I am totally not getting use to university life!!><
Although my home sick has gone, still have to face many problems....

Go to bed at 4:00, NEW RECORD!!
I really HATE breaking this record every time. It's not something that makes you proud of.

Why I went to bed late? For jotting ecology notes from the ‘photo’-copy ppt lor....
Skip the time of practicing flute as I was too sleepy.
Get up at 9:00. Go down to get my clothes and found that they were still wet....=.=''

When I walked along the 保健梯, I felt 四肢無力and dizzy. I guess this probably due to the lack of sleep for 4 consecutive nights....
Struggle hard in Ecology lesson.

Go to ITSC's refreshment room and continue to summarize my Ecology notes.
Maggie was revising CBC in preparation for her group's presentation.

I hate Monia very very very much!!!><
We have to pick up 30 new born Monia which are only 0.05cm< in the beaker using a dropper. My hand was so tired..... And my eyes suffer....

Finish the lab at 1:45 and rushed down to Sino building. My Bio-O mates already finished there lunch la, I just bought a toast for quick lunch and then have書通.
Talk about essay writing and citation today, I fell a sleep for half an hour then woke up. But in the last 30 minutes, I dozed off again...

STOT follows, really tired....
It ended 15 minutes early but today's tasks had not finished.

WALK up many stairs to Franklin (行完小橋流水既樓梯已經想死……但望到由中藥園上Franklin既樓梯更加想喊………我應該行左>500級上山既樓梯，上到頂真係想瞓低……)

Actually it's quite a ‘hea’ post.
We have free dinner la. 楊璐and小蝶, who are my ‘swim-mates’ and mainland students, also helped in 頒奬.
We chatted a lot, using Putonghua~hahaaa
She said I spoke fluent Putonghua lei... Actually I am not. I always mis-pounce words, just that I am brave enough to speak out and pretend to be confident jei~hahaaa:p

The event ended at 10:00. Chung Chi College is the overall champion, YEAH!!
Back to hostel and finish my ecology notes at 1:00.
Finally could go to bed a bit early....

今朝由八半直落到而家，好眼瞓…………

ELT臨尾個五分鐘終於忍唔住恰左陣，不過我有聽到講乜ga，words end with ‘-ate’ have to pounce as ‘eit’ if it is a noun or adjective; if it is verb, it has to be pounced as ‘et’. It's really interesting!

CBC lesson, still don't know what's going on.... I will KO everything after Ecology mid-term.

Swimming lesson, today task is to finish 700m distance.
I am surprised that I didn't 喘氣even I have swan for 3 consecutive times. But my legs were exhausted.

Then went to ULib to add-vale of ITSC printing account, then go to ITSC to have my transparency printed la and the pre lab talk~hahaa

Was kinda tired. I dozed off when having the pre-lab talk lei!! Ooh, NO!!><
We were 'played' by Monia again. Elco and I were responsible for the part that of counting the Chorella (algae) using haemocytometer.

希望d Monia 11日後魂歸天國，咁我地就唔駛繼續日日follow-up lab la。
不過唔好早過11日死，要由頭做過ga，真係灰多十倍都有份……

Finish the lab at 5:00 and found I still have time for blood donation~ Lucky me!hee
Wait for quite a long time, but it's okay la.
When it was my turn for donation, the nurse told me that the 5th time donor will receive a Donation Certificate~hahaa
So funny, I now have the 'flag' hangs on my hostel's bulletin board la~:p
The time for donating blood was the shortest I ever had!
Even the nurse said I did it very quickly! You know, just within 5 mins, I finished donation 450cc of blood la!
It's so unforgettable that at my 3rd time of blood donation, I spent half an hour to finish the process!:o
What a big contrast!

Tomorrow will be another busy day. Schedule stared from 9:00 to night (after STOT, I have to go to swimming pool to act as helpers ar~ for bonus PE marks, of course~)

Get up at 8:00 in the morning. Having a heavy pack in a rainy day is absolutely inconvenient!!><

Arrive at hostel a bit late, 10:00am. Get everything unpacked quickly and then go to Sci center lu.

