest I think. As I have to bring in dad's laptop as well.

Arrive at Kowloon City early. Window-shop in獅子石道 in search for suitable PE trousers. Finally find one but it is too expensive la(nearly a hundred!)

Nice lunch with Hilda, Kacy and Sing at 永珍. We no longer wear school uniforms and lose the 30% discount la...:(
Before going back to school, I go to buy some snack for hostel life~kee

Nice chat with many teachers la, including Missy, Ms Heung, Kam Fung, Ms Lo and Luk sir.
Come across SamSam in the corridor and he said, ‘or~你highlight左頭髮，升左大學就染髮啦!’
Hahaaa~ I have my hair highlighted long time ago. Last time when we gave the trip souvenir to him, I got my hair highlighted la wor~:p
Luckily, he said it was not bad.hee

I would love to stay longer in school but I have my tutorial....(it really sucks~)
I mean chatting with friends and teachers is far much better than teaching him...:(
Miss the chance of even saying goodbye to Tony sir tim!

Today's tutorial was still the same.
Talk about past continuous tense today. He is still unwilling to do the exercises and reluctant to jot down the meaning of 'new' vocab.
I really have no idea what I can do la.

Receive Tony sir's reply soon after I sent it! So happy~:)
Okay, I admit that Tony sir is the kindest teacher I ever know up to this moment!
(Just like what he told us in our last school days—the best is yet to come ma~:p)

Ohoo~~ I failed to use Excel to make histogram which my lab report needs!><

Go to bed at 10:30 last night! A record in these few months!!
It was because I was very tired and suffered from headache.
I am a bit guilty for not helping my partners for doing the ppt.

Get up at 7:15 in the morning, although I had 8 hours sleep, I still feel very tired.
Back to hostel to put down some snack, get my notes and swimming pack then left lu.

Arrive at the ITSC on time.
But 阿雞and Zac were late. I understand that, they worked until this early morning lei!
Finalizing our ppt. They are really serious about the presentation, they typed their own script, while I prepared nothing~:p
Okay, I did go through web materials about prion diseases and memorize the key point. The reasons of not typing my script are ‘I am lazy’ and ‘I don't want to 'read' the script which makes the presentation not a presentation’.
We said we would have a rehearsal at 10:05, 15mins before the real one took place.
However, not until 10:16 did we started.
We finished that by 10:27 and then I rushed to LSB first while they stayed behind to print the ppt.
Dr. Lawrence was already there and he asked why group e and f (f is my group) hadn't sent our ppt to him. I just pretend I didn't know the case~:P
The truth is, we finished it at 10:00am this morning!

I really worry about our presentation. As we don’t really know what's going on.
As you may know, the world still don't have a full picture of why by turning alpha to beta in secondary structure would cause such a disastrous effect to mammals and its mechanisms. So what are we going to say?

Unexpectedly, Lawrence's comment to my group is—You've done a VERY GOOD JOB!
My jaw dropped(internally~:P)
Zac and雞even said, ‘ Ada肯定無諗過跟住我地兩個會有咁既結果’
Frankly, they said the truth. It really comes as a nice surprise.
(The advantage of presenting this 'mysterious' protein is, you don't have to discuss it in details~kee)
Really thx 阿雞and Zac!! ^^
Especially 阿雞who had spent the whole night doing the ppt and had only 2-hour-sleep.
I promise I will participate more next time.

Tutorial已經11:35先放，影完相11:45，上去UC 12:00，即係遲到左半個鐘la!
去到語文自學中心，先知道老師無黎，今日主要聽個staff介紹套software，好在無miss太多野jei!
趕去上translation tutor之前有十分鐘空檔，謝謝Maggie幫我攞袋游水野，咁我可以偷d時間去買三文治。
走既時候聽到有人叫「小玉」，我心諗：小玉點會黎左中大gei?
返轉頭望一望，原來係B哥哥同阿方，B哥哥認錯左我做小玉lor……(傷心~)阿方記得ar! ^^
如果唔係趕住上堂，一定會同佢地傾下計la，好耐無見lu!

Sematic translation有時都幾難wor!不過好好玩~
搭校巴時終於食左件三文治la，好肚餓哩!
游水堂有點hea……游游下頭痛~:(

完左去左女工買左少少野食，跟住上左去ITSC kill time。

不過諗住prof.唔會教晒八十幾張slides ga ma，點知教晒，所以後面跟唔到。

Prof.係個好老師，不過我同佢既channel tune唔"琚A所以成日唔明或者misunderstand左佢……
好似今日我諗極都唔明點解佢話denature protein黎做isolation(denature左仲點做separation!?)
Elco,amy都係聽到佢講denature protein ga，落堂問佢，佢話係denature個cell，原來係咁，即刻明白左~哈哈( denature( transmembrane)protein ar!)

想send msg之際收到sms wor~

之後聽amy講返，原來 ‘ditagen’係 ‘detergent’ ar!等我仲諗左好耐係乜野chemical tim~:p
原來個個老師都會有d字讀錯左(可能唔為意la~)，跟住學生初初聽唔明，後來成為同學仔既小話題~hahaaa
間間學校都係咁，不過諗返起，呢d回憶好開心gei