After ecology lesson, CC Bio 傾莊.
There is a potential that we may not have CC bio ‘chong’ this year!
Coz up to the moment, only 3 of us are confirmed to join(Feli, Maggie and June)
Windy is still considering about hall ‘chong’.
And me? I am determined from the first day of university that I won't join any clubs' committee la.
As FEG already has quite a heavy workload, I want to concentrate on it and of course, my study as well. I can't accept my GPA below 3.0!!

I felt really sleepy during the teaching part of translation. I tried hard to keep myself awake and concentrate on the topic but in vain....
Luckily, we got exercises to do so that I was soon refreshed.

Ecology tutoria did help me to revise the formula and r & K selection. Must work hard on next week mid-term from now on.

Early dinner at Franklin. Then went to ITSC to print the PDF pics of Ecology for making my notes, however, as I have used up all the credits in the CULink plus the add-value machine was out of order today, I printed nothing.
Actually I can go to ULib to add-value gei, but I’m so lazy that I don’t want o walk that ‘far’ la~:p

Back to hostel.
Consume a really sweet pear, satisfied~=]
Then start finalizing my lab report. Have to re-calculate the biomass la, luckily with the help of Excel, changing the data on graph becomes much easy....

Thanks Feli for lending me her printer so that I can print all the graphs out! ^^

Tomorrow will be extremely packed!! Add oil!

The wind blows really hard, it's like typhoon signal no.8 is hoisted. The only difference is there is no heaving rain.

Get up at 10:00 in the morning.
Practise flute. Today felt very tired when holding flute, may be it's because I don't have enough sleep gwa.

After that lab report time again!
Finally finished constructing all graphs la. Still have the discussion part to do
I hope I can finish it tonight and go to bed early la.

Lunch @Hollywood plaza.
Originally wanna go to Bank of China to have to money deposited. But there was a long queue, people lined up outside the bank lei!

Back home to unpack the stuff and out for tutorial again.
I get on the bus at around 4:15 and arrived at Tai Po at 4:38!!
So quick!:o

Have sore throat when having tutorial tim....><

I am really sleepy now but still a lot of works to be finished ....

A new 'go-to-bed' record has been broken!!
I go to bed at 2/10 3:30AM la.... This is because I have to do that stupid report.

I don't understand why every thing has to be computer-typed!
You know, using Excel is extremely TROUBLE!!!

Thanks Anthony for showing me how to make a 2-y-axis-broken-line-graph.=]
For each of them, I at least spend 30 minutes to construct one....=.=''
Having to combine 8 lines with 4 sets in a group but have different variables into one graph is TERRIBLE! It's just a torture.
Perhaps after a year of ‘lab report training’, I will become an Excel graph making expert la~:p

被逼地與Excel談戀愛真的很痛苦……勉強無幸福嘛………
But I have no choice.
I really don't know why we can't do the hand-write report, it would be much efficient and less time consuming.

Still haven't finished it, 3 graphs remain and a large section in discussion....sign....
Can I go to bed early tonight?

I have made my study room a mess after summarizing part of the Ecology notes last night.

I felt very sleepy during the sermon la.... It's no good sleeping that 'early'....
Sunday school, 無lala被點名問我有冇諗住洗禮......=.="

Then went to Mongkok to buy water plant for my aquarium. Come across Vic at Prince Edward, seems that he has become taller!

Wa~繽紛園藝has extended its shop to a 3-storey-high ‘Plaza’!
Buy a little plant to bring into hostel la~=]
It's good to see something green.
I really love getting in touch with nature as I feel so relax when immerse in that environment~

Arrive at the bus stop at three something. It was not until an hour later, 4:30, did the bus come!!
I nearly dozed-off on the bus station when I was waiting the bus.

Back home and took a nap.

Finally get the Internet service things fixed.

Originally I wanna have this service ga (it's anyway free of charge ma) but when I asked whether I need to return the 解碼器back to the company in person after the contract ends and knew the answer was yes, I choose not to la.
Coz it's very troublesome and might cause some argument later on la~

Start doing field trip lab report.
有一組唔知點解可以度個dry mass大過個fresh mass ga!!!!><
How can I explain this result? It's obviously an error la!!!
Help....

Doing experiments are always nice and interesting thing but the lab reports that follow are just a torture....><
Things can't be perfect, and there has to be trade-off, right?
That's what I can comfort myself lor.

These days I asked myself whether I had chosen a wrong subject in Uni or not. It seems that Arts stream suits me more.
But there is no way of return, all I can do is to look forward and work hard.
At least I still like biology though I am really weak in it~:p
Hope my passion can help me to survive in the coming 3 years~hahaaa
Perhaps I will further my studies and pick the Arts stream for my post graduation la.

Better go to bed now, tomorrow still have to struggle with the lab report and revise ecology lei!

Receive one of the exam songs. Not very difficult but requires quite a lot of flute-orientated skills. Don't know if I can handle it well.
Anyway, I'll try my best.
The most worrying part to me when I went through the syllabus was not the song list but the scales.... I just know when I am in the exam room I will be too nervous to play that well....
8 months to go, hope I can improve that la.

Go to the wet market to get some hot-pot food.

蠢到爆炸呀!
就咁開一機衫洗又好浪費wor，上返去問Panda有無野要洗，好在佢有條毛巾同PE衫，起碼湊夠3/4機衫。

因為忘了帶笛入宿，不用早起練笛，瞓到9:00先起身，不過我依然係最早起身既一個~hahaa
執好d野就準時10:30去上堂la，下星期就上tutorial lu，好難想像40人點上lor......=.=''

Prof今次23分先落堂!!!天呀!跑死我la(仲要抱住4大本厚厚的ecology ref books lor~~~><)
誰知衝到落chapel，明明見住田雞仲上緊樓梯ga ma，我去到排時有個男士「sip」左係我前面同我講截左龍wor!!><
打擊太太太大la~~~灰左

要去LT1聽，差d又入唔到去.......
蘇玉華個talk真係唔錯，都不少人發問lei!我見到Alan Wong 呀!!

How good is the day with 5 free lessons!! ^^
But only for this week only due to the cancellation of the lab session.

(ELT) Prof has given us some tips on Quiz 1, so difficult! I thought it was about human biology!!:o
Tongue twisters we tried are quite difficult but I had great fun.
Try the following if you're interested:

Three Free Fleas
Through three cheese tress three free fleas flew.
While these fleas flew, freezy breeze blew.
Freezy breeze made these three trees freeze.
Freezy trees made these trees' cheese freeze.
That's what made these three free fleas sneeze.

CBC lesson was still very boring....

Swimming lesson.
We were asked to finish 500M swim and we would be free. My legs are exhausted!

Lunch with a mainland student who is my swimming-mate and bio classmate~ ^^

Free time! Hurray!!
Go to U Lib in search for Ecology ref. books for doing lab report 3.
Come across阿月when I was using the computers to search for books. It's good to have a friend to find books with you~hee

Mostly the books are not useful. Or only one page out of a 5cm thick book is useful to us....=.=''
Back to hostel to unpack my stuff and took a short rest before going to the library.

Come across 阿月again on the shuttle!! Wow~~
We went to CC Lib together. She revised Econ while I summarized the Ecology notes.
The notes were really a MESS!!><

Then back to library to study.

Go to the 4th floor to find books related to Ecology. I am so lucky that I find quite a lot that are useful for doing the report! Kee

Sitting in the library and re-jotting notes was tiring but I think everything worth.
At least I tried to act responsibly toward my mid-term no matter how bad the result will be.
But those differential formulas are really hard to understand and remember. They resemble each so much!!! Arrh......><

Leave at 10:00. Though the progress is not very good, I am glad that I have tried my best and didn't doze off~hee

Walk back to hostel. I saw a big bright moon shining on the deep blue sky with a few stars.
So beautiful~~ =]
It would be perfect if tonight was a starry night.... Am I being too greedy?

These days I just miss the starry night so much!
